At present, aiming at the technical problem of how to achieve the hydrophobicity of the putty, the traditional hydrophobing agents such as organic silicon and the like are added, so that the raw material cost is high, the mass production is not suitable, and meanwhile, the common hydrophobing agents are not compatible with water and have poor dispersion effect; the invention fully wraps the surfaces of the particles through the wetting agent in the early stage, and then slowly interacts with calcium ions in the slurry to generate a water repellent with good hydrophobicity; the wetting agent can quickly disperse powder, prevent the powder from agglomerating, shorten the stirring time and reduce the stirring energy consumption.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
referring to a raw material composition table of table 1, a mildew preventive, a wetting agent and a pH regulator are premixed to obtain a prefabricated mildew preventive;
adding half of the filler and all the inorganic gelled materials into a mixing stirrer (the rotating speed is maintained at 200r/min), mixing for 45s, and then adding the organic gelled materials, the thickening agent and the starch ether for continuous mixing; after the raw materials are added, adding the rest filler into a mixing stirrer, and continuously stirring for 90s to obtain a uniform mixture, namely the environment-friendly durable mildew-proof weakly alkaline putty.

Specific test results are shown in fig. 1 to 12, where fig. 1 is level 0, fig. 2 is level 2, fig. 3 is level 1, fig. 4 is level 1, fig. 5 is level 0, fig. 6 is level 1, fig. 7 is level 1, fig. 8 is level 2, fig. 9 is level 2, fig. 10 is level 0, fig. 11 is level 1, and fig. 12 is level 1.

the filler is selected from one or more of white powder, quartz powder and talcum powder; the fineness of the filler is 200-400 meshes.

4. The green environment-friendly durable mildewproof weakly basic putty as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickening agent is selected from one or more of methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose ether, methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ether, hydroxyethyl cellulose ether and the like.
5. The green environmentally friendly permanent mold proof weakly basic putty as claimed in claim 1 characterised in that the wetting agent is selected from sodium oleate and/or potassium oleate.
6. The environment-friendly, lasting, mildew-proof and weakly alkaline putty as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the pH regulator is selected from one or more of calcium silicate powder, zeolite powder and hydrotalcite powder;
the fineness of the pH regulator is 180-800 meshes.
7. The environment-friendly durable mildewproof weakly alkaline putty as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mildewproof agent is one or more selected from organic mildewproof agents, inorganic salt mildewproof agents and natural mildewproof agents.

b) mixing the prefabricated mildew preventive obtained in the step a), the inorganic cementing material and 50 wt% of filler in a stirrer for 30-60 s, adding the organic cementing material, the thickening agent and the thixotropic lubricant in a stirring state, adding the rest filler in the stirrer after the material is added, and continuously stirring for 60-120 s to obtain the environment-friendly durable mildew-proof weakly-alkaline putty.
