Furthermore, the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the overall pathogenesis of the traditional Chinese medicine is the imbalance of yin and yang of a human body, namely that yin deficiency is prevailing at night, yang does not enter yin, the mind is disturbed all night, and the mind is restless and insomnia is caused; in daytime, yang fails to discharge yin well, and yang deficiency with astringency leads to insufficiency of spleen yang, failure of yang-clearing, or insufficiency of heart yang, blood circulation failing to circulate, even insufficiency of kidney yang failing to warm the body. The symptoms of mental fatigue, lassitude, shortness of breath, no desire to speak, poor appetite, palpitation, amnesia, dizziness and tinnitus, and even deficiency-vital-qi and mental weakness such as soreness of waist and knees, aversion to cold and cold limbs. Radix astragali, radix Ginseng, rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, ramulus Cinnamomi, and radix Glycyrrhizae can be used for invigorating heart and spleen; rhizoma Acori Graminei and herba Eupatorii aromatic for activating spleen; the radix curcumae, the rhizoma acori graminei and the cassia twig can activate yang and induce resuscitation, and can relieve depression, refresh brain and refresh mind. In addition, the grass turtles with the efficacy of nourishing yin can better hide in yin after night. Ginseng radix is dry root and rhizome of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer of Araliaceae, sweet in nature and slightly warm; slightly bitter in taste; spleen, lung, heart and kidney meridians; radix astragali is dried root of Astragalus membranaceus bge or Astragalus membranaceus bge of Leguminosae, and is called radix astragali with sweet and mild properties; it enters lung and spleen meridians. Ginseng and Astragalus root are the top grade herbs in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, and in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, Ginseng: "sweet and slightly cold". Nourishing five internal organs, calming the mind, calming the soul, stopping palpitation, removing pathogenic qi, improving eyesight, and improving intelligence; astragalus root: sweet and slightly warm in taste. Mainly used for treating carbuncle, deep rooted carbuncle, chronic suppuration, pus discharge and pain relief, leprosy, five hemorrhoids, mouse fistula, deficiency tonifying and various diseases of children. Comparing the nature and taste effects of Ginseng radix and radix astragali in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, it is found that the two are obviously different in the main indications of efficacy, and Ginseng radix is mainly used for tonifying five internal organs, soothing the nerves and arresting convulsion; the astragalus root is mainly used for treating surgical diseases such as carbuncle, deep-rooted carbuncle, sore and carbuncle, and the like, and the results show that the difference of the main diseases of the astragalus root and the carbuncle is obvious. The efficacy characteristics of the ginseng and the astragalus are analyzed, the ginseng and the astragalus are both tonifying medicines, and the ginseng and the astragalus are mutually reinforced to tonify qi and strengthen yang, so the formula has a very good effect. The traditional tortoise jelly is added with the medicinal material extracting solution with the synergistic effect, so that the tortoise jelly can play a role of refreshing while clearing heat and reducing internal heat, is beneficial to health, improves the learning and working efficiency and promotes social development.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, the rhizoma acori graminei, the eupatorium fortunei and the radix curcumae for activating yang and inducing resuscitation are added into the tortoise jelly, the formula is reasonable, the depression is relieved, the consciousness is restored and the spirit is refreshed, the tortoise jelly is endowed with a new health-care function, and the traditional Chinese medicine basis and the medicine and food simultaneous supplement theory are met;
(2) the grass-leaved sweetflag rhizome and the eupatorium herb are fragrant, are neutralized with the traditional tortoise jelly which is slightly bitter and astringent, have excellent taste and are suitable for the taste of the public;
(3) the preparation method is simple and easy to implement, low in cost, high in operability, suitable for mass consumption and extremely high in popularization value.

TABLE 1
Grouping | Tortoise jelly formula |
Control group | Example 2 formula Guiling jelly |
Experimental group 1 | Guiling jelly prepared by removing grassleaf sweelflag rhizome from the components in the example 2 and keeping the other proportions unchanged |
Experimental group 2 | Guiling jelly prepared by removing eupatorium from the components in example 2 and keeping the other proportions unchanged |
Experimental group 3 | Guiling jelly prepared by removing curcuma aromatica from the components in example 2 and keeping other proportions unchanged |
Experimental group 4 | The tortoise jelly is prepared by removing grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, fortune eupatorium herb and turmeric root-tuber from the components in the example 2 and keeping other proportions unchanged |
2 boxes (200 g per box) per day, during the test period, the experimental group and the control group do not take related medicines for relieving or treating the imbalance of yin and yang, all volunteers keep the original dietary habits, after 2 months, the symptoms of the volunteers are collected, and the test results are as follows:
TABLE 2
Example 6
The clinical test result of the health care effect of the refreshing tortoise jelly is as follows:
50 volunteers diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine and having yin-yang imbalance disease are recruited, the ages are distributed in 28-55 years, the volunteers are randomly and evenly divided into an experimental group and a control group, the members of the experimental group eat the refreshing tortoise jelly every day, 2 boxes (200 g per box) are taken every day, the control group does not take related medicines for relieving or treating yin-yang imbalance, all volunteers keep the original dietary habits during the experiment, and after 2 months, the symptoms of the volunteers are collected, and the obtained results are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
The primary symptoms | Experimental group | Control group | |
Mental condition | Lassitude and mental fatigue | Has an improvement of 90 percent | Has an improvement of 20 percent |
Appetite condition | A poor appetite and a bad appetite | The appetite condition can be improved by 70 percent | The appetite improvement accounts for 4 percent |
Body surface condition | Pale complexion and emaciation | The face color is 50 percent of gloss | The face color is 5% of gloss |
As can be seen from Table 2, the effective ratios of the refreshing effects of the experiment group 1 lacking the rhizoma acori graminei, the experiment group 2 lacking the herba eupatorii and the experiment group 3 lacking the radix curcumae are respectively reduced from 93.33 percent to 56.67 percent, 46.67 percent and 50 percent, which shows that the three components of the rhizoma acori graminei, the herba eupatorii and the radix curcumae have good refreshing effects; meanwhile, the effective ratio of the refreshing effect of the experimental group 4 lacking the three components of the rhizoma acori graminei, the eupatorium fortunei and the radix curcumae is reduced from 93.33 percent to 16.67 percent, and the refreshing effect is greatly reduced, so that the synergistic effect exists among the rhizoma acori graminei, the eupatorium fortunei and the radix curcumae before each other or among other components of the refreshing tortoise jelly, and the refreshing effect of the tortoise jelly can be influenced by the change of the components and the proportion of the refreshing tortoise jelly.
As can be seen from Table 3, the experimental group taking the tortoise jelly for refreshing the mind is superior to the control group in the improvement of mental condition, appetite condition and body surface condition, which shows that the tortoise jelly for refreshing the mind has obvious refreshing effect, is beneficial to relieving fatigue and accelerating fatigue elimination.
