一种显示面板及其制作方法和显示装置。显示面板包括：基板(100)，基板(100)具有显示区域(1)、外围区域(2)和焊盘区域(5)；第一挡墙(201)，位于外围区域(2)且围绕显示区域(1)的四周；平坦化层(101)，位于第一挡墙(201)内，第一挡墙(201)与平坦化层(101)之间具有第一凹槽(3)，沿平坦化层(101)的第一侧(111)的边缘的延伸方向，第一侧(111)的边缘包括相连的第一段边界(112)和第二段边界(113)；封装层(102)，覆盖平坦化层(101)；触控层(103)，在封装层(102)上，触控层(103)包括触控信号线(1031)和触控电极图形(1032)，触控电极图形(1032)通过触控信号线(1031)与焊盘区域(5)的焊盘(501)电连接，且触控信号线(1031)经过第一段边界(112)；其中，封装层(102)包括有机层(121)，有机层(121)的边缘位于第一凹槽(3)内，有机层(121)的边缘与平坦化层(101)的第一段边界(112)的间距(L1)大于有机层(121)的边缘与第二段边界(113)的间距(L2)。
