In some embodiments of the present invention, the tray transfer device further includes a tray return line 210, the tray return line 210 being disposed above the toasting device 100, the tray return line 210 being used to transport the tray at the tail end of the tray output line 200 back to the head end of the tray output line 200. For example, as shown in fig. 1, a tray return line 210 is provided above the toasting device 100, and the tray return line 210 may extend in the front-rear direction. By arranging the tray return line 210, an empty tray at the tail end of the tray output line 200 can flow back to the head end of the tray output line 200 through the tray return line 210, and the feeding device 400 can feed the empty tray at the head end of the tray output line 200, so that the circulation of the tray is realized; meanwhile, the tray return line 210 is provided in a vacant area above the baking apparatus 100, making full use of space.
Further, the tray transfer device further includes a first transfer platform 220 and a second transfer platform 230, the tail end of the tray return line 210 is connected with the head end of the tray output line 200 through the first transfer platform 220, the first transfer platform 220 can transfer the tray at the tail end of the tray return line 210 to the head end of the tray output line 200, the tail end of the tray output line 200 is connected with the head end of the tray return line 210 through the second transfer platform 230, and the second transfer platform 230 can transfer the tray at the tail end of the tray output line 200 to the head end of the tray return line 210. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the tray output line 200 is disposed at one side of the toasting device 100, the tray return line 210 is disposed above the toasting device 100, the first transfer platform 220 may be disposed in front of the battery transfer device 300, and the head end of the tray output line 200 and the tail end of the tray return line 210 are connected by the first transfer platform 220; the second loading stage may be disposed at the rear of the battery transfer apparatus 300, and the tail end of the tray output line 200 and the head end of the tray return line 210 are connected by the second transfer stage 230. Through setting up first transfer platform 220 and second transfer platform 230, can realize that the tray shifts to the head end of tray return line 210 from the tail end of tray output line 200, can realize that the tray shifts to the head end of tray output line 200 from the tail end of tray return line 210, and then realizes a complete circulation of tray in the lithium cell drying line.
Specifically, first transfer platform 220 can include first support body, first motor, second motor and first movable guide, and first motor and second motor are all installed on first support body, are provided with the first movable guide who extends about on the first support body, and under the drive of first motor, first movable guide can the horizontal slip, and under the drive of second motor, first movable guide can reciprocate. When the first movable guide rail is connected with the tail end of the tray return line 210 and the tray return line 210 transports an empty tray to the first movable guide rail, the second motor can drive the first movable guide rail to descend so that the first movable guide rail is flush with the height of the tray output line 200, the first motor can drive the first movable guide rail to move left so that the first movable guide rail is connected with the tray output line 200, and then the first movable guide rail can convey the empty tray to the tray output line 200.
Specifically, the second transfer platform 230 may include a second frame body, a third motor, a fourth motor and a second moving guide rail, the third motor and the fourth motor are both installed on the second frame body, the second moving guide rail extending in the left-right direction is provided on the second frame body, the second moving guide rail can slide in the left-right direction under the driving of the third motor, and the second moving guide rail can move up and down under the driving of the fourth motor. When the second movable guide rail is connected with the tail end of the tray output line 200 and the tray output line 200 transports an empty tray to the second movable guide rail, the fourth motor can drive the second movable guide rail to rise so that the second movable guide rail is highly flush with the tray return line 210, the third motor can drive the first movable guide rail to move right so that the second movable guide rail is connected with the tray return line 210, and the second movable guide rail transports the empty tray to the tray return line 210.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the lithium battery drying line further includes a cooling device 600, the cooling device 600 is disposed between the second transfer platform 230 and the blanking device 500, the cooling device 600 includes a first conveyor line 610 for cooling the battery and a second conveyor line 620 for reflowing the tray, and the first conveyor line 610 is located above the second conveyor line 620. For example, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, a cooling device 600 may be disposed between the second transfer platform 230 and the blanking device 500, the cooling device 600 includes a first conveying line 610 and a second conveying line 620, the first conveying line 610 is located above the second conveying line 620, the first conveying line 610 and the second conveying line 620 extend in the front-rear direction, and both the head end of the first conveying line 610 and the tail end of the second conveying line 620 extend partially into the second transfer platform 230. Under the driving of a fourth motor, the second moving guide rail loaded with the tray moves up and down to be flush with the first conveying line 610, the tray is conveyed to the first conveying line 610, the first conveying line 610 conveys the tray to the blanking device 500, and the cooling device 600 can cool the dried lithium batteries on the tray in the conveying process of the first conveying line 610; unloader 500 places the empty tray after the unloading at the head end of second transfer chain 620, second transfer chain 620 carries empty tray to the tail end of second transfer chain 620, under the drive of fourth motor, second removes the guide rail and does elevating movement extremely with second transfer chain 620 looks parallel and level, second transfer chain 620 carries empty tray to the second removes on the guide rail, under the drive of fourth motor, second removes the guide rail and rises to and tray return line 210 looks parallel and level, under the drive of third motor, second removes the guide rail and moves to the right side and is connected with tray return line 210, the second removes the guide rail and carries empty tray to tray return line 210 on. By arranging the first conveying line 610, the lithium battery can be cooled in the process of conveying the tray loaded with the dried lithium battery to the blanking device 500; by providing the second conveyor line 620, the empty tray in the blanking device 500 can be carried back to the second transfer platform 230.
Specifically, a plurality of fans 630 are disposed above the first conveyor line 610, and the orientation of the fans 630 is the same as the conveying direction of the first conveyor line 610. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the sides of the first conveyor line 610 are closed, openings are formed at the front end and the rear end of the first conveyor line 610, three fans 630 may be disposed above the first conveyor line 610, and the fans 630 may be oriented rearward. When having the tray in the transportation on the first transfer chain 610, fan 630 can blow out to cool off the lithium cell that has dried on the tray, and fan 630 is with low costs, and the installation is simple.
Further, referring to fig. 8, the blanking apparatus 500 may include a lifting platform 510, a storage platform 520, a first transfer mechanism 530 and a second transfer mechanism 540, the lifting platform 510 may be located behind the cooling apparatus 600, the lifting platform 510 may be capable of performing a lifting motion to align with the first conveying line 610 or align with the second conveying line 620, a rail may be disposed on the lifting platform 510, when the lifting platform 510 is aligned with the first conveying line 610, a tray on the first conveying line 610, which carries the baked lithium batteries, enters the lifting platform 510 through the rail, and when the lifting platform 510 is aligned with the second conveying line 620, a tray on the lifting platform 510 may be capable of moving onto the second conveying line 620 along the rail; the storage platform 520 may be disposed at the rear side of the lifting platform 510, a first transfer mechanism 530 is disposed between the storage platform 520 and the lifting platform 510, and the first transfer mechanism 530 is configured to transfer the lithium battery stopped on the tray on the lifting platform 510 to the storage platform 520; the second transfer mechanism 540 is used to transfer the lithium batteries stored on the storage platform 520 to the next process equipment.
Specifically, the third guide rail that extends along the fore-and-aft direction is equipped with in the top of lift platform 510 and storage platform 520 both, first transfer mechanism 530 and second transfer mechanism 540 are all located on the third guide rail to can follow the guide rail back-and-forth movement, first transfer mechanism 530 includes second cylinder and second pick up the head, the second cylinder is installed on the third guide rail, the second pick up the head and is connected with the telescopic link of second cylinder, second transfer mechanism 540 includes third cylinder and third pick up the head, the third cylinder is installed on the third guide rail, the third pick up the head and is connected with the telescopic link of third cylinder. When the feeding device 500 works, the second air cylinder moves above the lifting platform 510 through the third guide rail, drives the second pickup head to do lifting motion so as to pick up the dried lithium batteries on the tray on the lifting platform 510, moves above the storage platform 520 through the third guide rail, and drives the second pickup head to do lifting motion so as to place the dried lithium batteries picked up by the second pickup head on the storage platform 520; the third cylinder moves to the upper side of the storage platform 520 through the third guide rail, drives the third picking head to perform lifting motion so as to pick up the dried lithium batteries on the storage platform 520, moves to the next procedure equipment through the third guide rail, and drives the third picking head to perform lifting motion so as to place the dried lithium batteries picked up by the third picking head into the next procedure equipment.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the carrying assembly includes a lifting cylinder 323 and a picking mechanism 324, the picking mechanism 324 is connected to a telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder 323, a first guide rail 325 is disposed above both the tray station 322 and the clamp station 321, an extending direction of the first guide rail 325 is consistent with an extending direction of the moving rail 310, the lifting cylinder 323 is slidably disposed on the carrying trolley 320 through the first guide rail 325, and the lifting cylinder 323 can reciprocate directly above the clamp station 321 and the tray station 322 along the first guide rail 325. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a first guide rail 325 is provided above both the tray station 322 and the jig station 321, the first guide rail 325 extends in the front-rear direction, the carrying assembly includes a lifting cylinder 323 and a picking mechanism 324, the lifting cylinder 323 is mounted on the first guide rail 325 and can slide back and forth along the first guide rail 325, and the picking mechanism 324 is connected to a telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder 323. When the carrying assembly works, the lifting cylinder 323 can move to the position right above the tray station 322 through the first guide rail 325, and the picking mechanism 324 can do lifting motion under the driving of the lifting cylinder 323 so as to grab the undried lithium batteries on the tray or place the dried lithium batteries on the tray; the lifting cylinder 323 can move to the position right above the fixture station 321 through the first guide rail 325, and the picking mechanism 324 can perform lifting movement under the driving of the lifting cylinder 323 so as to grab the dried lithium battery on the fixture 120 or place the non-dried lithium battery on the fixture 120.
Further, the picking mechanism 324 includes a plurality of gripping jaws, and the gripping jaws can be driven by the lifting cylinder 323 to perform lifting movement so as to pick up or put down the lithium battery. By providing a plurality of jaws, the picking mechanism 324 can pick a plurality of lithium batteries from the clamp 120 or the tray at one time; meanwhile, the clamping jaw is simple in structure and easy to realize.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the clamp 120 is connected to the baking chamber 110 through a hollow folding rod 130, and wires for connecting the baking chamber 110 and the clamp 120 are distributed in the folding rod 130. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the clamp 120 is connected to the baking chamber 110 through a folding rod 130, the folding rod 130 may be hollow, and a wire for connecting the baking chamber 110 and the clamp 120 is disposed inside the folding rod 130. In the working process of the lithium battery drying line, the clamp push-pull assembly can pull the clamp 120 out of the baking oven 110, the clamp 120 is conducted with the baking oven 110 through a wire, so that the electrical connection between the clamp 120 and the baking oven 110 is reliable, the vacuum discharge is avoided, and the clamp 120 is electrically connected with the baking oven 110 through a wire, so that the clamp 120 can leave the baking oven 110; the wires are wired in the hollow folding bar 130, the folding bar 130 can protect the wires, and the folding bar 130 can be extended and retracted at the same time, so that the clamp push-pull assembly can pull the clamp 120 out of the oven 110.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a service platform 700 is further included, the service platform 700 is juxtaposed with the bake chamber 110, and the cart 320 is capable of transporting the failed fixture 120 to the service platform 700 via the fixture push-pull assembly. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the service platform 700 may be disposed in the same row as the toasting boxes 110 in the toasting device 100, and the carriage 320 can be moved along the moving track 310 to correspond to the service platform 700. In the dry line course of work of lithium cell, to toasting the anchor clamps 120 of damage in the case 110, floor truck 320 can remove the anchor clamps 120 of damage to anchor clamps station 321 through anchor clamps push-and-pull subassembly, the artifical anchor clamps 120 of breakage and toast being connected between the case 110, then floor truck 320 moves to corresponding with maintenance platform 700 along removing track 310, anchor clamps push-and-pull subassembly pushes maintenance platform 700 with the anchor clamps 120 of the damage of anchor clamps station 321 department, the workman can maintain anchor clamps 120 in maintenance platform 700, and toast case 110 can normally work. Through setting up maintenance platform 700, to trouble anchor clamps 120, floor truck 320 can carry trouble anchor clamps 120 to maintenance platform 700 and maintain, need not whole lithium cell drying line stop work.
Further, two sets of the baking device 100 and the maintenance platform 700 are respectively disposed on two sides of the battery transferring device 300. For example, as shown in fig. 1, two sets of the toasting device 100 and the maintenance platform 700 are provided, respectively on the left and right sides of the battery transfer device. Through setting up two sets of baking equipment 100 and maintenance platform 700, further improve the work efficiency of lithium cell drying line.
While embodiments of the invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. Lithium cell drying wire, its characterized in that includes:
the baking device (100) comprises a plurality of baking boxes (110) which are arranged in parallel, and clamps (120) are arranged in the baking boxes (110);
the tray transfer device is arranged on one side of the baking device (100) and comprises a tray output line (200);
the battery transfer device (300) is arranged on one side of the baking device (100) and located above the tray output line (200), the battery transfer device (300) comprises a moving track (310) and a plurality of carrying trolleys (320), the moving track (310) is arranged on the side of the baking device (100), the carrying trolleys (320) can move along the moving track (310), clamp stations (321) and tray stations (322) are arranged on the carrying trolleys (320), the clamp stations (321) and the tray stations (322) are arranged along the extending direction of the moving track (310), clamp push-pull assemblies are arranged on the clamp stations (321), carrying assemblies are arranged above the clamp stations (321) and the tray stations (322), and the clamp push-pull assemblies are used for driving the clamps (120) to move back and forth between the baking box (110) and the clamp stations (321), the tray can move along the tray output line (200) to the position below the tray station (322), and the carrying assembly can move back and forth between the clamp station (321) and the tray station (322);
the feeding device (400) is arranged at the front end of the tray transfer device and used for conveying the unbaked lithium batteries to the empty trays on the tray transfer device;
and the blanking device (500) is arranged at the rear end of the tray transfer device and is used for blanking the tray loaded with the dried lithium battery on the tray transfer device.
2. The lithium battery drying line according to claim 1, wherein the tray transferring device further comprises a tray return line (210), the tray return line (210) being provided above the baking device (100), the tray return line (210) being configured to transport the tray from the tail end of the tray output line (200) back to the head end of the tray output line (200).

The lithium battery drying line according to claim 2, wherein the tray transferring apparatus further comprises a first transferring platform (220) and a second transferring platform (230), the tail end of the tray return line (210) is connected with the head end of the tray output line (200) through the first transferring platform (220), the first transferring platform (220) can transfer the tray from the tail end of the tray return line (210) to the head end of the tray output line (200), the tail end of the tray output line (200) is connected with the head end of the tray return line (210) through the second transferring platform (230), and the second transferring platform (230) can transfer the tray from the tail end of the tray output line (200) to the head end of the tray return line (210).
4. The lithium battery drying line according to claim 3, further comprising a cooling device (600) disposed between the second transfer platform (230) and the blanking device (500), the cooling device (600) comprising a first conveyor line (610) for cooling batteries and a second conveyor line (620) for reflowing trays, the first conveyor line (610) being located above the second conveyor line (620).
5. The lithium battery drying line according to claim 4, characterized in that a plurality of fans (630) are arranged above the first conveyor line, and the fans (630) are oriented in the same direction as the first conveyor line (610).

The lithium battery drying line according to claim 1, wherein the carrying assembly comprises a lifting cylinder (323) and a picking mechanism (324), the picking mechanism (324) is connected with a telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder (323), a first guide rail (325) is arranged above both the tray station (322) and the clamp station (321), the extending direction of the first guide rail (325) is consistent with the extending direction of the moving rail (310), the lifting cylinder (323) is slidably arranged on the carrying trolley (320) through the first guide rail (325), and the lifting cylinder (323) can reciprocate directly above the clamp station (321) and the tray station (322) along the first guide rail (325).
7. The lithium battery drying line according to claim 6, wherein the picking mechanism comprises a plurality of clamping jaws, and the clamping jaws can perform lifting movement under the driving of the lifting cylinder (323) to pick up or put down the lithium battery.
8. The lithium battery drying line according to claim 1, wherein the clamp (120) is connected to the baking oven (110) through a hollow folding rod (130), and wires for conducting the baking oven (110) and the clamp (120) are distributed in the folding rod (130).
9. The lithium battery drying line according to claim 1, further comprising a maintenance platform (700), wherein the maintenance platform (700) is juxtaposed to the oven (110), and the handling trolley (320) can transport the failed clamp (120) to the maintenance platform (700) by means of the clamp push-pull assembly.
10. The lithium battery drying line according to claim 9, wherein the baking device (100) and the maintenance platform (700) are provided in two sets, one set being provided on each side of the battery transfer device (300).
