Abstract

一种制造接地连接器(1)的方法,它基于在顺序加工机具中进行的冲压工艺,可以生产重量轻、尺寸小以及制造成本低的一种接地连接器(1)。这种楔型接地连接器(1)包括空腔体(2)、楔形件(3)、切头螺栓(4)、两块用于接地电缆(7)和接地棒(8)的槽板(5、6),以及一只密实的固紧块。除固紧块(9)外,接地连接器(1)的所有零件全都重量轻,尺寸小,因为该接地连接器(1)的这些零件都是用冲压方法制造的。

Description

接地连接器制造方法及改进型接地连接器
本发明涉及一种接地连接器制造方法,以及一种按照此方法制造的改进型接地连接器。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种接地连接器制造工艺,可生产重量轻、尺寸小和制造成本低的接地连接器,因为该接地连接器的各个零件是用冲压方法制造的。
用于电话公司以及其它工业中的电子装置和设备的精致性和灵敏性,形成了一种需求,即研制稳定可靠的接地装置以防止电路因电力波动等原因而受到电冲击。接地装置可为因人为或偶然因素而造成的电能传输提供接地通路,从而保护电气设备。
因而,人们研制出了楔型接地连接器。这种接地连接器工作可靠,并且,除了一把普通的套筒、棘轮或者机动扳手外毋需专用安装工具。由于安装简单,因此毋需专门技巧而这又减少了操作时间。此外,现有技术中的这种接地连接器还具有实际上可用于任何无气条件和场合的优点。
不过,上述接地连接器也有一个缺点,即又重又大,因为这种接地连接器是用模铸方法制成的铜合金厚重密实结构。
于是,人们希望研制出一种接地连接器制造方法,该方法能节省原料并从而降低接地连接器的制造成本,从而制出更为实用且重量较轻的改进型接地连接器。
为此,本发明的目的是提供一种楔型接地连接器的冲压制造方法,以及一种改进型接地连接器。
为制造本发明的接地连接器而提出的制造方法基于一种利用顺序加工机具的冲压方法,亦即把原料,比如金属带,送进机具,然后,接地连接器的所有成形步骤都在顺序加工机具之内依次完成。在此种工艺完成时,从该机具得出的便是完全加工好并立时可用的接地连接器。
这样,与采用模铸方法的现有技术中用于制造接地连接器的制造方法相比,本发明获得了一种节省原料且制造快捷的接地连接器。
还有,本发明提供一种改进型接地连接器,它基本上由一主体、一楔形件、一工业用切头螺栓、两导体插入槽板和一螺栓固紧块构成。这些零件重量轻,尺寸小,而且制造成本低,因为这种接地连接器的各零种是用上述冲压方法制成的。
通过以下结合附图的详细说明,本发明的其它一些特性就会显而易见,并能获得比较全面的了解,附图中:
图1是本发明接地连接器的零件的分解图;
图2A和2B是已组装好的图1中所示的接地连接器的剖面图;
图3是已组装好的本发明接地连接器的示意图。
用顺序加工机具冲压方法制成的本发明的接地连接器,基本上由空腔主体2、楔形件3、切头螺栓4、用于接地电缆7和接地棒8的两槽板5和6以及一螺栓固紧块9构成。
接地连接器1的空腔体2为双J形,两部分J形由空腔主体2的具有窗口10的一面连接在一起,窗口10为矩形,用来安置固紧块9。
楔形件3大体为梯形,也是空心的,并具有用来插入切头螺栓4的通孔11。用于本发明的切头螺栓4与用于现有接地连接器的属同一类型。槽板5、6在两面侧壁14上具有大体为矩形的U形切口,设计得可用来插入各种组合的专用导线和接地棒。
本发明的固紧块9所具有的尺寸使其可装入空腔体2的矩形窗口10中,而且其上还制有通孔13,用来旋入切头螺栓4。固紧块的作用在于支承切头螺栓4并使楔形件3移向接地棒8,使楔形件顶紧空腔体2、槽板5和6以及电缆7。接地连接器1的楔形件3借助螺栓固紧块9和切头螺栓4预装在空腔主体2上面之后,才开始导体的安装。
为了把导体装入接地连接器1,需要用手旋出切头螺栓4,直到楔形件3顶住接地棒8;接着,把电缆7拉入接地连接器1空腔主体2的J形部分,如图1所示。然后把槽板5和6置放在两根导体之间,使电缆7和接地棒8插入槽板带槽的一侧。槽板设计得与各种尺寸组合的专用导线或接地棒相配。
再后,把楔形件3推入连接器1,用手予紧切头螺栓。此时,在上紧切头螺栓4时,由于作用在固紧块9两侧边缘的相反的反力,切头螺栓4的固紧块9将被固定在空腔体2之中,从而把楔形件推入空腔主体2,如图2A和2B所示。
最后,使用套筒板手之类上紧切头螺栓4,直到达到规定的扭矩。此时螺栓头被切去,表明接线完成。楔形件3的锥度可迫使主体弹开,使空腔主体2对接地棒8和电缆7施加弹力作用。
尽管以上使用最佳实施例示出并说明了本发明,但本领域技术人员应当明白,在形式或细节上可对本发明作出种种增减或变动,而不偏离后附权利要求中申明的本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种与接地电路一起使用的电连接器,包括:
一楔形件;
至少一块槽板;
其特征在于,该连接器还包括一主体,它具有一内部空腔和一个用于安置固紧块的窗口。
2.按权利要求1所示的电连接器,其特征是,固紧块设置在所述窗口之中,用于接合一上紧螺栓。
3.按权利要求2所示的电连接器,其特征是,固紧块的一部分设置在所述楔形件之中。
4.按权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征是,至少一块槽板安排得容放一与之贴紧的导体。
