一种显示面板及显示装置，边框区域(A2)包括包围显示区域(A1)的第一堤坝(01)；第一堤坝(01)与显示区域(A1)之间包括第一金属层、第一平坦化层(21_1)、阳极搭接层(02)、像素限定层(23)和阴极层(25)；阳极搭接层(02)包括主体部(02a)和尖角部(02b)；尖角部(02b)至少包括靠近显示区域(A1)的第一侧边(S1)；像素限定层(23)包覆阳极搭接层(02)的边界，且像素限定层(23)具有第一凹槽(V1)，第一凹槽(V1)由阳极搭接层(02)的一个尖角部(02b)延伸至阳极搭接层(02)的另一个尖角部(02b)、且第一凹槽(V1)位于尖角部(02b)远离主体部(02a)一侧、且第一凹槽(V1)设置于尖角部(02b)靠近显示区域(A1)一侧，第一凹槽(V1)与尖角部(02b)的第一侧边(S1)相邻的边为第二侧边(S2)，且第二侧边(S2)的轮廓与第一侧边(S1)的轮廓一致；第一平坦化层(21_1)具有第三凹槽(V3)，第二侧边(S2)在衬底基板(10)的正投影位于第三凹槽(V3)在衬底基板(10)的正投影内。
