According to the performance detection data in tables 6 and 7, the bactericidal rate of the nourishing cream prepared by adding the composition for the washing and caring product containing the soapberry seed extract in the experimental examples 1 and 2 to staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans reaches more than 80%, which indicates that the nourishing cream prepared by adding the composition in the experimental examples 1 and 2 has stronger bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects; compared with an initial value, the skin water content value of a test subject using the nourishing cream prepared in the experimental examples 1 and 2 is increased by 12.4% and 12.8% respectively after 5min of test, which shows that the nourishing cream can be absorbed by skin in a short time, and further reflects that the penetration effect of the nourishing cream is good, and the water content difference value of the test subject using the nourishing cream prepared in the experimental examples 1 and 2 is small after 1h and 2h of test, so that the moisturizing performance of the nourishing cream prepared by adding the composition in the experimental examples 1 and 2 is excellent; the skin water content of the test person is improved after the nourishing cream prepared by the experimental examples 1 and 2 is used, the skin is moist and tender, and the problem of skin tightness is not easy to occur.
The blank control group is not added with the composition, and the sterilization rate of the nourishing cream prepared by the blank control group can only reach 20 percent, which shows that the composition for the washing and caring product containing the Chinese soapberry seed extract plays a main role in inhibiting bacteria and sterilizing in the nourishing cream. The experimental examples 1 and 2 are compared with a blank control group, the composition is added more, the sterilization rate of the nourishing cream prepared in the experimental examples 1 and 2 on staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans is obviously increased, the skin moisture content of a test subject is higher after 5min, the difference value of the skin moisture content after 1h and 2h is within 4%, and the difference value of the blank control group is 10%, so that the composition for the washing products containing the soapberry seed extract has the outstanding sterilization and bacteriostasis functions and has good permeability and moisture retention.
In experimental examples 3-6, the content of each component in the composition is adjusted on the basis of the experimental example 1, the sterilization rate of the nourishing cream prepared in the experimental examples 3-5 and the skin moisture content of a test person in 5 minutes are similar to the performance detection data of the experimental example 1, and the difference value of the skin moisture content of the test person in 1 hour and 2 hours is reduced, which indicates that the composition has good sterilization and moisturizing effects when the content of the components is within the range of the mixture ratio of the experimental examples 3-6.
Experimental example 7, equal amounts of centella asiatica extract and rhinacanthus nasutus extract are added into the composition, and equal amounts of centella asiatica extract and phellodendron amurense bark extract are added into the composition in experimental example 8, the bactericidal effect of the nourishing cream prepared in experimental examples 7 and 8 is improved compared with that of experimental example 6, the moisture content of skin is improved after 5-minute test by a test person, and the inventor analyzes that rhinacanthin in rhinacanthus nasutus extract and berberine rich in phellodendron amurense bark have strong inhibitory effects on various bacteria, so that the absorption capacity of the skin can be further improved, and the permeation effect of the composition is enhanced; furthermore, the Rhinacanthus nasutus extract and the phellodendron amurense bark extract can promote the metabolism of cells, further promote the absorption of the composition by the cells and enhance the penetration effect of the composition.
In the experimental example 9, the centella asiatica extract is replaced by the equal amount of the rhinacanthus nasutus extract and the amur corktree bark extract, the sterilization rate of the nourishing cream prepared in the experimental example 9 is greatly increased, the skin moisture content of a test person is obviously improved after 5min of a test, and the difference value of the skin moisture content of the test person is obviously reduced after 1h and 2h of the test, which indicates that the sterilization rate, the permeability and the moisture retention performance of the nourishing cream prepared in the experimental example 9 are excellent, and the inventor analyzes that after the rhinacanthus nasutus extract and the amur corktree bark extract are mixed, the active ingredients between the rhinacanthus nasutus extract and the amur corktree bark extract in the composition system can be mutually promoted, so that the activity of skin cells can be greatly improved, the permeation effect of the soapberry extract, the common cnidium fruit extract, the lightyellow sophora root extract and the palmic cocoa fruit extract on the skin cells can be further promoted, and the stimulation effect of the skincare extract on the skin cells can be relieved, the skin is tender and lubricated, and the moisturizing capability is enhanced.
Experimental examples 10 to 12 the aloe extract and the agave dark green extract were added to the composition based on experimental example 6, the bactericidal effect of the nourishing cream prepared in experimental examples 10 to 12 was slightly improved, and the moisture content performance of the skin of the test subjects was excellent, and the skin could be kept in a stable state with a high moisture content for a long time; the agave dulcis extract can effectively inhibit the decomposition of hyaluronic acid and increase the absorption of stratum corneum; the aloe extract and the dark green agave extract are mixed for use, so that the irritation of the soapberry extract, the fructus cnidii extract, the radix sophorae flavescentis extract and the Brazilian cocoa extract to the skin can be further alleviated, the permeability of the composition can be improved, and the sterilization and moisturizing performances of the nourishing cream containing the composition can be further improved.
Experimental examples 13 to 14 dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which has wide compatibility and can be well matched with other active agents in the composition to accelerate the absorption of the skin to the composition for synergism, was added to the composition based on experimental example 6, so that the bactericidal rate of the nourishing cream prepared in experimental examples 13 and 14 was improved.
The bactericidal rate of the nourishing cream prepared in the experimental example 15 is highest, the skin moisture content of a test person for 5min is highest, the difference value between the skin moisture contents of the test person after 1h and 2h is smallest, the skin moisture content is kept stable, the bacteriostatic, bactericidal, permeability and moisturizing performances of the nourishing cream prepared in the experimental example 15 are optimal, and the experimental example 15 is the optimal experimental example of the application.
According to the performance test data of the comparative experiment examples 1-9, the sapindus mukorossi extract, the cnidium monnieri extract, the sophora flavescens extract and the Brazilian cocoa extract are replaced by the same amount of water in the comparative experiment example 8, the sterilization rate of the nourishing cream prepared in the comparative experiment example 8 is low, the skin moisture content of a test subject is small in 5min, and the difference value of the skin moisture content is large after 1h and 2h of tests, which indicates that the nourishing cream prepared in the comparative experiment example 8 has poor antibacterial and bactericidal effects and poor moisture retention permeability.
Compared with the comparative experiment example 8, the comparative experiment example 4 and the comparative experiment example 7 respectively add more soapberry extract and brazilian cocoa extract, the nourishing cream prepared by the comparative experiment example 4 and the comparative experiment example 7 has higher sterilization rate than that of the nourishing cream prepared by the comparative experiment example 8, and the skin of a test person is in a normal state after the test person uses the nourishing cream, which shows that the soapberry extract and the brazilian cocoa extract have certain sterilization effect and no irritation to the skin, but the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects are not obvious; the difference between the skin moisture contents of the test subjects tested for 1 hour and 2 hours using the nourishing creams prepared in comparative examples 4 and 7 was not significantly improved, indicating that only the soapberry extract or only the palmetto cocoa extract did not exhibit a long-lasting moisturizing effect.
Similarly, compared with the comparative experiment example 8, the cnidium fruit extract and the sophora flavescens extract are respectively added in the comparative experiment examples 5 and 6, the sterilization rate of the nourishing cream prepared in the comparative experiment examples 5 and 6 is improved, but the skin of a test user is tight after the nourishing cream is used, which indicates that the cnidium fruit extract and the sophora flavescens extract have certain sterilization effect and certain irritation to the skin; the difference between the water contents of the skin of the test subjects tested for 1 hour and 2 hours using the nourishing cream prepared in comparative examples 5 and 6 was not significantly improved, indicating that only the cnidium fruit extract or only the sophora flavescens extract could not achieve the long-acting moisturizing effect.
Comparative experiment example 2 added more soapberry extract and brazil cocoa extract than comparative experiment example 8; in comparative example 3, more cnidium monnieri fruit extract and sophora flavescens ait extract were added as compared with comparative example 8; in comparative experiment example 1, compared with comparative experiment example 8, the common cnidium fruit extract, the lightyellow sophora root extract and the Brazilian cocoa fruit extract are additionally added, so that the bactericidal performance of the nourishing cream prepared in comparative experiment examples 1-3 is enhanced, but the bactericidal effect is still not outstanding; and the difference value of the moisture content of the skin of the test subjects after 1h and 2h of the test subjects using the nourishing cream prepared in the comparative experiment examples 1-3 is not obviously improved, which indicates that the mixture of the soapberry extract, the common cnidium fruit extract, the lightyellow sophora root extract and the Brazilian cocoa fruit extract can not achieve a good moisturizing effect.
In comparative experiment example 9, the soapberry extract and the Brazilian cocoa extract are replaced by the moisturizing agent with the moisturizing effect, and the sterilization rate of the nourishing cream prepared in comparative experiment example 9 is lower than that of the nourishing cream prepared in comparative experiment example 3, which shows that the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects of the composition in the nourishing cream prepared in comparative experiment example 9 are inhibited; although the skin water content of the test subjects tested for 5min and 30min by using the nourishing cream prepared in comparative experiment example 9 is improved, the difference value of the skin water content after 1h and 2h is not obviously improved, which indicates that the long-acting moisturizing performance of the nourishing cream prepared in comparative experiment example 9 is poor. The inventor analyzes that the moisturizing principle of the moisturizing agent is that a continuous closed oil film is formed on the surface of the skin, so that the loss rate of water under the protection of the oil film is reduced, but the oil film enables the sterilization and bacteriostasis components such as the fructus cnidii extract and the radix sophorae flavescentis extract in the composition to not penetrate through the oil film to go deep into the skin to clear fungus and bacteria in the skin, and further inhibits the bacteriostasis and bactericidal effects of the composition to a certain extent.
Compared with the comparative experiment example 8, in the experiment example 6, the sapindus mukorossi extract, the fructus cnidii extract, the radix sophorae flavescentis extract and the brazilian cocoa extract are additionally added, so that the sterilization rate of the nourishing cream prepared in the experiment example 6 is remarkably improved, the skin is moisturized and tender after use, the moisture content of the skin is remarkably improved after 5min of a test by a test person, the moisture content difference of the skin is remarkably improved after 1h and 2h of the test by the test person, and the moisture content of the skin can be kept at a high value for a long time.
The inventor analyzes that the four soapberry extract, the common cnidium fruit extract, the lightyellow sophora root extract and the Brazilian cocoa fruit extract interact in a composition system, the film forming property of glycerin can be improved under the combined action of the four extracts, the four extracts have good compatibility after being mixed, the interface barrier between the four extracts and a skin barrier is small in obstruction, the permeability is improved, the stimulation to skin can be reduced, the skin can be fully permeated into skin cells along with water molecules, and the skin can be sterilized and repaired deeply from the bottom of the skin; the composition has mild performance and obvious antibacterial and bactericidal effects, promotes the repair and reinforcement of the outer barrier of the skin, improves the integrity of the skin barrier, enhances the long-acting water locking and moisturizing effects of the skin, and has good long-acting moisturizing effect.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
