Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of biological agents, in particular to a microecological agent for purifying aquaculture tail water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the development of aquaculture industry is rapid, the scale of intensive high-density breeding is continuously enlarged, and the development of social economy is promoted to a certain extent, however, the intensive high-density breeding applied for increasing the yield per unit area causes the destruction of the breeding ecological environment, and greatly increases the chance of pathogen cross infection among aquatic animals. Therefore, various fish diseases occur frequently, even aquatic animals die in a large area, and the culture water body environment is worsened. Aiming at the prevention and treatment of fish diseases, the traditional method mainly uses antibiotics and certain chemical synthetic drugs as feed additives or fishery drugs in large quantity. The long-term use of a large amount of antibiotics and chemical synthetic drugs can not only destroy and interfere the normal microflora of the culture environment to cause the ecological imbalance of microorganisms, but also cause the residual quantity of the antibiotics and the chemical synthetic drugs in aquatic products to be too much, and the antibiotics and the chemical synthetic drugs enter human bodies through food chains to be enriched to cause potential harm to human health, and the microbial ecological agent, namely a live microbial agent prepared by using normal microorganisms or substances for promoting the growth of the microorganisms, can overcome the defects of dysbacteriosis, double infection, drug-resistant strain enhancement and the like caused by the application of the antibiotics.
The microecological preparation achieves the purpose of preventing and treating diseases by purifying aquaculture water, improving animal immunity and improving aquaculture environment, reduces the harm of water eutrophication to aquatic animals and human beings, is an ideal substitute for antibiotics and other substances, is a new technical means, and has important significance for guaranteeing the safety of aquatic products and maintaining the health and sustainable development of aquaculture industry.
