In the drawings, like reference numbers can indicate functionally identical or similar elements. While the various aspects of the embodiments are presented in drawings, the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale unless specifically indicated.
The word "exemplary" is used exclusively herein to mean "serving as an example, embodiment, or illustration. Any embodiment described herein as "exemplary" is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the term "at least one" herein means any one of a plurality or any combination of at least two of a plurality, for example, including at least one of A, B, C, and may mean including any one or more elements selected from the group consisting of A, B and C.
Furthermore, in the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present disclosure. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present disclosure may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, methods, means, elements and circuits that are well known to those skilled in the art have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the present disclosure.
In the related art, the wireless screen projection is usually realized by the following two ways:
the first way is to connect the transmitting end device and the receiving end device through a screen projection code, that is, to input the screen projection code displayed on the receiving end device on the transmitting end device to realize screen projection. The screen-projecting code may represent an identification code matched between the transmitting end device and the receiving end device.
The second way is to initiate a screen shot by one key on the transmitting end device. That is, the user manually selects the receiving end device in the receiving end device list of the transmitting end device to initiate screen projection.
The first method requires the user to manually input several digits, which is inefficient. Moreover, the screen-projecting code needs to be borne by the screen of the receiving end device, and if the distance between the user and the receiving end device is too long, the user may not see the screen-projecting code displayed on the screen of the receiving end device. If the user is outside the meeting room, the screen cannot be projected due to the fact that the screen projection code cannot be seen, and therefore remote screen projection cannot be achieved.
The second method requires the user to spend a certain time to search the target receiving terminal device from the receiving terminal device list, which is inefficient. In addition, if the receiving end device is automatically found and matched in an ultrasonic or bluetooth mode, the problem that the matching failure probability of the transmitting end device and the receiving end device is high exists. When there are a plurality of receiving end devices that are close to the transmitting end device, matching errors are also likely to occur.
In order to solve the technical problems similar to the above, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a wireless screen-casting method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium, where a target conference room information reserved for use by a target user is obtained, a reservation time period reserved for use by the target conference room by the target user is obtained, and a receiving end device list of wireless screen casting is displayed according to the target conference room information in response to a preset condition being met, where the receiving end device list at least includes an option of a receiving end device of the target conference room, the option of the receiving end device of the target conference room is prominently displayed in the receiving end device list, the preset condition indicates a preset condition for displaying the receiving end device list, and the preset condition at least includes that a current time matches the reservation time period, thereby communicating a wireless screen-casting function with a conference reservation system, according to the information of the target meeting room reserved for use by the target user and the reserved time period, under the condition that at least the current time is matched with the reserved time period, the option of the receiving terminal equipment of the target meeting room is highlighted and displayed in the receiving terminal equipment list, so that the target user can conveniently and quickly and accurately perform one-touch screen projection, and the meeting efficiency and the meeting experience of the target user can be improved. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the target user does not need to manually input the screen projection code to project the screen, so that wireless screen projection can be realized even if the target user cannot see the receiving end equipment or cannot see the receiving end equipment (such as a teleconference). In addition, compared with the mode that the user needs to manually judge the target receiving end device from the receiving end device list in the related art, the embodiment of the disclosure can save the time for the user to select the wireless screen-projection receiving end device by highlighting the option of the receiving end device of the target conference room in the receiving end device list, and can greatly reduce the probability of matching failure or matching error.
The wireless screen projection method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a wireless screen projection method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In one possible implementation manner, the wireless screen projection method can be executed by a transmitting end device of the wireless screen projection. The transmitting terminal equipment can be a notebook computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PC and the like. In some possible implementations, the wireless screen projection method may be implemented by a processor calling computer readable instructions stored in a memory. As shown in fig. 1, the wireless screen projection method includes steps S11 to S13.
In step S11, information of a target conference room reserved for use by a target user is obtained, where the target user represents a user corresponding to a transmitting device for wireless screen projection.
In step S12, a reservation time period for which the target user reserves use of the target conference room is acquired.
In step S13, in response to a preset condition being met, displaying a receiving end device list of wireless screen projection according to the information of the target conference room, where the receiving end device list at least includes an option of a receiving end device of the target conference room, the option of the receiving end device of the target conference room is prominently displayed in the receiving end device list, the preset condition represents a preset condition for displaying the receiving end device list, and the preset condition at least includes that a current time matches the reserved time period.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device that sends out screen projection content may be referred to as a transmitting end device of wireless screen projection, and an electronic device that receives and displays screen projection content may be referred to as a receiving end device of wireless screen projection. The screen projection content can include various media information and real-time operation pictures. The transmitting-side device may be an electronic device that performs the wireless screen projection method, and the transmitting-side device may be an electronic device that can be operated by a target user. That is, the target user may be a user who is able to operate the transmitting end device. For example, the target user is user U, and the transmitting end device may be a notebook computer of user U. The receiving end equipment can be a projector, an all-in-one machine, a television, a PC, a notebook computer, a tablet computer and the like.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, information of a target conference room that a target user reserves to use and a reservation time period that the target user reserves to use the target conference room may be acquired from a conference reservation system or the like. Wherein the target user may be any participant of the target conference. That is, the target user may be the initiator of the target meeting or may be the invitee to the target meeting. The target meeting can represent a meeting corresponding to the target meeting room in the reserved time period.
In one possible implementation, the information of the target conference room may be any information that can be used to identify the target conference room. For example, the information of the target conference room may include at least one of a name, a location, a number, etc. of the target conference room.
In another possible implementation, the information of the target conference room may be any information that can be used to identify the receiving end device of the target conference room. For example, the information of the target conference room may include at least one of a name, a number, and the like of the receiving end device of the target conference room.
In the disclosed embodiment, the reserved time period may represent a time period in which the target user reserves to use the target conference room.
In one possible implementation, the number of the target conference room is at least one, and the target conference room includes a local conference room and/or a remote conference room. Any target conference room is a local conference room or a remote conference room, and is specific to the target user. If the target user is in any target conference room in the reserved time period, the target conference room is a local conference room for the target user; and if the target user is not in any target conference room in the reserved time period, the target conference room is a remote conference room for the target user. For example, the target meeting room corresponding to the target meeting includes meeting room R1And R2The participants include U1~U8Wherein the participant U1~U4In a meeting room R1Participating in target meeting, participant U5~U8In a meeting room R2Participating in the target conference. Then, for the participant U1~U4In other words, a conference room R1For local conference rooms, conference rooms R2Is a remote conference room; for participant U5~U8In other words, a conference room R2For local conference rooms, conference rooms R1Is a remote conference room. Of course, the participant may not be in the reserved time periodAny target conference room. For example, a participant may remotely attend a targeted meeting at home.
As an example of this implementation, the number of target conference rooms is one, which is a local conference room for the target user.
As another example of this implementation, the number of target conference rooms is one, which for the target user is a remote conference room. For example, the target user is at home or remotely at a coffee shop to attend the target meeting.
As another example of this implementation, the number of target conference rooms is two or more, and for the target user, one of the target conference rooms is a local conference room, and the other target conference rooms are remote conference rooms.
As another example of this implementation, the number of target conference rooms is two or more, which are both teleconference rooms for the target user. For example, the target user is at home or remotely at a coffee shop to attend the target meeting.
In the implementation mode, the screen projection code displayed on the receiving end equipment does not need to be manually input by the target user for screen projection, so that wireless screen projection can be realized even if the target user is not in the target conference room, and the remote conference can be favorably carried out.
In a possible implementation manner, after the obtaining of the reserved time period for the target user to reserve to use the target conference room, before the responding meets a preset condition and shows a receiving end device list of wireless screen projection according to the information of the target conference room, the method further includes: determining a recommended time period for recommending the receiving end equipment of the target conference room to the target user according to the reserved time period; determining that the current time matches the reserved time period in response to the current time being within the recommended time period. In this implementation, the start time of the recommended time period is earlier than or equal to the start time of the reserved time period.
In one example, the end time of the recommended time period is the same as the end time of the reserved time period, and a time period between M minutes before the start time of the reserved time period and the end time of the reserved time period may be used as the recommended time period, where M is greater than 0. For example, M is equal to 5, the reserved time period is 09:00-11:00, and 08:55-11:00 can be taken as the recommended time period.
In another example, the end time of the recommended time period may be later than the end time of the reserved time period, and a time period between P minutes before the start time of the reserved time period and Q minutes after the end time of the reserved time period may be taken as the recommended time period, where P and Q are both greater than 0. For example, P equals 10, Q equals 5, the reserved time period is 09:00-11:00, and 08:50-11:05 can be taken as the recommended time period.
In the implementation mode, the recommended time period of the receiving end equipment used for recommending the target conference room to the target user is determined according to the reserved time period, and the current time is determined to be matched with the reserved time period in response to the fact that the current time is within the recommended time period, so that the receiving end equipment of the target conference room can be recommended to the target user within a more reasonable time range, and the meeting efficiency and the meeting experience of the target user can be further improved.
In another possible implementation, it may be determined that the current time matches the reserved time period in response to the current time belonging to the reserved time period.
In a possible implementation manner, the preset condition further includes: and receiving request information for displaying the receiving terminal equipment list. In this implementation, the preset conditions may include "the current time matches the reserved time period" and "request information showing the sink device list is received".
As an example of this implementation, the preset conditions may include only "the current time matches the reserved time period" and "the request information showing the sink device list is received". In this example, in response to receiving the request information for displaying the sink device list and the current time matches the reserved time period, the sink device list of the wireless screen projection may be displayed according to the information of the target conference room.
As another example of this implementation, the preset condition may include other conditions, such as "the target user is in the target conference room" or the like, in addition to "the current time matches the reserved time period" and "the request information to present the sink device list is received".
As an example of this implementation, it may be determined that the request information to present the received device list is received in response to a transmitting side application in the transmitting side device being opened. The transmitting-end Application may represent an Application (APP) for wireless screen projection in the transmitting-end device.
As another example of this implementation, it may be determined that the request information to present the list of sink devices is received in response to a list presentation button in the transmitting side application being triggered. In this example, a list presentation button may be displayed in the transmitting end application, where the list presentation button is used to present a list of receiving end devices.
In this implementation, by setting the preset condition to further include "receiving request information for presenting the sink device list", the probability of presenting the sink device list in an unnecessary case can be reduced, that is, unnecessary information presentation can be reduced.
In another possible implementation, the preset conditions may include only: the current time matches the reserved time period. In this implementation manner, in response to matching between the current time and the reserved time period, a list of receiving-end devices for wireless screen projection may be displayed according to the information of the target conference room.
In a possible implementation manner, the highlighting manner includes at least one of top display and adding preset identification information.
As an example of this implementation, the manner of highlighting includes a top-up display. In this example, the option of the sink device of the target conference room may be top-displayed in the sink device list in response to the preset condition being satisfied.
As another example of this implementation, the highlighting includes adding preset identification information. For example, the preset identification information may include text information such as "recommended" or "reserved".
As another example of this implementation, the highlighting includes top-displaying and adding preset identification information.
In the implementation mode, the option of the receiving terminal device of the target conference room is highlighted in the receiving terminal device list by adopting a mode of top display and/or addition of the preset identification information, so that a target user can conveniently and quickly find the option of the receiving terminal device of the target conference room from the receiving terminal device list, and the one-touch screen projection can be realized.
In other possible implementations, the manner of highlighting may further include enlarging, marking yellow, and the like, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In a possible implementation manner, the displaying a list of receiving end devices that project screens wirelessly according to the information of the target conference room includes: acquiring historical record information of the target user using the receiving terminal equipment; determining at least one historical recommendation device according to the historical record information; and displaying a receiving terminal equipment list of the wireless screen projection according to the information of the target meeting room and the at least one historical recommendation equipment. The history information may include identification information of the receiving end device used by the target user and a time when the target user uses the receiving end device, where the identification information of the receiving end device may include at least one of a name, a number, and the like of the receiving end device. The history recommendation device may represent a sink device that recommends to the target user according to history information of the target user using the sink device. The number of the history recommendation devices can be one or more than two.
As an example of the implementation manner, in response to that the number of options of the receiving end device of the target conference room (that is, the number of the receiving end devices of the target conference room) is less than or equal to a preset threshold, history information of the receiving end device used by the target user is obtained, at least one history recommendation device is determined according to the history information, and a receiving end device list of the wireless screen projection is displayed according to the information of the target conference room and the at least one history recommendation device. In this example, if the number of options of the receiving end device of the target conference room is greater than the preset threshold, the receiving end device list of the wireless screen projection may be displayed only according to the information of the target conference room.
As another example of the implementation manner, whether the number of options of the receiving end device of the target conference room is less than or equal to a preset threshold may not be considered, and whether the number of options of the receiving end device of the target conference room is less than or equal to the preset threshold, history information of the receiving end device used by the target user is obtained, at least one history recommendation device is determined according to the history information, and a receiving end device list of wireless screen projection is displayed according to the information of the target conference room and the at least one history recommendation device.
As an example of this implementation, the determined history recommendation device may not be duplicated with the receiver device of the target conference room, i.e., the at least one history recommendation device does not include the receiver device of any target conference room. In this example, at least one history recommendation device may be determined in combination with the history information and identification information of the receiving end device of the target conference room.
As another example of this implementation, at least one history recommendation device may be determined according to only the history information, where the determined history recommendation device may be duplicated with a receiving device of the target conference room, that is, the at least one history recommendation device may include the receiving device of the target conference room. In this example, the list of the receiving-end devices for wireless screen projection may be presented according to the information of the target conference room and the receiving-end devices other than the receiving-end device of the target conference room in the at least one history recommendation device.
In the implementation mode, through acquiring the historical record information of the target user using the receiving terminal equipment, determining at least one historical recommendation device according to the historical record information, and displaying a wireless screen projection receiving terminal equipment list according to the information of the target meeting room and the at least one historical recommendation device, more intelligent receiving terminal equipment recommendation can be realized, and the meeting efficiency and the meeting experience of the target user can be further improved.
As an example of this implementation, the determining at least one history recommendation device according to the history information includes: and responding to the historical record information indicating that the target user uses the receiving terminal equipment within a preset time, and determining at least one historical recommendation device according to the historical record information. Wherein, the preset time can be 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and the like.
In one example, the at least one history recommendation device may be determined according to a time sequence of the target user using the receiving end device within a preset time length. For example, N receiving-end devices that are used by the target user within a preset time period and are used recently may be respectively determined as the history recommendation devices, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
In another example, the sink devices used by the target user within a preset time period may be respectively determined as the history recommendation devices.
In this example, a target user is indicated to use a receiving end device within a preset time period by responding to the history information, at least one history recommendation device is determined according to the history information, and a receiving end device list of wireless screen projection is displayed according to the information of the target meeting room and the at least one history recommendation device, so that the influence of the history information with low timeliness on the receiving end device list of the wireless screen projection displayed by the transmitting end device can be reduced, and the target user can be helped to perform one-touch screen projection quickly and accurately.
As an example of this implementation, in a case where the list of sink devices includes two or more options of the history recommendation devices, the two or more history recommendation devices are arranged in order of usage time of the target user, where in the list of sink devices, the option of the history recommendation device used by the target user at a closer time is arranged before the option of the history recommendation device used by the target user at a farther time.
As an example of this implementation, in the sink device list, the option of the sink device of the target conference room is arranged in front of the option of the history recommendation device.
As another example of this implementation manner, the receiving-end device list includes a first sub-list and a second sub-list, where the first sub-list is used to show the options of the receiving-end devices of the target conference room, and the second sub-list is used to show the options of the history recommendation device and the options of other receiving-end devices, where the other receiving-end devices represent the receiving-end devices of the target conference room and the receiving-end devices other than the history recommendation device.
As another example of this implementation manner, the list of sink devices includes a first sub-list and a second sub-list, where the first sub-list is used to show the options of the sink devices of the target conference room and the options of the history recommendation devices, and the second sub-list is used to show the options of other sink devices.
As another example of the implementation manner, the list of sink devices includes a first sub-list, a second sub-list and a third sub-list, where the first sub-list is used to show the options of the sink devices of the target conference room, the second sub-list is used to show the options of the history recommendation devices, and the third sub-list is used to show the options of other sink devices.
As an example of this implementation, in the receiving-end device list, the identification information corresponding to the option of the receiving-end device of the target conference room is different from the identification information corresponding to the option of the history recommendation device. For example, the identification information corresponding to the option of the receiving end device of the target conference room is "reserved", and the identification information corresponding to the option of the history recommendation device is "recently used".
In another possible implementation manner, the displaying a list of receiving end devices that project a screen wirelessly according to the information of the target conference room includes: determining distance recommendation equipment of which the distance to the transmitting terminal equipment is smaller than or equal to a preset distance; and displaying a receiving end equipment list of the wireless screen projection according to the information of the target meeting room and the distance recommendation equipment. In this implementation, the distance recommendation device may represent a receiving end device recommended according to the distance, and a distance between the distance recommendation device and the transmitting end device is less than or equal to a preset distance. For example, the preset distance may be 20 meters, 50 meters, 100 meters, and so on. The number of distance recommendation devices may be one or more than two.
As an example of this implementation, in response to that the number of options of the receiving end device of the target conference room (i.e., the number of receiving end devices of the target conference room) is less than or equal to the preset threshold, a distance recommendation device whose distance from the transmitting end device is less than or equal to the preset distance may be determined, and a receiving end device list of the wireless screen projection may be displayed according to the information of the target conference room and the distance recommendation device. In this example, if the number of options of the receiving end device of the target conference room is greater than the preset threshold, the receiving end device list of the wireless screen projection may be displayed only according to the information of the target conference room.
As another example of the implementation manner, whether the number of options of the receiving end device of the target conference room is less than or equal to the preset threshold may not be considered, and whether the number of options of the receiving end device of the target conference room is less than or equal to the preset threshold, a distance recommendation device whose distance from the transmitting end device is less than or equal to the preset distance is determined, and the receiving end device list of the wireless screen projection is displayed according to the information of the target conference room and the distance recommendation device.
As an example of this implementation, the determined distance recommendation device may not be duplicated with the receiver devices of the target conference rooms, i.e., the distance recommendation device does not include a receiver device of any target conference room. In this example, at least one distance recommendation device may be determined in combination with distance information between the receiving end device and the transmitting end device and identification information of the receiving end device of the target conference room.
As another example of this implementation, the distance recommendation device may be determined only according to distance information between the receiving end device and the transmitting end device, where the determined distance recommendation device may be duplicated with the receiving end device of the target conference room, i.e., the distance recommendation device may include the receiving end device of the target conference room. In this example, the list of receiving end devices for wireless screen projection may be displayed according to the information of the target conference room and the receiving end devices other than the receiving end device of the target conference room in the distance recommendation device.
As an example of this implementation manner, in a case that the receiving-end device list includes two or more options of distance recommendation devices, the two or more distance recommendation devices are arranged according to distances from the transmitting-end device, where in the receiving-end device list, an option of a distance recommendation device closer to the transmitting-end device is arranged in front of an option of a distance recommendation device farther from the transmitting-end device.
As an example of this implementation, in the sink device list, the option of the sink device of the target conference room is arranged in front of the option of the distance recommendation device.
As another example of this implementation manner, the receiving-end device list includes a first sub-list and a second sub-list, where the first sub-list is used to show the options of the receiving-end devices of the target conference room, and the second sub-list is used to show the options of the distance recommendation device and the options of other receiving-end devices, where the other receiving-end devices represent the receiving-end devices of the target conference room and the receiving-end devices other than the distance recommendation device.
As another example of this implementation manner, the receiving-end device list includes a first sub-list and a second sub-list, where the first sub-list is used to show the options of the receiving-end devices and the options of the distance recommendation devices in the target conference room, and the second sub-list is used to show the options of other receiving-end devices.
As another example of this implementation manner, the receiving-end device list includes a first sub-list, a second sub-list and a third sub-list, where the first sub-list is used to show the options of the receiving-end devices of the target conference room, the second sub-list is used to show the options of the distance recommendation device, and the third sub-list is used to show the options of other receiving-end devices.
As an example of this implementation, in the receiving-end device list, the identification information corresponding to the option of the receiving-end device of the target conference room is different from the identification information corresponding to the option of the history recommendation device. For example, the identification information corresponding to the option of the receiving end device of the target conference room is "reserved", and the identification information corresponding to the option of the history recommendation device is "nearby".
In the implementation mode, the distance recommendation device which is less than or equal to the preset distance from the transmitting terminal device is determined, and the wireless screen projection receiving terminal device list is displayed according to the information of the target meeting room and the distance recommendation device, so that more intelligent receiving terminal device recommendation can be realized, and the meeting efficiency and the meeting experience of the target user can be further improved.
In another possible implementation manner, the displaying a list of receiving end devices that project a screen wirelessly according to the information of the target conference room includes: acquiring historical record information of the target user using the receiving terminal equipment; determining at least one historical recommendation device according to the historical record information; determining distance recommendation equipment of which the distance to the transmitting terminal equipment is smaller than or equal to a preset distance; and displaying a receiving terminal device list of the wireless screen projection according to the information of the target meeting room, the at least one historical recommendation device and the distance recommendation device.
In a possible implementation manner, the option of the sink device in the sink device list includes identification information of the usage status. The using state of the receiving end device can be in screen projection or not in screen projection, and the identification information in the screen projection is different from the identification information of the screen not in screen projection. In the implementation mode, the identification information of the use state of the receiving end equipment is displayed in the receiving end equipment list, so that the use state of the receiving end equipment can be visually displayed, and the probability of screen miscasting of a user can be reduced.
