The environment with low pH value can enable the potassium sorbate to fully exert the antiseptic effect, the potassium sorbate and the hexanediol are matched for use, the high-efficiency safe antiseptic effect of the skin care water agent can be realized, other substances are not needed to be added to increase the antiseptic and antibacterial effects, space is reserved for other active ingredients, the proportion of the active ingredients in the skin care water agent is increased, and the skin care effect of the skin care water agent is further enhanced.
The three polyols, namely ethoxy diglycol, dipropylene glycol and hexanediol, can be used for uniformly dispersing insoluble resveratrol and tetrahydrocurcumin in the skin care water agent, and the three polyols and water can form sol in a specific proportion range, so that the resveratrol and the tetrahydrocurcumin can stably disperse in the water agent to form colloid (the water agent is detected and identified by using the Tyndall effect, is clear and transparent, but can generate a light path under the irradiation of light beams, and is caused by the scattering of the sol on light rays. Because the two components are not dissolved in water, most skin care products on the market basically adopt an emulsification dispersion mode when preparing the skin care products, the dispersion particle size of the resveratrol and the tetrahydrocurcumin is more than 100 nanometers in the emulsification dispersion mode, the dispersion particle size is large, the skin utilization rate is relatively reduced, in the formula, a novel sol-type dispersion is adopted, the specific proportion of the polyhydric alcohol and the water is utilized to ensure that the polyhydric alcohol and the water are uniformly distributed in the water to form colloid, the diameter of the colloidal particles is 1-100 nanometers, compared with the traditional particle size of more than 100 nanometers of emulsification and dispersion, the formula can ensure that the active ingredients can be better absorbed, simultaneously, the active ingredients can better contact with vitamin c dispersed in water in a larger area, thereby providing a better environment for synergistically resisting oxygen for the vitamin C and better maintaining the stability of the vitamin C. The colloidal particles in the colloid can not only effectively protect the stability of the vitamin c in the skin care aqua, but also have a certain self-protection effect on self body molecules in the micelle due to the fact that the self molecules exist in the micelle form, so that the stability of the vitamin c in the skin care aqua is protected, and the self activities of resveratrol and tetrahydrocurcumin can be protected to a greater extent, so that the resveratrol and the tetrahydrocurcumin can enter the skin to play a role in the maximum activity before the resveratrol and the tetrahydrocurcumin are absorbed by the skin.
In addition, the safety scores of the ethoxy diglycol, the dipropylene glycol and the hexanediol are all 1 or 2, the skin care lotion can be authenticated and inquired through an EWG (EWG is short for Environmental Working Group in the United states), the use safety degree is extremely high, the acne resistance is avoided, a certain permeation promoting effect is realized, the transdermal absorption rate of various components can be promoted, the skin care lotion has a moisturizing effect, and the use of the ethoxy diglycol, the dipropylene glycol and the hexanediol meets the requirements of good skin feel, high safety degree and large amount of dissolved active substances, so that the skin care lotion is more moisturizing, stable, safe and efficient in skin care.
The addition of ectoin can improve the whole anti-ultraviolet capability of the skin care water agent, prevent the skin care water agent from being damaged more before being absorbed by skin, ensure that the skin care water agent does not cause great loss of active ingredients even in the daytime, ensure the skin care effect of the skin care water agent, and the ectoin can effectively improve the immune protection capability of skin cells after being absorbed by human body, increase the cell repair capability, ensure that the skin can effectively resist the invasion of microorganisms and allergens, reduce the sensitivity of the skin and reduce the occurrence of allergy.

Example group 2 raw material recipe: 15 parts of ethoxy diglycol, 15 parts of dipropylene glycol, 15 parts of vitamin c, 3 parts of resveratrol, 2 parts of hexanediol and 52 parts of water.
Example group 3 stock formulation: 15 parts of ethoxy diglycol, 15 parts of dipropylene glycol, 15 parts of vitamin c, 3 parts of resveratrol, 1 part of ferulic acid, 2 parts of lactobionic acid, 2 parts of hexanediol and 47 parts of water.
Example group 4 stock formulation: 15 parts of ethoxy diglycol, 15 parts of dipropylene glycol, 15 parts of vitamin c, 3 parts of resveratrol, 1 part of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1 part of ferulic acid, 2 parts of lactobionic acid, 2 parts of hexanediol and 46 parts of water.
Example group 5 raw material recipe: 15 parts of ethoxy diglycol, 15 parts of dipropylene glycol, 15 parts of vitamin c, 3 parts of resveratrol, 1 part of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1 part of ferulic acid, 1 part of troxerutin, 2 parts of lactobionic acid, 2 parts of hexanediol and 45 parts of water.
Example group 6 stock formulation: 15 parts of ethoxy diglycol, 15 parts of dipropylene glycol, 15 parts of vitamin c, 3 parts of resveratrol, 1 part of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1 part of ferulic acid, 1 part of troxerutin, 2 parts of lactobionic acid, 0.5 part of ectoin, 2 parts of hexanediol, 0.4 part of potassium sorbate and 44.1 parts of water.
The experimental process comprises the following steps: 18 parts of the skin care lotion prepared in each of examples 1 to 6 and control 1, 126 parts in total, and 126 parts of the skin care lotion prepared in each of examples 1 to 6 and control 1 were stored in a 37 ℃ thermostat (simulating a higher daily use temperature) in a dark place, 3 parts of each example were taken at 1,2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 weeks, respectively, and the percentage of the remaining amount of vitamin c in the samples was measured, and the average value of three samples was taken for each example.
The record of the experimental results is shown in Table 1
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the comparison of the data of the control group 1 and the example group 1 in table 1, the introduction of resveratrol greatly increases the stability of vitamin c in aqueous solution, and as can be seen from the comparison of the data of the example groups 1 and 2, the stability of vitamin c is further improved as the resveratrol increases. From the comparison of the data of example groups 2 and 3, it is evident that the addition of ferulic acid and lactobionic acid provides an acidic environment, indeed contributing to the improvement of the stability of vitamin c in aqueous solution, with unchanged antioxidant components. As can be seen from the comparison of the data of example groups 3, 4 and 5, after more antioxidant components of tetrahydrocurcumin and troxerutin are introduced, the residual quantity of vitamin c after six weeks is still more than 95%, which is far higher than the situation that the loss of the control group 1 is nearly half. While example 6 is ectoin with added preservative system potassium sorbate and uv light resistance, it can be seen from a comparison of the data from examples 6 and 5 that their addition does not substantially change the stability of vitamin c in the formulation.
(2) After the stabilizing effect of each component on the stabilized vitamin C is measured, the effect of different contents of the same component on the stabilized vitamin C is further tested.
Example group 7 stock formulation: 20 parts of ethoxy diglycol, 20 parts of dipropylene glycol, 5 parts of vitamin C, 0.5 part of resveratrol, 0.1 part of tetrahydrocurcumin, 2 parts of ferulic acid, 3 parts of troxerutin, 3 parts of lactobionic acid, 2 parts of ectoin, 4 parts of hexanediol, 0.8 part of potassium sorbate and 39.6 parts of water.
Example group 8 stock formulation: 15 parts of ethoxy diglycol, 15 parts of dipropylene glycol, 20 parts of vitamin c, 5 parts of resveratrol, 3 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 0.1 part of ferulic acid, 0.5 part of troxerutin, 0.5 part of lactobionic acid, 0.1 part of ectoin, 0.5 part of hexanediol, 0.1 part of potassium sorbate and 40.2 parts of water.
The experimental process comprises the following steps: the skin care lotions prepared in the above example groups 6 to 8 were taken 18 parts each, 54 parts each, and 54 samples were stored in a 37 ℃ thermostat and protected from light, 3 parts each at 1,2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 weeks, respectively, and the stabilized vitamin c content in the samples was measured, and the average of three samples was taken for each sample.
The record of the experimental results is shown in Table 2
TABLE 2
The data in table 2 show that the skin care water aqua with the added samples of different amounts of components has the residual proportion of vitamin C in the example group 6 higher than that of vitamin C in the example groups 7 and 8, and the residual proportion of vitamin C in the example group 6 is the highest, so that the formula can improve the stability of vitamin C in the prepared skin care water aqua, and the component proportioning effect in the example group 6 is the best, so that the risk of oxidation of vitamin C in the skin care water aqua in the use and storage process can be greatly reduced, the shelf life of the vitamin C is prolonged, and the use effect of the vitamin C is ensured.
(3) The effect of ethoxydiglycol, dipropylene glycol and hexylene glycol on the moisturizing performance of skin moisturizers was tested.
Control group 2: control 2 was substantially the same as the example 6 stock formulation except that control 2 did not contain ethoxydiglycol, dipropylene glycol, and hexylene glycol.
The experimental process comprises the following steps: the skin care lotions prepared in the above example groups 6 to 8 and the control group 2 were respectively 20 parts, and total 80 parts. Selecting 80 test persons from ordinary persons of 25-35 ages at random, dividing into 5 groups, each group having 20 persons, wiping example groups 6-8 and control group 2 on the skin of the same part, wiping for 5 minutes, wiping off residual samples on the skin, detecting the skin moisture content of each group of persons by using a skin moisture tester (German CK brand, and model is Corneometer CM825 MDD), and taking the average value after removing one highest value and one lowest value from each group of detection data.
The record of the experimental results is shown in Table 3
TABLE 3
The data in table 3 show that the skin care lotion prepared by wiping the skin care lotion samples containing different amounts of ethoxydiglycol, dipropylene glycol and hexylene glycol for five minutes had a higher water content in the skins of the patients of examples 6-8 than in the skin of the patient of control 2, and the highest water content in the skin of example 6 indicates that the skin care lotion prepared by wiping the samples containing different amounts of ethoxydiglycol, dipropylene glycol and hexylene glycol was effective in moisturizing the skin care lotion compared with an aqueous solution.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modifications made by using the design concept should fall within the scope of infringing the present invention.
