In one possible implementation, the attendees of the target meeting may include appointment persons for the target meeting. For example, in the case where a reservation person invites other persons to meet with himself, the attendees of the target meeting may include the reservation person of the target meeting. In another possible implementation, the attendees of the target meeting may not include the appointment person. For example, the reservation staff is secretary Korean XX of department A, and Korean XX is staff Liu X, PenXX and Ding X reservation conference of department A. In this example, the participants of the target meeting may not include Korean XX, only Liu X, Penxx, and Ding X.
The designated meeting date can be a meeting date selected by the reservation personnel or a meeting date recommended by the meeting reservation system. In one possible implementation, after the first electronic device enters the meeting appointment interface, the meeting date may be displayed as null, and the appointment person may manually select the meeting date. In another possible implementation manner, after the first electronic device enters the meeting appointment interface, a meeting date recommended by the meeting appointment system may be displayed. In the case that the appointment person does not select the meeting date, the meeting date recommended by the meeting appointment system can be used as the appointed meeting date; in the case where the appointment person newly selects the date of the meeting, the date of the meeting selected by the appointment person may be set as the designated date of the meeting.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the time duration of each of the plurality of time periods may be a preset time duration, for example, the preset time duration may be half an hour, 1 hour, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, and the like. Of course, in some implementations, the time lengths of different time periods in the multiple time periods may also be different, and are not limited herein.
The plurality of time periods may cover a permitted usage period of the conference room, and any two time periods of the plurality of time periods do not overlap. For example, if the permitted usage period of the conference room is 08:00-20:00, the plurality of time periods may include 24 time periods from 08:00 to 20:00, each time period being half an hour in duration. As another example, if the allowed time period of use for the conference room is 00:00-24:00, the plurality of time periods may include 48 time periods from 00:00 to 24:00, each time period being half an hour in duration.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the busy/idle state information of any participant in any time slot of the designated meeting date may be any information capable of indicating at least one of the busy state, the idle state, the busy degree, the idle degree, and the like of the participant in the time slot.
In one possible implementation, the busy/idle status information of any participant at any time slot on the specified meeting date may indicate whether the participant can participate in the meeting at the time slot. In this implementation, the busy/idle status information of any participant in any time slot of the specified meeting date may be that the participant is in a busy status or an idle status in the time slot.
In another possible implementation, the busy/idle status information of any participant at any time period of the specified meeting date may indicate the probability that the participant can participate in the meeting at the time period. In this implementation, the busy-idle status information for any participant at any time period on a given meeting date can be used to indicate a greater variety of statuses. For example, busy idle status information may be used to indicate three states, very busy, and idle. As another example, the busy-idle state information may be expressed in percentages, with 100% indicating the highest busy level (i.e., the lowest idle level) and 0% indicating the lowest busy level (i.e., the highest idle level).
In the disclosed embodiment, the candidate meeting room may represent a meeting room that satisfies a preset meeting room condition on a specified meeting date. The number of candidate conference rooms may be one or more than two. The preset meeting room condition may include at least one of a location, a number of participants, meeting requirements, and the like. Of course, the preset meeting room condition may also be null, i.e., the reservation person may not preset the meeting room condition. In the case where the preset meeting room condition is empty, the respective meeting rooms whose meeting dates are designated to allow the reservation staff to reserve use may be respectively used as the candidate meeting rooms.
The availability status information for any candidate meeting room for any time period on a given meeting date may be any information that can indicate whether the candidate meeting room is available for that time period. For example, the availability status information for any candidate meeting room for any time period on a specified meeting date may or may not be available. The available state information of any candidate conference room in any time period is available, which may indicate that the candidate conference room is not occupied by other people in the time period, or may indicate that the candidate conference room is not occupied by other people in the time period and that the equipment of the candidate conference room is not in fault. The available state information of any candidate conference room in any time period is unavailable, which may indicate that the candidate conference room has been occupied by other people in the time period, or may indicate that equipment of the candidate conference room has failed.
In this disclosure, for any time slot of the multiple time slots, the first electronic device may display, in the conference reservation interface, the busy/idle information of the participant in the target conference in the time slot according to the busy/idle state information of the participant in the target conference in the time slot. The busy and idle information of the staff corresponding to the time period may be information capable of representing the overall busy and idle conditions of all the participants of the target conference.
In a possible implementation manner, the displaying the staff busy and idle information corresponding to the multiple time periods according to the busy and idle state information includes: for any time slot in the plurality of time slots, determining the number of the participants in the target conference who are in a busy state in the time slot according to the busy and idle state information of the participants in the target conference in the time slot; and displaying the busy and idle information of the personnel corresponding to the time period according to the number of the personnel. In this implementation manner, the person busy and idle information corresponding to any time period in the multiple time periods may include: and the number of the participants in the target conference who are in a busy state in the time period. For example, for any time slot in the multiple time slots, if the number of people in a busy state in the time slot among the participants in the target conference is N, and N is greater than 0, the busy and free information of the people corresponding to the time slot may include text information of "N people busy".
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a conference reservation interface in an information display method of a conference reservation interface according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in fig. 2, the participants invited by the reservation staff of the target conference include the fan XX and the party XX. On the appointed date of the meeting, 2020, 11, 10 days, one participant is in a busy state in a time period of 9:00-9:30, two participants are in a busy state in a time period of 9:30-10:00, two participants are in a busy state in a time period of 10:00-10:30, and no participant is in a busy state in a time period of 8:00-8:30, 8:30-9:00, 10:30-11:00, 11:00-11:30, 11:30-12:00, 12:00-12: 30. In fig. 2, for any time slot of the specified meeting date 2020, 11, month 10, the busy/free information of the person corresponding to the time slot is displayed according to the number of the persons in the busy state in the time slot among the participants of the target meeting. With the update (adding, deleting or changing people) of the participator, the people busy and idle information corresponding to each time period may be changed.
In the implementation manner, for any time slot in the multiple time slots, the number of people in busy state in the time slot in the attendees of the target conference is determined according to the busy and free state information of the attendees of the target conference in the time slot, and the busy and free information of the people corresponding to the time slot is displayed according to the number of people, so that the reservation personnel of the target conference can quickly find out which time slots are busy for the attendees and which time slots are free for all the attendees, and can intuitively know the specific busy number of people in the time slot for the attendees, thereby being beneficial to the reservation personnel to quickly determine a proper time slot and a conference room available in the proper time slot.
In another possible implementation manner, the displaying the staff busy and idle information corresponding to the multiple time periods according to the busy and idle state information includes: for any time slot in the multiple time slots, determining a staff busy and idle judgment result corresponding to the time slot according to the busy and idle state information of the participants of the target conference in the time slot, wherein the staff busy and idle judgment result is that all the participants are idle or not all the participants are idle; and displaying the busy and idle information of the personnel corresponding to the time period according to the busy and idle judgment result of the personnel. In this implementation manner, for any time slot of the multiple time slots, according to the busy/idle state information of each participant in the target conference in the time slot, it may be determined whether there is a participant in a busy state in the time slot among all participants in the target conference. If not, determining that the personnel busy and idle judgment result corresponding to the time period is that all the participating personnel are idle; if yes, determining that the personnel busy and idle judgment result corresponding to the time period is that not all the participating personnel are idle. In this implementation manner, the person busy and idle information corresponding to any time period in the multiple time periods may include: information indicating whether all participants of the target conference are free.
Fig. 3 shows another schematic diagram of a conference reservation interface in an information display method of a conference reservation interface provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in fig. 3, the participants invited by the reservation staff of the target conference include the fan XX and the party XX. On the appointed meeting date of 2020, 11, 10 days, less than all participants are free in time periods of 9:00-9:30, 9:30-10:00 and 10:00-10:30, and all participants are free in time periods of 8:00-8:30, 8:30-9:00, 10:30-11:00, 11:00-11:30, 11:30-12:00 and 12:00-12: 30. In fig. 3, for any time slot of the specified meeting date 2020, 11, month 10, the busy/free information of the person corresponding to the time slot is displayed according to the busy/free determination result of the person corresponding to the time slot. With the update (adding, deleting or changing people) of the participator, the people busy and idle information corresponding to each time period may be changed.
In the implementation manner, for any time slot in the multiple time slots, according to the busy and idle state information of the participants in the target conference in the time slot, the busy and idle judgment result of the personnel corresponding to the time slot is determined, and according to the busy and idle judgment result of the personnel, the busy and idle information of the personnel corresponding to the time slot is displayed, so that the reservation personnel in the target conference can quickly find out the time slot in which all the participants are idle, and the reservation personnel can quickly determine the time slot in which all the participants are idle and the conference room in which all the participants are available in the conference time slot.
In another possible implementation manner, the displaying the staff busy and idle information corresponding to the multiple time periods according to the busy and idle state information includes: for any time slot in the plurality of time slots, determining the number of the participants in the target conference who are in a busy state in the time slot according to the busy and idle state information of the participants in the target conference in the time slot; determining the proportion of the members in the busy state in the time slot in the members in the target conference according to the number of the members in the target conference in the busy state in the time slot and the total number of the members in the target conference; and displaying the busy and idle information of the personnel corresponding to the time period according to the personnel proportion. In this implementation manner, the person busy and idle information corresponding to any time period in the multiple time periods may include: and the information is used for representing the proportion of the persons in the busy state in the time period among the participants of the target conference.
In this embodiment of the disclosure, for any time slot of the multiple time slots, the first electronic device may display, in the conference reservation interface, conference room busy/idle information corresponding to the time slot according to the available state information of the at least one candidate conference room in the time slot. The conference room busy/idle information corresponding to the time period may be used to indicate whether the at least one candidate conference room is available in the time period. In addition, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, for any time slot of the multiple time slots, the busy and free information of the person and the busy and free information of the conference room corresponding to the time slot are jointly displayed, instead of independently displaying the busy and free information of the person and the busy and free information of the conference room corresponding to the time slot. The joint display may be in a manner of alignment display, display in the same grid, display in the same window, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In a possible implementation manner, the jointly displaying the busy and free information of the person and the busy and free information of the conference room corresponding to any one of the multiple time periods includes: and displaying the staff busy and idle information corresponding to any time slot in the multiple time slots and the conference room busy and idle information in an aligned manner. In this implementation manner, the busy and free information of the person and the busy and free information of the conference room corresponding to the same time period may be displayed in a vertically aligned manner or in a horizontally aligned manner, which is not limited herein.
Fig. 4 shows another schematic diagram of a conference reservation interface in an information display method of a conference reservation interface provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in fig. 4, the person busy and free information and the conference room busy and free information corresponding to each of the plurality of time periods are respectively displayed in vertical alignment. For example, the person busy and free information of 10:00-10:30 and the conference room busy and free information are displayed in alignment vertically. At 10:00-10:30, the busy and free information of the person is 1 person busy, the candidate meeting room "cai home wall 1901" is unavailable, the candidate meeting room "sentry building 1903" is available, the candidate meeting room "tian bei 1905" is unavailable, the candidate meeting room "west lake 1906" is unavailable, the candidate meeting room "marjon mountain 1907" is unavailable, the candidate meeting room "xingdong 2002" is unavailable, and the candidate meeting room "long win 2003" is available. As another example, the person busy and free information of 11:00-11:30 and the conference room busy and free information are displayed in alignment vertically. At 11:00-11:30, the busy and free information of the personnel is that all the participants are free, and the candidate meeting rooms "Chua house periphery 1901", "sentry building 1903", "Tianbei 1905", "Xilihu 1906", "Ma mountain 1907", "Xindong east 2002" and "Shenglong 2003" are all available.
In the implementation manner, the busy and free information of the person and the busy and free information of the conference room corresponding to the same time period are displayed in an aligned manner, so that the reservation person of the target conference can be helped to quickly determine the conference room available in the time period in which the person is free.
As an example of this implementation manner, the displaying, according to the busy/idle state information, the busy/idle information of the person corresponding to the multiple time periods, and displaying, according to the available state information, the busy/idle information of the conference room corresponding to the multiple time periods includes: displaying the personnel busy and idle information corresponding to the time periods on a first time axis according to the busy and idle state information, wherein the first time axis comprises the time periods; and for any candidate conference room in the at least one candidate conference room, displaying the conference room busy and idle information of the candidate conference room corresponding to the multiple time periods on a second time axis corresponding to the candidate conference room according to the available state information of the candidate conference room in the multiple time periods, wherein the second time axis comprises the multiple time periods, and the second time axis is displayed in alignment with the same time period in the first time axis. In this example, the number of the second time axes is the same as the number of the candidate conference rooms, the second time axes are in one-to-one correspondence with the candidate conference rooms, and the second time axes are used for displaying the conference room busy/idle information corresponding to the corresponding candidate conference rooms in the multiple time periods. The first time axis and the second time axis may be parallel or approximately parallel. In one example, the first time axis and the second time axis are both horizontally displayed time axes, and the first time axis and the second time axis are displayed in vertical alignment for the same time period. In another example, the first time axis and the second time axis are both vertically displayed time axes, and the same time period in the first time axis and the second time axis is horizontally aligned and displayed. In this example, by displaying the busy and free information of the staff corresponding to the multiple time periods on the first time axis, displaying the busy and free information of the conference room corresponding to the corresponding candidate conference room in the multiple time periods on the second time axis, and displaying the second time axis and the same time period in the first time axis in an aligned manner, the intuitiveness of displaying the busy and free information of the staff and the busy and free information of the conference room in the conference reservation interface can be further improved, thereby contributing to further improving the efficiency of reserving the conference for the staff.
In one example, after displaying the busy and free information of the people corresponding to the plurality of time periods on a first time axis and displaying the busy and free information of the candidate conference room corresponding to the plurality of time periods on a second time axis corresponding to the candidate conference room, the method further comprises: in response to the operation of sliding the first time axis, sliding the first time axis and the second time axis to enable the first time axis after sliding and the second time axis after sliding to be displayed in an aligned mode in the same time period; and/or, in response to the operation of sliding the second time axis, sliding the first time axis and the second time axis so as to enable the first time axis after sliding and the second time axis after sliding to be displayed in an aligned mode in the same time period. In this example, the swipe distance of the first time axis and the second time axis may be determined according to the distance and/or strength of the swipe operation.
In one example, if the first electronic device detects an operation of sliding the first time axis, the first time axis and each of the second time axes may be slid in synchronization. The synchronous sliding of the first time axis and each of the second time axes can indicate that the sliding of the first time axis and each of the second time axes starts at the same time, and the sliding speeds and the sliding durations of the first time axis and each of the second time axes are the same, so that the slid first time axis and each of the slid second time axes are displayed in an aligned manner for the same time period. Of course, the start time, the swipe speed, and the swipe duration of the swipe may be disregarded, as long as the same time period in the first time axis after the swipe and the respective second time axes after the swipe are displayed in alignment. For example, in the example shown in fig. 4, the first time axis is the time axis to the right of the "meeting time selection", and the second time axis is the time axis to the right of each candidate meeting room. The first electronic device may, upon detecting an operation of sliding the time axis on the right side of the "meeting time selection" to the left, synchronously slide the time axis on the right side of the "meeting time selection" and the time axes on the right side of the respective candidate meeting rooms.
In one example, the first electronic device may slide the first time axis and each of the second time axes in synchronization when detecting an operation of sliding the second time axis. 4, if the first electronic device detects an operation of sliding the time axis to the right of any one of the candidate conference rooms, the time axis to the right of the "conference time selection" and the time axes to the right of the respective candidate conference rooms may be slid in synchronization. For example, when the first electronic device detects an operation of sliding the time axis on the right of the candidate meeting room "tianbei 1905", the first electronic device may slide the time axis on the right of the "meeting time selection" right, the time axis on the right of the candidate meeting room "zai surround 1901", the time axis on the right of the candidate meeting room "sentry building 1903", the time axis on the right of the candidate meeting room "tianbei 1905", the time axis on the right of the candidate meeting room "west lihu 1906", the time axis on the right of the candidate meeting room "marquis 1907", the time axis on the right of the candidate meeting room "xingdong 2002", and the time axis on the right of the candidate meeting room "shenglong 2003" in synchronization.
In this example, by sliding the first time axis and each of the second time axes in response to an operation of sliding the first time axis or either of the second time axes, the slid first time axis and the slid second time axis are displayed in alignment for the same time period, whereby even if the reservation person slides either of the time axes, the first time axis and each of the second time axes can be kept in alignment, thereby facilitating the reservation person to quickly determine a conference room available in a time period in which the person is free after sliding the time axes.
In one example, after displaying the busy and free information of the people corresponding to the plurality of time periods on a first time axis and displaying the busy and free information of the candidate conference room corresponding to the plurality of time periods on a second time axis corresponding to the candidate conference room, the method further comprises: in response to selection of any time period in the first timeline, highlighting the selected time period in the first timeline and the second timeline; and/or, in response to any time period in the second time axis being selected, highlighting the selected time period in the first time axis and the second time axis.
In one example, the selected time periods can be highlighted in the first timeline and the respective second timelines in response to selection of any of the time periods in the first timeline. As shown in fig. 4, the selected time period may be displayed with a preset color in the first time axis and the selected time period 11:00-12:00 may be highlighted by a dotted frame in the second time axis in response to selection of 11:00-12:00 in the first time axis.
In one example, the selected time period can be highlighted in the first timeline and the second timeline in response to any time period in any of the second timelines being selected. In this example, if any time period in any one of the second time axes is selected, the selected time period may be highlighted only in the first time axis and the second time axis, and the selected time period may not be highlighted in the other second time axes.
In another example, the selected time period can be highlighted in the first timeline and the respective second timelines in response to selection of any time period in any of the second timelines. In this example, if any time segment in any one of the second time axes is selected, the selected time segment may be highlighted in the first time axis and each of the second time axes.
In this example, by highlighting the selected time period simultaneously in the first time axis and the second time axis in response to selection of any time period in the first time axis or the second time axis, the reservation person is facilitated to quickly select an appropriate conference time period and conference room.
In another example, in response to any of the time periods in the first time axis being selected, only the selected time period may be highlighted in the first time axis without highlighting the selected time period in the respective second time axes; in response to any of the time periods in any of the second timelines being selected, the selected time period may be highlighted only in that second timeline, without highlighting the selected time period in the first timeline and other second timelines.
In one example, the first time axis and the second time axis are respectively represented by grids, and the grids are in one-to-one correspondence with the time periods. As shown in fig. 4, each candidate conference room may represent conference room busy and idle information for each time slot by using a line of grid, wherein available time slots are represented by a white grid, and unavailable time slots are represented by a gray grid. The first time shaft and the second time shaft are represented by adopting the network corresponding to the time periods one by one, so that the intuitiveness of displaying the busy and idle information of the personnel and the busy and idle information of the conference room in the conference reservation interface can be further improved, and the efficiency of reserving the conference by the reserved personnel is further improved.
In one example, after the displaying of the person busy and free information corresponding to the plurality of time periods on the first time axis, the method further comprises: and in response to that any time period on the first time axis is triggered, and the number of the participants in the target conference who are in the busy state in the time period is greater than or equal to 1, displaying the identification information of the participants in the target conference who are in the busy state in the time period. In this example, if any time period on the first time axis is triggered, it may be determined whether the number of people in a busy state in the time period is greater than or equal to 1 among the participants of the target conference. If so, displaying the identification information of the participants in the busy state in the time slot in the participants of the target conference; if not, it may be determined that the time period is selected. The identification information of the participant may be information that can be used to uniquely identify the participant. For example, the identification information of the participant may be the name, flower name, job number, etc. of the participant.
Fig. 5 shows another schematic diagram of a conference reservation interface in an information display method of a conference reservation interface provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the number of people in the busy state for the time period 10:00-10:30 among the participants in the target conference is 2. Fig. 6 shows another schematic diagram of a conference reservation interface in an information display method of a conference reservation interface provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the names "fan XX" and "square XX" of the participants in the target conference who are busy for the time period may be displayed through the floating window in response to the time period 10:00-10:30 on the first time axis being triggered.
In the above example, by responding to any one of the time periods on the first time axis in which not all the attendees are idle, and displaying the identification information of the attendees in the busy state in the time period, the reservation staff can conveniently view the information of the attendees in the busy state in the time period in which not all the attendees are idle, and thus, in the case that the idle time periods of the attendees are difficult to match (for example, there is no time period in which all the attendees are idle), the reservation staff and the attendees can conveniently coordinate time.
In one example, after the conference room busy information corresponding to the candidate conference room in the plurality of time periods is displayed on the second time axis corresponding to the candidate conference room, the method further includes: and in response to any time period on the second time axis being triggered and the candidate meeting room being unavailable in the time period, displaying the identification information of the reserved user corresponding to the time period. In this example, the identification information of the reservation user may be information that can be used to uniquely identify the reservation user. For example, the identification information of the reservation user may be a name, a flower name, a job number, a mobile phone number, a mailbox address, or the like of the reservation user. In this example, by responding to any time slot on the second time axis being triggered and the candidate meeting room being unavailable in the time slot, the identification information of the reserved user corresponding to the time slot is displayed, so that the coordination of the target meeting reservation and the reserved user corresponding to the time slot can be facilitated.
As another example of this implementation manner, the displaying, according to the busy/idle state information, the busy/idle information of the person corresponding to the multiple time periods, and displaying, according to the available state information, the busy/idle information of the conference room corresponding to the multiple time periods includes: and for any candidate conference room in the at least one candidate conference room, displaying the personnel busy and idle information corresponding to the multiple time periods and the conference room busy and idle information corresponding to the candidate conference room in the multiple time periods on a third time axis corresponding to the candidate conference room according to the busy and idle state information and the available state information of the candidate conference room in the multiple time periods, wherein the third time axis comprises the multiple time periods. In this example, the number of the third time axes is the same as the number of the candidate conference rooms, the third time axes are in one-to-one correspondence with the candidate conference rooms, and the third time axes are used for displaying conference room busy/idle information corresponding to the corresponding candidate conference rooms in the multiple time periods and staff busy/idle information corresponding to the multiple time periods. That is, in this example, the person busy and free information may be displayed on the same time axis as the conference room busy and free information.
In another possible implementation manner, the jointly displaying the busy and free information of the person and the busy and free information of the conference room corresponding to any one of the multiple time periods includes: and displaying the staff busy and idle information and the conference room busy and idle information corresponding to any time slot in the multiple time slots in the same grid. In this implementation manner, for any candidate conference room in the at least one candidate conference room, the busy and free information of the person and the busy and free information of the conference room corresponding to any time slot in the multiple time slots are displayed in the same grid. Fig. 7 shows another schematic diagram of a conference reservation interface in an information display method of a conference reservation interface provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in fig. 7, each candidate conference room may represent conference room busy and free information and person busy and free information for each time period using a line of grid, respectively. The available time periods are represented by white grids, the unavailable time periods are represented by gray grids, and the number of people in a busy state is displayed in grids corresponding to the time periods when not all the participants are free. In this implementation manner, the busy and idle information of the person and the busy and idle information of the conference room corresponding to any time slot of the multiple time slots are displayed in the same grid, so that the busy and idle states of the participant and the available state of the conference room are intuitively and jointly displayed, and therefore, the reservation staff can quickly determine an appropriate time slot and the conference room available in the appropriate time slot.
In a possible implementation manner, the displaying, according to the available state information, conference room busy and idle information corresponding to the multiple time periods includes: for any candidate conference room in the at least one candidate conference room, determining information of a matching time period corresponding to the candidate conference room according to the busy/idle state information and the available state information, wherein the matching time period represents a time period in which all participants of the target conference are in an idle state and the candidate conference room is available in the plurality of time periods; and displaying the conference room busy and idle information corresponding to the time periods according to the information of the matched time period and the available state information. In this implementation, for any candidate conference room in the at least one candidate conference room, if the candidate conference room is available in any time slot of the multiple time slots and all participants of the target conference are in an idle state, the time slot may be determined as a matching time slot corresponding to the matching candidate conference room. Wherein, the number of the matching time periods corresponding to the candidate conference rooms may be 0, 1 or more than 2. The information of the matching time period may include the number and/or time range of the matching time period, etc. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 7, the matching time periods for the candidate meeting room "Chua Log 1901" include 10:30-11:00, 11:00-11:30, and 11:30-12:00, the matching time periods for the candidate meeting room "Job's building 1903" include 11:00-11:30, 11:30-12:00, and 12:30-13:00, and the matching time periods for the candidate meeting room "Tianbei 1905" include 10:30-11:00, 11:00-11:30, and 11:30-12: 00.
As an example of this implementation, only candidate conference rooms having a matching time period may be displayed in the conference reservation interface, i.e., candidate conference rooms having no matching time period may be hidden. Of course, as another example of this implementation, it is also possible to display both candidate conference rooms in which there is a matching time period and candidate conference rooms in which there is no matching time period.
As an example of this implementation, the respective candidate conference rooms may be displayed in the conference reservation interface in order of the matching time periods from the top. That is, the candidate meeting room with the larger number of matching time periods may be displayed in front, and the candidate meeting room with the smaller number of matching time periods may be displayed in the back.
As an example of this implementation, the matching time period may be highlighted in the conference appointment interface. For example, the grid corresponding to each matching time period may be highlighted. For example, the grids corresponding to the respective matching time periods may be highlighted by adding symbols, adding characters, and the like.
In this implementation manner, for any candidate conference room in the at least one candidate conference room, the information of the matching time period corresponding to the candidate conference room is determined according to the busy/idle state information and the available state information, and the conference room busy/idle information corresponding to the multiple time periods is displayed according to the information of the matching time period and the available state information, thereby facilitating a reservation staff of a target conference to quickly select a conference time and a conference room.
As an example of this implementation manner, the displaying, according to the information of the matching time period and the available state information, conference room busy and idle information corresponding to the multiple time periods includes: determining the priority of the candidate meeting room according to the information of the matching time period; and displaying the conference room busy and idle information corresponding to the time periods according to the priority of the candidate conference room and the available state information. In this example, the priority of the candidate conference room may be determined according to at least one of the number of matching periods, the number of consecutive matching periods, the consecutive duration of the matching periods, the maximum consecutive duration of the matching periods, and the like.
In one example, in the conference reservation interface, the candidate conference rooms may be displayed in order of priority from high to low. That is, the conference room with the higher priority may be displayed in front, and the conference room with the lower priority may be displayed in the rear.
In another example, in the conference reservation interface, only M candidate conference rooms with the highest priority may be displayed, where M is an integer greater than or equal to 1. In this example, the appointment person may be facilitated to make a quick decision by reducing the number of candidate meeting rooms displayed.
In the above example, the priority of the candidate conference room is determined according to the information of the matching time period, and the conference room busy/idle information corresponding to the plurality of time periods is displayed according to the priority of the candidate conference room and the available state information, thereby being helpful for further increasing the speed of conference reservation of the reservation staff.
In one example, the determining the priority of the candidate conference room according to the information of the matching time period includes: determining the number of recommended meeting time periods corresponding to the candidate meeting rooms according to the information of the matching time periods, wherein any recommended meeting time period at least comprises N continuous matching time periods, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and determining the priority of the candidate meeting room according to the number of the recommended meeting time periods.
For example, N equals 2. Then, in the example shown in FIG. 7, the candidate meeting room "Chua's surround 1901" includes 2 recommended meeting time periods, 10:30-11:30 and 11:00-12:00, respectively; candidate meeting room "building 1903" includes 1 recommended meeting time period, which is 11:00-12: 00; the candidate meeting room "TIANBEI 1905" includes 2 recommended meeting time periods of 10:30-11:30 and 11:00-12:00, respectively.
As another example, N equals 3. Then, in the example shown in FIG. 7, the candidate meeting room "Chua's surround 1901" includes 1 recommended meeting time period, which is 10:30-12: 00; candidate meeting room "building 1903" includes 0 recommended meeting time periods; the candidate meeting room "TIANBI 1905" includes 1 recommended meeting time period, which is 10:30-12: 00.
In the above example, the priority of the candidate meeting room may be positively correlated with the number of recommended meeting time periods, that is, the larger the number of recommended meeting time periods is, the higher the priority of the candidate meeting room is, and the smaller the number of recommended meeting time periods is, the lower the priority of the candidate meeting room is.
In the above example, the number of recommended meeting time periods corresponding to the candidate meeting rooms is determined according to the information of the matching time periods, and the priorities of the candidate meeting rooms are determined according to the number of the recommended meeting time periods, so that more reasonable priorities can be determined for the candidate meeting rooms, which is helpful for further improving the speed of the appointment person for selecting the meeting time and the meeting room.
In another example, the determining the priority of the candidate conference room according to the information of the matching time period includes: and determining the priority of the candidate conference room according to the number of the matching time periods, wherein the priority of the candidate conference room is positively correlated with the number of the matching time periods, namely, the larger the number of the matching time periods is, the higher the priority of the candidate conference room is, and the smaller the number of the matching time periods is, the lower the priority of the candidate conference room is.
