The application also discloses a measuring method based on the guide wire length measuring device, which comprises the following steps:
the guide wire penetrates into the device body 1 through the fixing device 3 and is conveyed into the body of a patient through a guide wire outlet at the bottom end of the device body 1 until the bottom end of the guide wire reaches the lower end of the narrow section of the bile duct or the pancreatic duct.
The marking piece marks the position of the guide wire, which is flush with the top surface of the fixing device 3, and a first mark is left on the outer surface of the guide wire;
the guide wire is continuously conveyed into the body of the patient until the bottom end of the guide wire reaches the upper end of the narrow section of the bile duct or the pancreatic duct;
the marking piece marks the position of the guide wire, which is flush with the top surface of the fixing device 3, and a second mark is left on the outer surface of the guide wire;
the guide wire is drawn out upwards from the fixing device 3, and the two fixing clips 88 respectively fix the first mark and the second mark of the guide wire; fixing the second mark of the guide wire by using one fixing clamp 88, fixing the first mark of the guide wire by using the other fixing clamp 88, drawing out the guide wire of the fixing device 3 to be superposed with the measuring line 86 between the two fixing clamps 88, reading scales on the measuring line 86, and calculating the length of the guide wire between the two fixing clamps 88, namely the length of the narrow section of the bile duct or the pancreatic duct of the patient.
In one embodiment, the guide wire length measuring device further comprises two sterilizing assemblies 9, and the two sterilizing assemblies 9 are arranged on the top surface of the fixing device 3 in a mirror symmetry mode. The sterilization assembly 9 comprises a squeeze bulb 96, a housing 92 and a semi-circular scrubbing plate 94, the guidewire being held in the middle by the two semi-circular scrubbing plates 94. The box body 92 contains disinfectant, sponge is arranged on the semicircular inner surface of the semicircular scrubbing plate 94, the hose 95 is communicated with the box body 92 and the sponge, and the disinfectant in the box body 92 can flow to the sponge through the hose 95 so as to disinfect the guide wire. The squeeze bulb 96 is provided at one side of the case 92, and can pressurize the air inside the case 92, thereby facilitating the flow of the disinfectant to the sponge. In one embodiment, the sterilization assembly 9 further comprises a square housing 91, a semi-circular scrubbing plate 94, a pull rod 99, a support post 93 and a fixing base 98, and the box 92 is accommodated in the square housing 91. Preferably, the box 92 is made of plastic and the square housing 91 is made of steel. The supporting column 93 is vertically arranged on the top surface of the square shell 91, and the fixed seat 98 is arranged on the top surface of the semicircular scrubbing plate 94; the pull rod 99 penetrates the support column 93 and is fixed on the fixed seat 98.
The step of sterilizing the guidewire further comprises:
the pull rod 99 is pushed to clamp the guide wire through the two semicircular scrubbing plates 94. When the guide wire is disinfected, the pull rods 99 of the two disinfection assemblies 9 are pushed towards the guide wire, so that the guide wire can be clamped by the two semicircular scrubbing plates 94, and the disinfection is more effective and thorough. After sterilization is complete, the pull rod 99 is pulled back so that the semi-circular scrubbing plate 94 returns to its original position for threading a guide wire.

Claims (4)

1. A guide wire length measuring device for ERCP comprises a device body (1) for drawing a guide wire, and a short connecting pipe (2) as a guide wire inlet, wherein the short connecting pipe (2) is vertically arranged on the surface of the device body (1); the bottom of device main part (1) sets up the seal wire export, its characterized in that, seal wire length measurement device includes:
the fixing device (3) is sleeved and fixed at the top end of the short connecting pipe (2), and the fixing device (3) is provided with a central hole for the guide wire to pass through;
the marking piece is used for marking the position of the guide wire, which is flush with the top surface of the fixing device (3), when the bottom end of the guide wire reaches the lower end of the narrow section and the upper end of the narrow section of the bile duct or the pancreatic duct of the patient;
the measuring assembly (8) comprises a fixing rod (81), a mounting box (84), a coil spring (85) and a measuring line (86) with scale marks; one end of the fixed rod (81) is detachably inserted into the fixing device (3); the mounting box (84) is of a hollow shell structure and is fixed at the other end of the fixing rod (81); the coil spring (85) is arranged in the center of the inner part of the mounting box (84); one end of the measuring wire (86) is fixed on the coil spring (85), part of the measuring wire (86) is wound on the coil spring (85), the other end of the measuring wire (86) penetrates through the mounting box (84) to extend outwards, and two fixing clamps (88) used for clamping the measuring wire (86) and the guide wire simultaneously are connected;
the guide wire length measuring device also comprises two disinfection components (9), and the two disinfection components (9) are arranged on the top surface of the fixing device (3) in a mirror symmetry manner; each sterilizing assembly (9) comprising:
a semicircular scrubbing plate (94), wherein the inner surface of the semicircle is provided with sponge for disinfecting the guide wire;
a box body (92) which contains disinfectant, and one end of the box body passes through the semicircular scrubbing plate (94) through a hose (95) to be communicated with the sponge;
the extrusion ball (96) is arranged on one side of the box body (92) far away from the semicircular scrubbing plate and is communicated with the box body (92);
the fixing device (3) comprises a fixing ring (31), a connecting rod (32), a connecting ring (33) and a positioning ring (34); the fixing ring (31), the connecting ring (33) and the positioning ring (34) are coaxially arranged, the fixing ring (31) is fixedly sleeved at the top end of the short connecting pipe (2), the positioning ring (34) is fixedly arranged in the connecting ring (33) through two filling blocks, and the connecting ring (33) is arranged above the fixing ring (31) at intervals; two ends of the connecting rod (32) are respectively fixed on the side end surfaces of the connecting ring (33) and the fixing ring (31); the disinfection component (9) is arranged on the top surface of the fixing device (3);
the outer side surfaces of the fixing ring (31) and the connecting ring (33) are respectively provided with a connecting block, the two connecting blocks are on the same vertical line, and the connecting rod (32) is vertically arranged between the two connecting blocks; the fixing rod (81) is vertically inserted into the upper connecting block.

A guidewire length measuring device for ERCP as in claim 1 wherein: the disinfection component (9) further comprises a square shell (91), a pull rod (99), a support column (93) and a fixed seat (98), the square shell (91) is arranged on the top surface of the fixing device (3), the box body (92) is accommodated in the square shell (91), the support column (93) is vertically arranged on the top surface of the square shell (91), and the fixed seat (98) is arranged on the top surface of the semicircular scrubbing plate (94); the pull rod (99) movably penetrates through the supporting column (93) and is fixed on the fixed seat (98).
3. A guidewire length measuring device for ERCP as in claim 1 wherein: the extrusion ball (96) is provided with a liquid injection port (97), and the liquid injection port (97) is used for adding disinfectant.
4. A guidewire length measuring device for ERCP as in claim 1 wherein: two fixture blocks (82) are arranged at one end of the fixing rod (81) inserted into the fixing device (3), and the fixture blocks (82) are of a long strip structure perpendicular to the fixing rod (81);
the fixing device (3) is provided with a clamping groove (83), and the clamping groove (83) comprises a through groove for inserting the clamping block (82) and two groups of fan-shaped clamping interfaces communicated with the through groove; the upper and lower positions of the two groups of fan-shaped clamping interfaces are matched with the upper and lower positions of the two clamping blocks (82), and the two groups of fan-shaped clamping interfaces are used for clamping one clamping block (82) when the fixing rod (81) rotates.
