The present embodiment provides a roller overturning device 30 for overturning a roller 20 located on a vehicle carrying platform 10 to a position below the vehicle carrying platform 10, as will be understood with reference to fig. 1-8. The drum overturning device 30 includes: the frame body 40, the bracket 50, the overturning seat 60 and the limiting part. The swivel mount 60 is used to mount the drum 20. The turnover seat 60 is pivoted with the bracket 50. The limiting portion is disposed on the turnover seat 60 for limiting the rotation of the turnover seat 60 relative to the bracket 50. The frame 40 is disposed below the vehicle platform 10, and the bracket 50 is connected to the frame 40 and is located in the frame 40. In this way, by providing the structure of the turnover seat 60 and the bracket 50, the drum 20 can pivot with respect to the bracket 50 to be located below the loading platform 10 (the retracted state), so that the opening or closing of the turnover door is not affected, and at the same time, by the structure of the stopper, the drum 20 cannot pivot with respect to the bracket 50 to be kept located above the loading platform 10 (the operating state). By providing the frame body 40, the flip seat 60 and the bracket 50 can be integrally and directly mounted on the target position of the vehicle platform 10.
The frame 40 is provided with a clamping groove 41, the clamping groove 41 is arranged corresponding to the limiting part, and the clamping groove 41 is matched with the limiting part to limit the pivoting of the turnover seat 60 relative to the bracket 50. In the present embodiment, the frame 40 is rectangular, but not limited to rectangular, and may have other shapes with two sides symmetrically arranged.
The number of the brackets 50 is two, the two brackets 50 are respectively arranged on two opposite side edges of the frame body 40, the overturning seat 60 is arranged between the two brackets 50, and two ends of the overturning seat 60 are respectively pivoted with the two brackets 50. Thus, by providing two brackets 50, the rotation of the flip seat 60 is more stable.
The flip base 60 includes: side plates 61, a bottom plate 62 and a riser 63. One end of the side plate 61 is used for installing the drum 20, and the other end of the side plate 61 is pivoted with the bracket 50 through a pivot shaft 70. The bottom plate 62 is connected with the side plate 61 and is located between the roller 20 and the bracket 50, the bottom plate 62 and the side plate 61 form a first included angle α, and the limiting portion is disposed at one end of the bottom plate 62 away from the side plate 61. The riser 63 is connected to the base plate 62, and the riser 63 forms a second angle beta with the base plate 62. In the present embodiment, the number of the side plates 61 is two, the two side plates 61 are disposed in parallel, and are pivoted to the corresponding brackets 50, the drum 20 is mounted between the two side plates 61, and two ends of the bottom plate 62 are connected to the two side plates 61.
