Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,属于水产养殖饲料技术领域,该饲料包括如下重量份原料:能量粉料67‑75份、纤维粉料35‑42份、粘结剂17‑22份、抗菌提取液8‑10份和辅助配料10‑15份,通过粘结剂的添加使得饲料吸水膨胀后呈丝状网络结构,将其他原料粘结在一起,使得饲料不易崩塌粉化,在25℃水中坍塌时间在7h左右,避免营养物质融入污泥中发酵;添加的抗菌提取液具有消炎抗菌作用,有效防治虾鳃部疾病;辅助配料中采用酶解麦麸、富钙粉和脱壳助剂复配使用,有效缩短虾脱壳后的软壳期,提高成活率;本发明制备的饲料营养元素均衡,适用于红螯螯虾饲喂。

技术领域
本发明属于水产养殖饲料技术领域,具体地,涉及一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料。
背景技术
红螯螯虾俗称澳洲淡水龙虾,原产于澳大利亚北部地区和新几内亚南部的溪流中,在人工养殖过程中死亡率较高,其主要存在以下几点原因:
1、养殖过程中人工添加的饲料未被及时食用,崩坍溃散后与底部污泥混合发酵,造成水质恶化,导致虾感染,最常见的为鳃部疾病;
2、养殖过程虾脱壳困难,且软壳期较长,在高密度养殖中,以发生虾体损伤,从而造成感染死亡。
因此,本发明从饲料入水状态、促进虾脱壳与长壳以及提高虾对环境的抵抗力出发,提供适用于螯螯虾养殖的饲料。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中提到的技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,按照重量份计,包括如下原料:
能量粉料67-75份、纤维粉料35-42份、粘结剂17-22份、抗菌提取液8-10份和辅助配料10-15份。
所述能量粉料包括鱼粉、猪肝粉、鸡肉粉、黄粉虫粉和乌贼膏,且用量质量比依次为9-11:3.7-5.5:2-5:2-5:1.5-3,搅拌混合制得能量粉料;能量粉料中富含蛋白质,虾从饲料中获取蛋白质被消化为肽和氨基酸等小分子化合物,该能量粉料被消化后富含红鳌鳌虾生长必需的精氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸等13种氨基酸,可为虾的生长提供充足的营养物质,有利于虾的快速生长,从而提高虾的抵抗力。
所述纤维粉料包括脱毒菜籽粕、发酵豆粕、鱼腥草粉和水葫芦粉,按照任意比例进行混合,制得纤维粉料;纤维粉料富含膳食纤维,有利于促进虾肠道蠕动,有利于对营养物质快速吸收,促进体内有害物质排出。
所述辅助配料包括酶解麦麸、富钙粉、脱壳助剂、鱼油和复合维生素粉,且用量质量比依次为5.5-7:2.1-2.7:0.05-1.7:0.2-0.5:0.07-0.12,搅拌混合制得辅助配料;其中麦麸含有大量的非淀粉多糖,富含戊聚糖,易酶解且经过酶解后生产大量的低聚木糖,其能够促进有益菌增殖,抑制病原菌生产,增强虾机体免疫力,富钙粉中含有大量水溶性钙,低聚木糖进一步促进虾对钙的吸收,在虾脱壳时,有利于虾壳生长,缩短虾脱壳后的软壳期,提高成活率。
所述脱壳助剂包括蛋黄粉和脱壳素中的一种或者以任意比例混合;蛋黄粉中富含胆固醇,其与脱壳素均能促进虾脱壳,通过脱壳助剂的添加,一方面促进虾脱壳,减少虾脱壳异常,造成虾脱壳过程中死亡,另一方面,虾脱壳次数多,生长快,有利于提高产量。
所述富钙粉包括骨粉、贝壳粉、轻质碳酸钙粉和丙酸钙,且按照任意比例混合;该富钙粉粉中含有大量水溶性钙元素,易于被虾吸收,其中丙酸钙的加入,还有利于抑制饲料霉变。
所述复合维生素粉包括维生素A、维生素B族和维生素C,且用量质量依次比为0.3:1:0.55,通过复合维生素的添加,有利于脱壳后机体恢复。
粘结剂,由如下步骤制备:
步骤A1:取高筋面粉和小苏打按照用量比为1kg:8-10g混合后,加入高筋面粉和小苏打总质量35-40%的水搅拌成膏状物,静置自然发酵1-2d,得到发酵物;
步骤A2:将发酵物置于200目滤袋中,采用循环水进行冲洗,得到白色粘稠物,随后将其压制成饼,置于烘干炉中,在60-80℃下烘干至含水量不超过5%,之后将烘干物研磨成粉料,最后过150目筛网筛分,取筛下料,制得粘结剂;
所述粘结剂由高筋面粉与小苏打制成湿料发酵,产生大量二氧化碳,形成多孔的膏状物,有利于粘结成分洗出,此外,经发酵后,高筋面粉中的丝状纤维软化,具有更高的韧性,提高粘结效果,该粘结剂在水中吸水膨胀后呈丝状网络结构,将其他原料粘结在一起,不易崩塌粉化,避免营养物质融入污泥中发酵,导致水质恶化,从而使虾感染。
抗菌提取液,由以下步骤制备:
步骤B1:取茵陈、黄连、艾草和苦参粉碎,之后加入水浸泡10-12h,过滤后沥干,得到浸泡料;
步骤B2:取无水乙醇加入浸泡料中搅拌混合,之后将混合料平铺在托盘中,放入微波设备中,加热20-30mi n,然后压滤取滤液;
步骤B3:取滤液在0.08-0.1MPa负压下,升温至65-70℃,取馏分,得到抗菌提取液,在该条件减压蒸馏,纯化效率高。
所述抗菌提取液为茵陈、黄连、艾草和苦参的提取物,具有抗菌消炎的作用,有效防治红螯螯虾鳃部疾病。
所述酶解麦麸,由以下步骤制备:
步骤C1:取麦麸和葡萄糖混合后加入水,搅拌静置8-10h进行溶胀,制成基料;
步骤C2:取木聚糖酶加入pH值为5-6的磷酸酸氢二钠-柠檬酸缓冲液,水浴加热至42-50℃,保温20-30mi n进行活化处理;
步骤C4:将活化后的酶液加入基料中,搅拌均匀,升温至50-55℃,酶解1-1.5d,之后升温至80-90℃进行灭活,得到酶解湿料;
步骤C4:将酶解湿料晒干至含水量为20-30%,制得酶解麦麸。
一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,其制备过程包括如下步骤:
步骤一、取能量粉料、纤维粉料和粘结剂搅拌混合制基础饲料;
步骤二、取抗菌提取液和辅助配料加入水,混合制成混合液;
步骤三、在搅拌状态下,向基础饲料中加入混合液,在加入水搅拌,然后置于32-38℃下保温1-2h,使得粘结剂在饲料中充分吸收水分成丝,生成网络结构,将其他原料包络在一起,最后微波处理10-15mi n,进行灭菌,得到饲料湿料;
步骤四、将饲料湿料置于挤出造粒机中制成粒径为1-2mm颗粒,最后热风干燥至含水量不超过10%,制成饲料。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明制备的饲料中添加一种粘结剂,其通过高筋面粉发酵后水洗制得,含有大量软化丝状纤维,吸水膨胀后呈丝状网络结构,将其他原料粘结在一起,使得饲料不易崩塌粉化,避免营养物质融入污泥中发酵,导致水质恶化,从而使虾感染,从虾的养殖环境改善提高虾的抵抗力。
2、本发明制备的饲料中添加一种抗菌提取液,以茵陈、黄连、艾草和苦参为原料进行提取,其复配使用,具有良好的抗菌消炎效果,其应用在虾饲养中,可有效防治红螯螯虾鳃部疾病。
3、本发明制备的饲料中添加一种辅助配料,该辅助配料中的酶解麦麸中含有大量低聚木糖,促进有益菌增殖,抑制病原菌生产,增强虾机体免疫力,富钙粉中含有大量水溶性钙,低聚木糖进一步促进虾对钙的吸收,在虾脱壳时,有利于虾壳生长,缩短虾脱壳后的软壳期,提高成活率。
4、本发明制备的饲料的营养元素均衡,适用于红螯螯虾饲喂,在6-8月高病发期,采用该饲料进行喂养,两个月体重增长率达到209.6%,养殖死亡率仅为1.5%,显现较强抵抗力。

实施例1
本实施例制备一种粘结剂,具体制备过程如下:
步骤A1:取高筋面粉和小苏打按照用量比为1kg:10g混合后,加入高筋面粉和小苏打总质量35%的水搅拌成膏状物,静置自然发酵2d,得到发酵物;
步骤A2:将发酵物置于200目滤袋中,采用循环水进行冲洗,得到白色粘稠物,随后将其压制成饼,置于烘干炉中,在60℃下烘干至含水量为5%,之后将烘干物研磨成粉料,最后过150目筛网筛分,取筛下料,制得粘结剂。
实施例2
本实施例制备一种抗菌提取液,具体制备过程如下:
步骤B1:取茵陈、黄连、艾草和苦参粉碎,之后加入水浸泡10h,过滤后沥干,得到浸泡料;
步骤B2:取无水乙醇加入浸泡料中搅拌混合,之后将混合料平铺在托盘中,放入微波设备中,加热20min,然后压滤取滤液;
步骤B3:取滤液在0.08MPa负压下,升温至65℃,取馏分,得到抗菌提取液;
实施例3
本实施例制备一种酶解麦麸,具体制备过程如下:
步骤C1:取麦麸和葡萄糖混合后加入水,搅拌静置8h进行溶胀,制成基料;
步骤C2:取木聚糖酶加入pH值为6的缓冲液,水浴加热至42℃,保温20min进行活化处理;
步骤C3:将活化后的酶液加入基料中,搅拌均匀,升温至50℃,酶解1d,之后升温至90℃进行灭活,得到酶解湿料;
步骤C4:将酶解湿料晒干至含水量为20%,制得酶解麦麸。
实施例4
本实施例制备一种富钙粉,具体制备过程如下:
取骨粉、贝壳粉、轻质碳酸钙粉和丙酸钙按照用量质量比为1:0.7:0.2:0.5,加入搅拌器中进行混合制成,其中骨粉、贝壳粉和轻质碳酸钙粉均通过焙烧活化处理,丙酸钙为市售食品级丙酸钙添加剂。
实施例5
本实施例制备一种脱壳助剂,具体制备过程如下:
取蛋黄粉和脱壳素按照用量质量为1:0.25混合制成,该脱壳素由河南牧尼黑生物科技有限公司提供。
实施例6
本实施例制备一种复合维生素粉,具体制备过程如下:
取市售维生素A、维生素B和维生素C片剂,按照用量质量比为0.3:1:0.55研磨,然后过100目筛网筛分。
实施例7
本实施例制备一种辅助配料,具体制备过程如下:
取实施例3制得的酶解麦麸、实施例4制得的富钙粉、实施例5制得的脱壳助剂、鱼油和实施例6制得的复合维生素粉,按照用量质量比依次为5.5:2.1:0.9:0.2:0.07,搅拌混合,制成辅助配料。
实施例8
本实施例制备一种能量粉料,具体制备过程如下:
取鱼粉、猪肝粉、鸡肉粉、黄粉虫粉和乌贼膏,按照用量质量比为9:4:5:5:1.5,搅拌混合制得能量粉料,上述粉料均为市售饲料级原料。
实施例9
本实施例制备一种纤维粉料,具体制备过程如下:
取脱毒菜籽粕、发酵豆粕、鱼腥草粉和水葫芦粉,按照用量质量为0.7:1.2:0.4:0.5搅拌混合制成。
实施例10
本实施例制备一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,包括如下原料,且原料均为上述实施例制备,具体重量份如下:
能量粉料67份、纤维粉料35份、粘结剂17份、抗菌提取液8份和辅助配料10份;
具体制备过程如下:
步骤一、取能量粉料、纤维粉料和粘结剂搅拌混合制基础饲料;
步骤二、取抗菌提取液和辅助配料加入水,混合制成混合液;
步骤三、在搅拌状态下,向基础饲料中加入混合液,在加入水搅拌,然后置于32℃下保温1h,最后微波处理10min,进行灭菌,得到饲料湿料;
步骤四、将饲料湿料制成粒径为2mm颗粒,最后干燥至含水量为8%,制成饲料。
实施例11
本实施例制备一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,包括如下原料,且原料均为上述实施例制备,具体重量份如下:
能量粉料70份、纤维粉料40份、粘结剂20份、抗菌提取液9份和辅助配料12份。
具体制备过程如下:
步骤一、取能量粉料、纤维粉料和粘结剂搅拌混合制基础饲料;
步骤二、取抗菌提取液和辅助配料加入水,混合制成混合液;
步骤三、在搅拌状态下,向基础饲料中加入混合液,在加入水搅拌,然后置于35℃下保温1.5h,最后微波处理12min,进行灭菌,得到饲料湿料;
步骤四、将饲料湿料制成粒径为2mm颗粒,最后干燥至含水量为9%,制成饲料。
实施例12
本实施例制备一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,包括如下原料,且原料均为上述实施例制备,具体重量份如下:
能量粉料75份、纤维粉料42份、粘结剂22份、抗菌提取液10份和辅助配料15份。
具体制备过程如下:
步骤一、取能量粉料、纤维粉料和粘结剂搅拌混合制基础饲料;
步骤二、取抗菌提取液和辅助配料加入水,混合制成混合液;
步骤三、在搅拌状态下,向基础饲料中加入混合液,在加入水搅拌,然后置于38℃下保温2h,最后微波处理15min,进行灭菌,得到饲料湿料;
步骤四、将饲料湿料制成粒径为2mm颗粒,最后干燥至含水量为10%,制成饲料。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例11的具体制备过程相同,将粘结剂替换为相同用量的高筋面粉。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例11的具体制备过程相同,将酶解麦麸替换为相同用量的未处理麦麸。
对比例3
本对比例为中国专利CN108077594A提供的用于提高免疫力的红螯螯虾配合饲料。
对实施例10-12和对比例1-3进行饲料浸泡状态进行测试,具体测试方法如下:
取试样各50g,加入1.5m深,水温为25℃的恒温水中,观察饲料颗粒状态,饲料吸水膨胀完全坍塌,记录为坍塌时间,具体数据如表1:

由表1可知,本发明制备的饲料入水后,吸水膨胀呈现网络球状,雾化均匀,有利于虾进口食用,而对比例1呈紧实球状,呈现块状雾化,对比例3为堆状,均不适于进口;本实施例制备的饲料坍塌时间为7h左右,形态保持时间较长,不易与虾塘底部污泥混合,造成水体变质,且该保持时间有利于虾完全食用,而对比例3采用各种原料混合后湿法制粒,其在水中迅速坍塌成粉状,易与污泥混合,且其中的营养组分易释放到水中,造成水体富营养化,造成易滋生病菌。
对实施例10-12和对比例1-3进行养殖试验,具体试验方式如下:
准备18组虾池清理消毒,进行养殖处理,随后各放入200只红鳌鳌虾虾苗,使用实施例10-12和对比例1-3进行相同管理模式进行养殖,养殖时间6-8月,并记录数据取平均值,具体养殖数据如表2:

由表2可知,实施例10-12饲喂的红鳌鳌虾的体重增长率高于对比例1-3,且养殖死亡率更低,其中实施例11制备的饲料饲喂的体重增长率达到209.6%,养殖死亡率仅为1.5%。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,按照重量份计,包括能量粉料67-75份和纤维粉料35-42份,其特征在于,原料中还含有:粘结剂17-22份、抗菌提取液8-10份和辅助配料10-15份,所述辅助配料包括酶解麦麸;
所述粘结剂由如下步骤制备:
步骤A1:高筋面粉和小苏打混合后加入水搅拌成膏状物,静置发酵1-2d,得到发酵物;
步骤A2:发酵物放入滤袋,水洗发酵物得到白色粘稠物,随后将白色粘稠物压制、烘干、研磨成粉,得到粘结剂;
所述酶解麦麸由如下步骤制备:
步骤C1:取麦麸和葡萄糖混合后加入水,搅拌静置8-10h进行溶胀,制成基料;
步骤C2:取木聚糖酶加入pH值为5-6的缓冲液中,加热至42-50℃,保温20-30min进行活化处理,制成酶液;
步骤C3:将酶液加入基料中,搅拌均匀,升温至50-55℃,酶解1-1.5d,之后升温至80-90℃进行灭活,得到酶解湿料;
步骤C4:将酶解湿料干燥至含水量为20-30%,制得酶解麦麸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,其特征在于,抗菌提取液由如下步骤制备:
步骤B1:取茵陈、黄连、艾草和苦参粉碎,之后加入水浸泡10-12h,过滤、沥干,得到浸泡料;
步骤B2:取无水乙醇加入浸泡料中搅拌混合,微波加热20-30min,然后压滤取滤液;
步骤B3:滤液在0.08-0.1MPa负压下,升温至65-70℃,取馏分,得到抗菌提取液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,其特征在于,所述辅助配料由酶解麦麸、富钙粉、脱壳助剂、鱼油和复合维生素粉混合制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,其特征在于,所述富钙粉由骨粉、贝壳粉、轻质碳酸钙粉和丙酸钙,且按照任意比例混合制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,其特征在于,所述脱壳助剂由蛋黄粉和脱壳素中的一种或者以任意比例混合制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,其特征在于,所述能量粉料包括鱼粉、猪肝粉、鸡肉粉、黄粉虫粉和乌贼膏。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,其特征在于,所述纤维粉料包括脱毒菜籽粕、发酵豆粕、鱼腥草粉和水葫芦粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于提高红螯螯虾抵抗力的养殖饲料,其特征在于,该饲料由如下步骤制备:
步骤一、取能量粉料、纤维粉料和粘结剂搅拌混合制基础饲料;
步骤二、取抗菌提取液和辅助配料加入水,混合制成混合液;
步骤三、在搅拌状态下,向基础饲料中加入混合液,再加入水搅拌,然后置于32-38℃下保温1-2h,最后微波处理10-15min,进行灭菌,得到饲料湿料;
步骤四、将饲料湿料制成粒径为1-2mm颗粒,最后干燥至含水量不超过10%,制成饲料。
