Abstract
The invention discloses a tortoise jelly composition, tortoise jelly and a preparation method thereof. The tortoise jelly composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-95 parts of Mesona chinensis Benth; 5-10 parts of poria cocos; 1-2 parts of tortoise; 20-30 parts of kudzu roots; 10-15 parts of cortex mori; 15-20 parts of cicada slough; 5-10 parts of radix angelicae; 5-10 parts of cortex dictamni; 5-10 parts of gardenia; 5-10 parts of cortex lycii radicis; 5-10 parts of sophora flavescens; 5-10 parts of bamboo leaves; 2-3 parts of rheum officinale. The cortex mori radicis, the cortex lycii radicis and the cortex dictamni have the functions of clearing and ventilating the lung and protecting the health; cicada slough and radix angelicae dahuricae can dispel wind and relieve itching; radix Sophorae Flavescentis, fructus Gardeniae and folium Bambusae have effects of clearing away heart-fire and promoting diuresis; radix Puerariae regulating muscle and skin striae, and relieving fever and dispelling pathogenic wind; radix et rhizoma Rhei has effects of purging pathogenic fire, relaxing bowels and removing toxic substance. By combining the unique mesona chinensis benth, the tuckahoe and the tortoise, the whole product has the functions of dispelling wind, relieving itching, clearing away heat and toxic material and harmonizing ying and weiqi.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of functional foods, and particularly relates to a tortoise jelly composition, tortoise jelly and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Guiling jelly is a traditional medicated diet with a long history, and is prepared by mainly taking rare tortoise shells and glabrous greenbrier rhizome as raw materials and matching with medicines such as radix rehmanniae and the like. The tortoise jelly is cool in nature, not cool and not dry, and is suitable for people of all ages, so the tortoise jelly is popular with people and becomes one of daily edible health care products, but the current tortoise jelly product has single function, generally has the efficacies of clearing heat, removing toxicity and removing internal heat, and has no other edible efficacies.
It is believed that all people have experienced skin itch, and in fact many people do not treat skin itch as a disease. When itching occurs, the itching can be relieved by scratching with hands, so that the reason for causing the skin itching is not considered by everyone. Except pruritus caused by mosquito bites and insect bites which are most common in life, skin pruritus caused by bacteria and fungi is also caused, and the skin pruritus can be improved by medicines. Still another kind of itch is not improved by medicines, skin itch is not as simple as the surface looks, and many people suffer from work and rest because the skin itch becomes bitter, and serious itch affects people, and even skin diseases can develop, and serious complications are caused if the skin itch is excessive. In this case, if the external application of the medicine is only used for treating the skin itch, the external application of the medicine is usually a temporary solution and a permanent solution, and the condition of the disease is not only repeated, but also the disease can be worse when the disease is continuously attacked next time. In fact, skin itch is likely to be a warning signal to the body from the lungs. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the lung governs the skin and hair, and it can transport qi, blood and body fluid to the whole body by dispersing and nourishing the skin and hair to maintain normal functions. Abnormal lung ventilating function can cause skin roughness, pruritus and other symptoms. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a Guiling jelly for harmonizing viscera to achieve heat clearing and itching relieving.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the above problems in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a tortoise jelly composition.
The invention also provides tortoise jelly.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the tortoise jelly.
The invention provides a tortoise jelly composition, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
85-95 parts of Mesona chinensis Benth; 5-10 parts of poria cocos; 1-2 parts of tortoise; 20-30 parts of kudzu roots; 10-15 parts of cortex mori; 15-20 parts of cicada slough; 5-10 parts of radix angelicae; 5-10 parts of cortex dictamni; 5-10 parts of gardenia; 5-10 parts of cortex lycii radicis; 5-10 parts of sophora flavescens; 5-10 parts of bamboo leaves; 2-3 parts of rheum officinale.
The Mesona chinensis Benth is also called Mesona chinensis Benth and Mesona chinensis Benth, belongs to annual herbaceous perennial root plants of Mesona in Labiatae, can benefit for many years after being planted for one year, and can reach 100 cm; leaves are in pairs and blossom at the end of autumn. Growing in the ditch and in the grass bunch of dry sand. Has effects in clearing away summer heat, relieving fever, and promoting urination.
Poria is also known as Yuling, Fu Ling, Wanling Gui and Fu Tu. Is dry sclerotium of Poria cocos (Schw.) wolf of Polyporaceae, usually parasitized on pine root, shaped like sweet potato, spherical, light brown or black brown, and pink or white inside, and refined to obtain Poria alba or Poria cocos.
Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi is dry root of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi of Leguminosae, commonly known as Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi. Collected in autumn and winter, and cut into thick slices or small blocks before being fresh. Has the functions of expelling pathogenic factors from muscles, allaying fever, promoting eruption, promoting the production of body fluid, quenching thirst, invigorating yang and relieving diarrhea.
The cortex mori radicis deciduous shrub or arbor, and the height is 3-15 m. The bark is grey white. Strip-shaped shallow cracks exist; root bark is yellowish brown or reddish yellow, and has strong fibrous property.
