Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种功率变换装置,尤其涉及一种具有贯穿装置的便携式变换装置,其中该贯穿装置用于使AC和DC功率消耗装置连接于单个电源的单个插座工作。
背景技术
便携式功率变换装置在本领域是公知的。这些装置经常在仅有DC电源,比如在汽车上的情况下,提供AC电源,使AC装置工作。功率变换器具有在仅有DC电源可用时为AC消耗装置供电的能力。这种功率变换器的示例在下述美国专利中公开,在此通过引用而结合每一专利:US6411514;US5742478;和US5170336。然而,当这些以及其他现有技术的变换器连接于DC电源,由于变换器被连接着,接头/DC电源不可再被使用。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种便携式功率变换器,该变换器具有封装功率变换电路的壳体。电连接器将所述壳体连接于外部的DC电压源。支撑在所述壳体内的电路组件与外部的DC电源电连接。所述电路组件包括装有用于将供应的DC电压变换成AC电压源的电子元件的变换电路。设有AC电插座,以有利于连接外部的AC功率消耗装置。有一贯穿装置提供与另外的DC插座独立、同时的连接,从而可以连接外部的DC功率消耗装置。所述贯穿装置可以实现DC消耗装置的连接,可以在变换器连接着时直接连接于外部的DC电源,使AC和DC功率消耗装置可以通过单个DC电源的单个外部DC电源插座连接和工作。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明的功率变换器的透视图。图2-7示出了图1的变换器的六面视图。铝或其他适当的硬质材料制成的壳体11封装了变换器1的大部分工作部件,该变换器1具有一对端板3,13,用来封闭所述壳体。如图1所示,端板3具有多个插座;两个AC插座5a,5b,一个DC插座7以及电源开关9。DC插座代表保持DC电源可用的贯穿型插座,下面将进一步详细描述。
图8a示出了图1的变换器分解图,其中露出了主要的工作部件。首先应当理解,用于将12伏的电源转换成可用的110伏AC电源的功率变换器是成熟的,且在本领域是公知的。通常,这些部件安装在印刷电路板上,比如图8a所示。印刷电路板具有转换12伏的电源以便使AC电流消耗装置工作的主要部件。这种现成的电路对于本领域的普通技术人员来说是易于实现的。因此,通常不必进一步详细论述关于元件电路的细节或关于功率变换的细节。可以采用任何将12伏的电压转换成AC电压而驱动AC消耗装置的功率变换电路。还应当理解,所述变换器电路可以用于高于一定瓦数范围的各种额定功率。例如,由于非常好的便携性,小型的100瓦功率变换器可能正是所需要的,以便为低功率消耗的AC装置供电,比如时钟或无线电。根据变换器的预定应用场合,额定瓦数可以增加到超过1000瓦。这种配置是本领域公知的,且易于实现。本发明主要涉及采用一种贯穿装置的功率变换器装置,该贯穿装置保持了为变换器供电的12伏电源的可用性。下面将进一步讨论这种装置。
如前所述,本发明包括两个安装在端板3上的AC插座5a,5b。插座5a,5b用于通过将12伏(或其他低压DC电源)转换成AC,为两个不同的AC消耗装置供电。这种DC电压源经常会用在汽车上。为此,本发明包括凸出式插头形的香烟电连接器17,用于插入通常在汽车以及其他12伏电源上设有的凹入式香烟插座中。电线(正极和地线)19从凸出式插头17通过后端板21延伸,以使所述DC电源连接于印刷电路板15。正如本领域的技术人员所公知的,所述电线可以在连接印刷电路板15之前首先穿过保险丝盒23。
电线19包括正极引线19a和地线19b,它们连接/钎焊于印刷电路板15上的对应点。可取的是,引线19a,19b经可移动连接器25a,25b连接,所述可移动连接器延伸穿过印刷电路板,且焊接在两点27a,27b和28a,28b处的对应的正极线27/28上,以确保牢固地连接于电路板。这样,引线19将电力从外部DC电压源传递到变换器电路。AC插座5a,5b连接于印刷电路板上的对应点,这在本领域是常规的,且在图8a中大致示出。因为AC插座的连接和为AC插座供应电流在本领域普通技术人员的知识范围内,所以不必详细描述。
如前所述,希望使DC插孔式插座可用,而保持DC电源不被凸出式插头17占用。因此,本发明的变换器包括贯穿装置,该装置使变换器连接于外部DC电源时保持DC插座的可用性。本发明包括一种位于端板3上AC插座5a,5b附近的凹入式香烟插头型插座7。所述DC插座7由比如通常在车辆上用作点烟器的普通凹入式插孔构成。凹入式插座7具有对应的尺寸,可以容纳凸出式插头17的连接器,从而模仿出凸出式插头17通常连接的外部DC电压源的凹入式插座。
为给DC凹入式插座7供电,正极引线39a经印刷电路板连接,且在点27c处连接于正极线27,如图8A和8B所示。类似地,地线39b从凹入式插座7延伸穿过印刷电路板15,且在点28c处连接于地线28。这样,凹入式插座7将电流从外部DC电源平行于变换器电路直接引出。这种配置在某种程度上有利于同时使用AC插座和DC插座,且相对于外部DC电压源的额定值而言,负载不会过大。如果负载超过预定值,保险丝23将断开电路,使变换电路和凹入式DC插座7与电源分离。
这样,本发明提供了一种用于将DC电压源变换而为AC消耗装置供电的紧凑型便携式装置,该装置包括一贯穿装置,以便同时保持DC电源的可用性。所述变换单元有效地设置了插座,可以同时驱动AC功率消耗装置和DC功率消耗装置,而不必在变换器和原来的外部DC电源之间形成或断开任何连接。
为了进一步提高变换电路的性能,每一端板上设有通气孔,可以在使用过程中使空气流经壳体11,冷却电子元件。也可以采用风扇51,明确地迫使空气流经壳体,且可以连接于变换器组件,这在本领域是公知的。
虽然已经描述了具有示例设计方案的本发明,但本发明可以在公开内容的主旨和范围内进一步改进。所以,本申请旨在覆盖利用其普遍原理的本发明的任何变体,用途或改进。而且,本申请旨在覆盖那些偏离本发明公开内容、在本发明所属领域的公知或惯例范围内的变体。例如,在图8B中仅示出了印刷线路的一部分,但足以说明引线19与电路的连接以及DC插座与电路板上的适当线路的连接。可以采用其他的印刷电路方案,以有利于DC插座和变换器电路之间的并行连接。
Claims (9)
1.一种功率变换器,包含:
壳体;
用于将所述变换器连接于外部DC电压源的第一电连接器;
支撑在所述壳体内且电连接于所述第一电连接器,以有利于与所述DC电源连接的电路组件,所述电路组件包含装有用于将所述外部DC电压源转换成AC电压源的电子元件的变换电路;
连接于所述壳体,以有利于外部AC功率消耗装置连接的AC电插座,当所述第一电连接器连接于所述外部DC电压源时,所述AC电插座由所述AC电压源供电;
贯穿装置,该贯穿装置具有DC电插座,以有利于与DC电压源的连接,且在所述第一电连接器连接于所述外部DC电源时为外部DC功率消耗装置提供DC电压源。
2.如权利要求2所述的变换器,其特征在于所述第一电连接器是适于匹配所述外部DC电压源的凹入式插座的凸出式插头连接器,所述DC电插座是尺寸对应地容纳所述凸出式插头连接器的凹入式插座,从而反映(mirroring)所述外部DC电压源的所述凹入式插座。
3.如权利要求1所述的变换器,其特征在于所述第一电连接器是适于匹配所述外部DC电压源的凹入式香烟型12伏插座的凸出式香烟型12伏插头连接器,所述DC电插座是凹入式香烟型12伏插座连接器,从而反映(mirroring)所述外部DC电压源的所述凹入式香烟型12伏插座。
4.如权利要求1所述的变换器,其特征在于所述AC电插座包括多个AC电插座。
5.如权利要求1所述的变换器,其特征在于所述DC电插座和所述变换电路并行地连接于所述第一电连接器。
6.如权利要求5所述的变换器,其特征在于所述电路组件包括印刷电路板,所述第一电连接器电连接于所述印刷电路板,从而建立从所述外部DC电压源的正极线和地线到所述印刷电路板的对应引线的连接,所述印刷电路板的所述对应引线分别电连接于所述DC电插座和所述变换电路,从而同时为所述DC电插座和所述AC电插座供电。
7.如权利要求1所述的变换器,其特征在于还包含以将所述电路组件封闭在所述壳体内的方式固定在所述壳体上的前端板和后端板,且至少所述前端板和所述后端板之一包括多个通气孔,空气可以穿过所述孔进出所述壳体的内部。
8.如权利要求7所述的功率变换器,其特征在于还包含安装在所述前端板和所述后端板之一上的进气风扇,该风扇将冷却空气吸入,并使空气在壳体内循环流动,增加从散热板到空气,然后到壳体的热量散失。
9.如权利要求7所述的功率变换器,其特征在于所述第一电连接器延伸穿过所述前端板和所述后端板之中的第一个,且所述AC电插座和所述DC电插座贯穿所述前端板和所述后端板之中的第二个安装。
