A multi-functional stereo garage which characterized in that: the system comprises a service library and a stereo garage, wherein the service library is connected with a ground layer of the stereo garage and comprises a plurality of service parking spaces which are arranged side by side in the transverse direction and a transverse moving channel which is parallel to the arrangement direction of the service parking spaces, and the stereo garage comprises a first tower library which is parallel to the transverse moving channel and a second tower library which is parallel to the service parking spaces; a transverse moving trolley is arranged in the transverse moving channel, a carrier capable of longitudinally extending out is arranged on the transverse moving trolley, the transverse moving trolley can move to a first tower garage along the transverse moving channel, the carrier can complete vehicle exchange with a service parking space, and a second tower garage can exchange vehicles with the first tower garage and/or the carrier;
the parking process comprises the following steps of,
the carrier leaves the transverse moving trolley longitudinally to enter the service parking space, vehicles parked on the service parking space are carried onto the transverse moving trolley, the transverse moving trolley moves transversely to enter the first tower garage, the carrier exchanges vehicles with the first tower garage or the second tower garage, and the vehicles are stored in the first tower garage or the second tower garage;
the car taking process is opposite to the car storing process.

The multi-functional stereo garage of claim 1, wherein: the first tower storehouse and the second tower storehouse respectively comprise lifting channels and storage parking places on two sides of the lifting channels, the lifting channels are provided with lifting car carrying plates, the storage parking places are provided with transverse moving plates capable of moving into the lifting channels along transverse directions, the lifting car carrying plates are provided with inner comb teeth, and the transverse moving plates are provided with outer comb teeth exchanged with the lifting car carrying plates.

The multi-functional stereo garage of claim 3, wherein: the transverse moving trolley can move to the position between the inner comb teeth on the two sides of the lifting vehicle carrying plate along the transverse moving channel, the telescopic comb teeth on the two sides of the carrier extend out of the width of the transverse moving trolley, and the wheels on the two sides are located outside the width range of the transverse moving trolley.
