Description

A clear excrement executive device and full-automatic clear excrement machine for livestock-raising industry
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock breeding equipment, in particular to a manure cleaning execution device and a full-automatic manure cleaning machine for the livestock breeding industry.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people, the consumption of meat products per person is gradually increased, the rapid development of livestock breeding industry is greatly promoted, and the condition that livestock are bred by farmers on a large scale is more and more common. Most large-scale farms also adopt a traditional cultivation mode, the livestock groups still lie on the feces and urine, the feces cleaning is mainly performed manually, the feces cleaning is automatically performed in an auxiliary mode, and the quarterly feces cleaning is mostly performed, so that the livestock groups are extremely harmful to the health of the livestock groups due to high ammonia concentration in the cultivation house and poor environmental sanitation.
In order to keep the livestock shed environment clean and reduce the occurrence of livestock diseases, the manure cleaning is a main content of production management of the livestock industry, and is also one of important links of comprehensive manure treatment and livestock environment regulation. Currently, three modes of water-based manure flushing, water-based manure soaking and dry manure cleaning are adopted in the animal husbandry to clean manure, the labor intensity of water-based manure flushing is low, the cleanliness is high, the water consumption is huge, and the sewage production is high; compared with water-immersed manure, the water-immersed manure saves water consumption, but is easy to ferment to generate harmful gas, and the manure is immersed in urine and water for a long time to cause loss of nutrient substances, so that the recycling value of the manure is reduced; the dry manure is two kinds of artificial dry manure and mechanical dry manure, the production efficiency of the artificial dry manure is low, the working strength is high, the mechanical dry manure has the advantages of less sewage production amount, less nutrient loss, labor saving and the like, and is the key development direction of the manure cleaning technology in the future of livestock in large scale in China.
At present, the mechanical manure cleaning in the market is divided into two types, namely a small-sized automatic manure cleaning vehicle type, for example, chinese patent with the application number of 2016100315782 discloses an automatic manure cleaning vehicle for a pig farm and a manure cleaning method, and the manure cleaning vehicle cannot clean the manure completely in the operation process, and can clean the manure only by manual secondary cleaning in most cases, and the manure cleaning vehicle needs special personnel to drive, so that the investment cost is extremely high and is not suitable for small-sized scattered household farms. Another type is from the building structure of the culture room, for example, chinese patent with application number 2013201111144 provides an automatic manure scraping and discharging system for a pig house, and the starting point of the patent is that the existing pig house floor is changed into a manure leaking floor and suspended, and a scraping device and a conveying belt are paved under the floor, so that produced pig manure falls into the manure scraping device and the manure conveying device, mechanical or instrument cleaning is realized on the pig manure, and manure cleaning work is completed. The technical scheme can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and realize mechanized cleaning of pig manure, but the following defects still exist: the existing pig house needs to be comprehensively modified, and the cost is high; the noise that mechanical transmission caused is huge, can cause the interference to the breed of pig livestock.

walking: the front transmission pulley 405 rotates clockwise, the front travelling wheel 407 is driven to roll forwards through the half shaft, and the radius of the front travelling wheel 407 is smaller than that of the front transmission pulley 405, so that the linear speed of the main wheel of the front transmission pulley 405 is greater than that of the front travelling wheel 407, namely the moving speed of the cable 7 is greater than that of the manure cleaning executing device 103, and a speed difference is generated; the same is true of the rear drive pulley 505 and the rear road wheels 507. The effect that this produces is that clear excrement executive device 103 walks slowly, and cable 7 pulling rate is faster than clear excrement executive device 103 walking rate, and cable 7 passes through from clear excrement executive device 103.
Traction: the cable 7 sequentially passes through the first steering pulley 302, the first transmission pulley 303, the second transmission pulley 304 and the second steering pulley 305, provides forward pulling force for the pulley block, and pulls the transmission bracket 301 forward until the transmission bracket contacts the limiting rod 203 and stops; the transmission bracket 301 moves forward, and the manure scraping mechanisms 6 at the two sides hinged with the transmission bracket are outwards opened to a maximum angle, and the maximum angle is limited by the limit rod 203. The manure scraping support 601 is hinged with the two pin shafts 207 on the bottom surface of the main box 202 through the waist-shaped holes 613, and a certain margin is reserved through the hinge-joint of the waist-shaped holes 613, so that the manure scraping support 601 cannot interfere and be blocked in the rotating process.
The manure scraping belt 602 moves: the first transmission pulley 303 and the second transmission pulley 304 are driven by the cable 7 to rotate, and the main pulleys 614 of the two-side manure scraping mechanisms 6 are respectively driven to rotate, so that the manure scraping belt 602 moves.
