Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-aging composition, in particular to an anti-aging repair composition containing acetyl gingerol and application thereof.
Background
Aging refers to the progressive process of functional and organic decline that occurs in the body with age. The epidermis is used as the outermost barrier of the human body, is directly contacted with the external environment, and is most easily influenced by various external factors. The skin aging is most easily and intuitively reflected the influence of age and external factors on human body aging. Aged skin is obviously characterized by skin slackening and wrinkles, and the skin at the exposed part of the body becomes rough, and the wrinkles deepen and thicken; abnormal epidermis structure, pigmentation and senile plaque; the skin elasticity is no longer relaxed; vasodilation, epidermal hyperkeratosis, etc. In aged skin, the epidermal cell regeneration is slowed down, barrier function is weakened, keratinocyte activity is reduced, repairing ability after the injury of epidermis is weakened, wherein the weakening of barrier function leads to skin dryness, desquamation, wrinkles and the like. The number of fibroblasts in dermis of aged skin gradually decreases, the ability to synthesize collagen and elastin decreases, and the proportion of type I collagen and type III collagen becomes smaller, collagen fibers become thicker, and abnormal cross-linking occurs. Therefore, the skin anti-aging agent can reduce the percutaneous water loss of the skin, improve the antioxidant capacity of the epidermis, reduce the oxygen damage and have positive effects on the skin anti-aging.
Natural aging is unavoidable, but aging caused by external factors can be inhibited by using antioxidant products, oxygen damage of skin is reduced, and skin barrier is protected. Cosmetic compositions that repair skin barriers, reduce oxygen damage to the skin, are therefore helpful in protecting the skin, and maintaining the health of the skin on a daily basis.
An anti-aging composition with excellent effect is developed, and has very practical significance.

Detailed Description
An anti-aging composition comprises an auxiliary agent and active ingredients, wherein the active ingredients comprise the following components in parts by mass: acetyl gingerol: 0.01-2 parts of at least one of vitamin C or a derivative thereof: 0.01-2 parts of collagen: 0.02-50 parts.
Acetyl zingiberone (acetyl zingerone) is a highly effective antioxidant, and is far superior to conventional antioxidants vitamin E in terms of resistance to hydrogen peroxide radicals, hydroxyl radicals, nitric oxide radicals, singlet oxygen. And is more stable than resveratrol and vitamin E under external illumination. While the stability and safety of acetylgingerol have been shown by studies, the mechanism by which it acts in combination with other components is not known. In the prior art, no acetylgingerol product is used in skin care products.
In some examples, the collagen is selected from at least one of gelatin, hydrolyzed collagen, human-like collagen, and active collagen.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in mammals, accounting for 25% -30% of the total protein, and widely exists in all tissues from the body surface of lower vertebrates to the body of mammals. Skin aging is mainly manifested by loss of collagen, leading to poor skin luster and elasticity, and also being a main cause of wrinkles. Reasonably supplements collagen, can better maintain moisture in skin, and improves skin luster and elasticity. The active collagen is collagen with triple helix combination, has the same structure as natural collagen, and has better activity.
In some examples, the collagen is active collagen.
The vitamin C derivative has better stability and has the same or very similar functions as the vitamin C. In some examples, the derivative of vitamin C is selected from vitamin C ethyl ether, tetraisopalmitate ascorbate, ascorbyl glucoside, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, dipalmitate ascorbate.
In some examples, the active ingredients are in a mass ratio of: 0.2 to 2 parts of acetyl gingerol, 0.5 to 2 parts of vitamin C or derivatives thereof and 25 to 30 parts of active collagen.
In some examples, the active ingredients are in a mass ratio of: 0.2 to 2 parts of acetyl gingerol, 0.2 to 2 parts of vitamin C or derivatives thereof and 25 to 30 parts of active collagen.
Vitamin C and its derivatives have excellent free radical scavenging ability and can block melanin formation.
In some examples, the adjuvant includes a solvent.
In some examples, the solvent is a mixed solution of a polyol and water. The polyalcohol can better disperse and stabilize the collagen, has a certain moisturizing effect, and is more beneficial to playing the effects of the acetyl gingerol, the vitamin C or the derivatives thereof and the collagen.
In some examples, the solvent comprises 5 to 95% of the total mass of the anti-aging composition. The amount of solvent may be adjusted to some extent depending on the type of product.
In some examples, the solvent comprises 35 to 85% of the total mass of the anti-aging composition.
In some examples, the polyol is selected from at least one of glycerol, 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, pentanediol, hexanediol, ethoxydiglycol.
The high content of the polyol can influence the use experience of the skin care product, and the high concentration of the polyol has irritation to skin sensitive people. In some examples, the polyol is 1, 3-butanediol, and the mass percent of 1, 3-butanediol in the solvent is 0.4-25%, preferably 2-15%.
In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided:

Each tester's two hands and arms were divided into 8 areas altogether, i.e., each arm included 3 test samples and 1 blank. While ensuring that each application and comparative example was tested at least 3 times per test panel.
The repair ability test is characterized by a percutaneous moisture loss (TEWL) value. The percutaneous moisture loss measurement instrument used in the test was a Vapometer percutaneous moisture loss measurement instrument pair from Delfin corporation. The specific method comprises the following steps: the tested part of the test subject is cleaned by clear water, and is sucked by chipless water-absorbing dry paper towels, 4 areas of 4X 4cm are sequentially drawn on the curved sides of the left forearm and the right forearm by using a marker pen, the test samples and the blank control are distinguished by numbers, the examples and the comparative examples are randomly distributed, and each test group is ensured to be tested at least 3 times; before testing, the test is required to be statically placed in a testing environment conforming to the standard for 15-30min, and then at least three times of testing are carried out on the corresponding testing area, and an average value is taken as an initial value. Samples of 0.1ml were smeared on the corresponding areas and TEWL values were measured at 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8h, respectively. The test results are shown in tables 6 and 7.
Rate of decrease in percutaneous loss of water =A negative value indicates a decrease in the percutaneous loss of water and a positive value indicates an increase in the percutaneous loss of water.
As can be seen from the data in tables 6 and 7, the data of application examples 7 to 10 are better overall than those of comparative examples 1 to 4, demonstrating that application examples 7 to 10 have a synergistic effect in repair.
Test example 3: wrinkle removing capability test of essence
The test group 190 is divided into 10 groups, and the ages are 18-50 years.
The changes in wrinkles at the corners of the eyes before and after use of the product were measured in subjects using an Antera3D instrument from Miravex Inc. After the subjects cleaned their faces in the morning and evening, the wrinkles were analyzed with the instrument for changes after two weeks and four weeks of use with an equivalent amount of serum.
The test results are shown in Table 8 and FIG. 5.
As is clear from the data in Table 8, the wrinkles of the subjects were improved after the essence was used, and the anti-wrinkle and anti-oxidation capabilities of application examples 3 to 15 were fully played as a comparative example, and in particular, the improvement of skin wrinkles was remarkable in application examples 6 to 10. The application example of the invention has wide anti-wrinkling and anti-oxidation effects and has synergistic effect.
