7. The drum tumbler apparatus of claim 6, wherein the spindle includes a head portion and a shaft portion connected, the head portion having a diameter greater than a diameter of the shaft portion.
8. The drum tumbler apparatus of claim 7, wherein an end of the head of the shaft adjacent to the rod abuts an end of the sleeve adjacent to the base plate.
9. The drum turning device according to claim 3, wherein the drum turning device further comprises a pivot shaft, and the side plate is pivotally connected to the bracket through the pivot shaft.
10. The drum turning device according to claim 9, further comprising an elastic member sleeved outside the pivot shaft.
11. The drum tumbling device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the elastic member comprises a main body and an extension part connected to each other, the extension part extending outward in a radial direction of the main body.
12. The drum tumbling device as claimed in claim 10, wherein a pressing plate is provided at an end of the side plate adjacent to the elastic member, and the pressing plate abuts against the extension of the elastic member.
13. The drum turning device according to claim 3, wherein the number of the side plates is two, the two side plates are arranged in parallel, the drum is installed between the two side plates, and both ends of the bottom plate are respectively connected with the two side plates.
14. The drum turning device of claim 3, wherein the turning base further comprises a vertical plate, the vertical plate is connected to the bottom plate, and the vertical plate and the bottom plate form a second included angle.
15. The cylinder tumbling apparatus of claim 14, wherein said second included angle is 90 degrees.
16. The drum turning device according to any one of claims 1 to 15, further comprising a turning stopper, wherein the turning stopper fixes the turning base to the bracket after the turning base is turned downward.
17. The drum turning device according to claim 16, wherein a support limiting hole is formed through the support, a turning seat limiting hole is formed at a position of the turning seat corresponding to the support limiting hole after the turning seat is turned downwards, and the turning limiting member passes through the support limiting hole and the turning seat limiting hole in sequence to fix the support and the turning seat relatively.
18. A vehicle carrying platform, characterized in that a recess is provided on the vehicle carrying platform, in which recess the drum turning device according to any of claims 1-17 is arranged.
