Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一面确保电源的供应,而同时不会妨碍门的开关操作的门上配线装置。其构成有:在前端部连设固定于门1,而在底面部具备穿设有端子孔5的凹部6的支承板7的第1连接器本体部2;及具有对于上述端子孔5伸缩自如的端子用突起8,且通过其后端部设置压缩螺旋弹簧9而弹压前进的嵌合于上述凹部6内的端子组件10;及固定框体3,在前端部连设具备螺钉孔12的支承板部13的第2连接器本体部4;以及安装于该支承板部13的电极组件11,并设定成在门1关闭时端子用突起8会碰触电极组件11。

Description

门上配线装置
本发明涉及用于卡车的后门等的门上配线装置,在门关闭时该装置从固定框体向门进行电气配线。
由固定框体往卡车的后门等进行电气配线的时候,以往是使用螺旋状电缆(curl cord)从固定框体往门上供电。
然而,在该以往装置于关闭时有将电缆夹进门和固定框体之间,而导致损伤电缆之虞。
所以,本发明的目的在于提供一面确保供电,而同时不会妨碍门的开关操作的门上配线装置。
兹使用附图中的标号说明如下。本发明的门上配线装置是在门1固定一第1连接器14,该第1连接器14是由在前端部连设支承板部7的第1连接接器本体部和端子组件10所构成。支承板具备于底面部穿设端子孔5的凹部6,端子组件10具备对于上述端子孔5进退自如的作嵌入的端子用突起8,且通过在其后端部设置压缩螺旋弹簧9而向前弹压嵌合于上述凹部6内。
又,在固定框体3固定一第2连接器15,该第2连接器15是由在前端部连设具备螺钉孔12的支承板部13的第2连接器本体部4;及安装于该支承板部13的电极组件11所构成,并设定成在门1关闭时端子用突起8会碰触电极组件11。
如图1所示,在门1对于固定框体3关闭的时候,连接在嵌合于第1连接器本体部2的凹部6的端子组件10的端子用突起8的前端部,会碰触于安装在第2连接器本体部4的电极组件11,通过设置在上述端子组件10的后端部的压缩螺旋弹簧9的作用,使该端子组件10在凹部6内往轴向弹压前进,上述端子用突起8的前端部以适当的强度压接于该电极组件11而通电。
当启开门1,则上述端子组件10的前端部,由设置在其后端部的压缩螺旋弹簧9的作用,一面碰触安装于第2连接器本体部4的电极组件11一面往支承板部13的基端部方向滑移,最后该端子组件10的前端部从电极组件脱离。此时,该电子组件10和电极组件11不通电,又,该电子组件10处于凹部6内的轴向最靠前的位置。

实施例
在图示的实施例,第1连接器本体部2和支承板部7是由补强板部17及18而牢固地设在一起,在该支承板部7所具备的凹部6的外框部19也同样的由补强板部20、21所连接。
又,在上述第1连接器本体部2的底面侧设有螺钉孔16,在上述支承板部7穿设螺钉孔22,在设置于凹部6的压缩螺旋弹簧9的后端部设有止动板23通过小螺钉(vis)24加以锁紧固定。再又,嵌合于凹部6的端子组件10的前端部加工成半球面状的圆角。
在图1所示的实施例,固定于固定框体3的一第2连接器15,在其前端部连设着支承板部13,在该支承板部13的前面侧设有凸部25。又在上述凸部25的中心部设有正六角形的凹部26,在其中心部穿设着螺钉孔12。
又,从上述支承板部13的基端部侧嵌进U字形的电极组件11,对其基端部侧进行倒角加工。再又,在凹部26不能转动的螺合着螺栓,在上述电极组件11的背面侧所设的螺钉孔嵌进螺钉27,而将该电极组件11固定在上述支承板部13。
又,设在第1连接器本体部2及第2连接器本体部4的底面侧的螺钉孔16及28为椭圆形状。
综合上述,本发明的门上配线装置是如图1所示,门1对固定框体3关闭的时候,嵌合于第1连接器本体部2的凹部6的端子组件10所连接的端子用突8的前端部,碰触于安装于第2连接器本体部4的电极组件11,由设在上述端子组件10的后端部的压缩螺旋弹簧9的作用,该端子组件10在凹部6内往轴向弹压前进,以适当的强度使上述端子用突起8的前端部压接于该电极组件11而通电。当启开门1,则上述端子组件10的前端部借助装设于其后端部的压缩螺旋弹簧9的作用,一面碰触安装于第2连接器本体部4的电极组件11、一面往支承板部13的基端部方向滑移,最后该端子组件10的前端部会从该电极组件11脱开。此时,该端子组件10和电极组件11处于不导通,又,该端子组件10位于凹部6内的轴向的最靠前的位置。
从而,在本发明因为门上的配线不使用电缆等,所以不会有将电缆夹进门和固定框体之间而损伤电缆,又,在启开门的时候可以使之不通电。

Claims (1)

1.一种门上配线装置,具备:固定于门(1),在前端部连设着于底面穿设端子孔(5)而具备凹部(6)的支承板(7)的第1连接器本体部(2);及具有伸缩自如的嵌合于上述端子孔(5)的端子用突起(8),且通过其后端部设置压缩螺旋弹簧(9)而向上述凹部(6)内嵌合的端子组件(10);及固定于固定框体(3);在前端部连设具备螺钉孔12的支承板部(13)的第2连接器本体部(4);以及安装于该支承板部(13)的电极组件(11),当门1关闭时,使端子用突(8)碰触电极组件(11)。
