The application relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a guide wire marking device for an ERCP.
Background
At present, the medical apparatus refers to instruments, equipment, appliances, in-vitro diagnostic reagents and the like which are directly or indirectly used for human bodies. In performing an enteroscopy procedure, ERCP (endoscopic Retrograde cholangiopancreatography) procedures are performed on a patient's area of common bile duct stenosis between the duodenum and bile duct.
In the related technology, when endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is performed, a guide wire is needed to assist in conveying a cutting knife to a bile duct or a pancreatic duct in a patient body for the next operation; wherein the incision knife is used for driving contrast medium. During the imaging process, the guide wire needs to pass through some narrow segment of the bile duct or pancreatic duct, and we need to know the length of the narrow segment. The existing guide wire is thin in thickness, scales are difficult to be arranged on the surface of the guide wire, and the length of the guide wire conveyed into a patient cannot be directly read. The conventional workflow is to roughly estimate the length of the stenosis during the guidewire delivery. The conventional work flow cannot accurately measure the length of a narrow section of a bile duct or a pancreatic duct, and errors are easily caused in the customization of the common bile duct stent based on the length of the narrow section, and the like.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art to devise a device that can accurately measure the length of a stenosis by means of a guidewire to address the above-mentioned problems.
