According to the invention, the protective film is only required to be torn off when the assembled template obtained in the step five is transferred, then the invalid area of each single-hole template is pressed, the single-hole template is prevented from being brought up by the protective film, finally, the UV transfer printing glue is coated on one surface of a blank membrane, the blank membrane is placed on the assembled template, the UV transfer printing glue of the blank membrane is contacted with the assembled membrane, the UV transfer printing glue is utilized to transfer the textures on the hole templates on the assembled template onto the blank membrane together, and the transfer printing operation of the multi-outer-blank membrane can be realized repeatedly.
By adopting the technical scheme, the makeup method of the precise texture template can finish the makeup of each single-hole texture on the template only by adopting CNC (computerized numerical control) processing equipment in the whole operation, the original makeup of the makeup machine is replaced, one round of operation can be finished only by 5 hours when a new layout is spliced in the whole operation, the time efficiency of the original makeup machine for a period of 2 days is greatly shortened, a large amount of time is won for the development of a new product, meanwhile, the cost of splicing one layout is only about 400 yuan each time, the makeup cost is greatly reduced, the makeup success rate reaches more than 90 percent, and in addition, if the reject rate of one single-hole texture in the whole layout is increased, the single-hole template is only required to be replaced, the whole layout retreatment is not needed, and the makeup cost is further saved; and moreover, the target datum point hole position in the first step can enable the CNC machining in the second step to have a datum point for alignment, the CNC machining is more accurate, the corresponding target position hole in the fourth step also enables the CNC machining of the outer frame hole in the fourth step to have the datum point, the template obtained by later-stage transfer printing is directly provided with the datum point during the CNC machining, the datum point machining operation is not needed, and the later-stage machining is simpler and easier.
In the invention, in the second step, the number of the processed single-hole templates is more than that of the outer frame holes in the fourth step, so that when one single-hole template has a defective rate after the fifth step, the redundant single-hole templates in the second step can be directly replaced, and the whole makeup operation is rapid.
