Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beauty medicine, in particular to a hydrogel dressing for wound inflammation diminishing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin consists of several layers covering and protecting the cells of keratin and collagen fibrils that make up its structural skeleton, the outermost of these layers, called the stratum corneum, is known to be composed of 250A protein bundles surrounded by 80A thick layers. Anionic surfactants and organic solvents typically penetrate the stratum corneum membrane and disrupt its integrity by defatting (i.e., removing lipids from the stratum corneum). Disruption of the skin surface topography leads to a harsh feel and may eventually cause surfactants or solvents to contact the keratin, creating an irritating sensation. When the stratum corneum is destroyed, the exposed skin is easily repeatedly inflamed and can not be effectively healed if the antibacterial treatment is not carried out. At the same time, maintaining a proper moisture gradient across the stratum corneum is important to its function. A significant portion of this water comes from the body and is sometimes seen as a plasticizer for the stratum corneum. If the humidity is too low, like in cold climates, not enough water remains in the outer layers of the stratum corneum to properly plasticize the tissue, and the skin begins to peel and becomes itchy. The permeability of the skin also decreases to some extent when there is insufficient water to pass through the stratum corneum. On the other hand, too much water on the outer layers of the skin causes the stratum corneum to eventually absorb three to five times its own weight of bound water, which causes the skin to swell and wrinkle, resulting in about a two to three-fold increase in the skin's permeability to water and other polar molecules.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hydrogel dressing for wound inflammation diminishing.
Yet another object of the present invention is to: provides a preparation method of the hydrogel dressing product for diminishing the inflammation of the wound.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following scheme: the hydrogel dressing for diminishing inflammation of the wound is characterized in that hydrogel, streptomycin mixed liquid and skin moisturizing essence are combined to prepare the hydrogel dressing for diminishing inflammation of the wound.
The hydrogel is nonionic polyacrylamide.
The molecular weight of the nonionic polyacrylamide is 10,000,000-30,000,000.
Contains 0.5-1% of mixed solution of streptomycin.
The pH value is 5-6 but less than 6.
Contains 1-2% of skin moisturizing essence.
The invention provides a preparation method of a hydrogel dressing for wound inflammation diminishing, which is characterized in that 73 mL of water is added into a container with proper size, stirring is carried out at 300 rpm/min, simultaneously 15g of a mixture of 10,000,000-molecular-weight and 30,000,000-molecular-weight polyacrylamide, 5g of mineral oil and 1 mL of streptomycin are added into the water, 5 mL of ethanol is separately placed into another container and a cover is added, a mixer with three screw propellers is adopted, 1 mL of salicylic acid is added into the ethanol and mixed at 100 rpm/min until the salicylic acid is dissolved, the ethanol mixed solution is slowly added into a polyacrylamide water phase to form a gel, and the generated gel is mixed at a medium speed until the gel is uniform.
The invention adopts non-ionic polyacrylamide with molecular weight of 10,000,000-30,000,000 to prepare the hydrogel substrate, and simultaneously 0.5-1% of streptomycin mixed liquid is added to mix 1-2% of skin moisturizing essence.
The invention provides a hydrogel dressing for wound inflammation diminishing, wherein a high molecular weight hydrogel substrate material can be well coated on the surface of a wound, is not easy to fall off, and effectively prevents the wound from contacting with the environment. Meanwhile, the mixed solution of the streptomycin can effectively eliminate the original untreated clean bacteria on the surface of the skin. Finally, the skin moisturizing essence can effectively ensure the moisture gradient of the skin, so that the recovery of the wound is accelerated.
The invention discloses a hydrogel dressing for wound inflammation diminishing, which is prepared by reasonably matching preparations and is suitable for skin of each part. The hydrogel substrate in the formula can be well coated on the surface of the wound, so that the contact between the wound and the environment is effectively blocked. The mixed solution of the streptomycin can effectively eliminate the original untreated clean bacteria on the surface of the skin. The skin moisturizing essence can effectively ensure that the moisture of the skin cannot be lost. The invention uses the multi-component combined formula to improve the effect defect of a single product, directly acts the compound formula of the dressing on the corresponding layers of the main components, reduces the functional disorder of the single product and greatly improves the requirement of wound anti-inflammation.
Detailed Description
In order to more clearly and specifically illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is further described by the following embodiments. The following examples are intended to illustrate the practice of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
A hydrogel dressing for wound inflammation diminishing is prepared by 0.5-1% of streptomycin mixed solution and 1-2% of skin moisturizing essence in hydrogel, wherein the hydrogel is nonionic polyacrylamide, and is prepared by the following steps:
adding 73 mL of water into a container with proper size, stirring at 300 rpm/min, and adding a mixed solution of 15g of nonionic polyacrylamide with the molecular weight of 10,000,000, 5g of mineral oil and 1 mL of streptomycin into the water to obtain a polyacrylamide water phase;
separately putting 5 mL of ethanol into another container, adding a cover, adding 1 mL of salicylic acid into the ethanol by adopting a mixer with three screw propellers, and mixing at 100 rpm/min until the salicylic acid is dissolved to obtain an ethanol mixed solution;
the resulting ethanol mixed solution is slowly added to the polyacrylamide aqueous phase to form a gel having a pH of less than 6, preferably a pH of 5-6, and the resulting gel is mixed at a moderate rate until homogeneous.
Example 2
A hydrogel dressing for wound anti-inflammation, prepared by the following steps, similar to the steps of example 1:
adding 73 mL of water into a container with proper size, stirring at 300 rpm/min, and adding a mixed solution of 15g of non-ionic polyacrylamide with the molecular weight of 20,000,000, 5g of mineral oil and 1 mL of streptomycin into the water to obtain a polyacrylamide water phase;
separately putting 5 mL of ethanol into another container, adding a cover, adding 1 mL of salicylic acid into the ethanol by adopting a mixer with three screw propellers, and mixing at 100 rpm/min until the salicylic acid is dissolved to obtain an ethanol mixed solution;
the resulting ethanol mixed solution is slowly added to the polyacrylamide aqueous phase to form a gel having a pH of less than 6, preferably a pH of 5-6, and the resulting gel is mixed at a moderate rate until homogeneous.

Examples 1 to 3 effect test:
the three hydrogel dressings prepared in example 1/2/3 were applied to the wound sites of three mice of the same skin lesion model, respectively, and one control mouse was prepared without treatment of the wound site and was raised in cages for 15 days. In the feeding process, the skin lesion of the mouse coated with the hydrogel dressing is gradually healed on the fifth day, and meanwhile, no inflammation phenomenon occurs in the healing process. The skin lesions of the mice in the control group developed ulcers, and bacterial infection was inevitable.
