As another example of the implementation manner, for any participant of the target conference, if the information that the third electronic device of the participant accepts the conference invitation of the target conference is received, the response state of the participant to the conference invitation of the target conference may be a responded state; if the information of accepting the meeting invitation of the target meeting sent by the third electronic equipment of the participant is not received, the response state of the participant to the meeting invitation of the target meeting can be non-response.
It should be noted that, although the types of the response states of the conference invitations of the participants of the target conference and the determination methods of the response states are described above in the above three implementation manners, those skilled in the art can understand that the present disclosure should not be limited thereto. The person skilled in the art can flexibly set the type of the response state of the conference invitation of the participant of the target conference and the determination method of the response state according to the actual application scene requirements and/or personal preferences.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the first response state information may include information of response states of all or part of the participants of the target conference with respect to the conference invitation of the target conference. According to the first response state information, the response state of all or part of the participants of the target conference to the conference invitation of the target conference can be determined, and therefore, the response state of all or part of the participants of the target conference to the conference invitation of the target conference can be displayed.
In one possible implementation, the first response status information may include: the conference invitation information comprises information of the participant of which the response state of the conference invitation aiming at the target conference is an accepting state, information of the participant of which the response state of the conference invitation aiming at the target conference is a rejecting state, and information of the participant of which the response state of the conference invitation aiming at the target conference is an unresponsive state. The information of the participant whose response state to the conference invitation of the target conference is the acceptance state may include: identification information of the participants of which the response states of the conference invitations of the target conference are the acceptance states, and/or the number of the participants of which the response states of the conference invitations of the target conference are the acceptance states; the information of the participant whose response status to the conference invitation of the target conference is the rejection status may include: identification information of the participants of which the response states of the conference invitations of the target conference are rejection states, and/or the number of the participants of which the response states of the conference invitations of the target conference are rejection states; the information of the participant whose response status of the meeting invitation for the target meeting is the non-response status may include: the identification information of the attendees with the non-response status of the meeting invitation aiming at the target meeting, and/or the number of the attendees with the non-response status of the meeting invitation aiming at the target meeting. The identification information of any participant may be information that can be used to uniquely identify the participant. For example, the identification information of any participant may include at least one of the participant's name, flower name, job number, serial number, cell phone number, photograph, etc.
In another possible implementation manner, the first response status information may include: the information of the participant whose response state to the meeting invitation of the target meeting is the accepting state, and the information of the participant whose response state to the meeting invitation of the target meeting is the rejecting state.
In another possible implementation manner, the first response status information may include: the information of the participant whose response state of the meeting invitation aiming at the target meeting is the responded state, and the information of the participant whose response state of the meeting invitation aiming at the target meeting is the non-responded state. The information of the participant whose response status of the conference invitation for the target conference is the responded status may include: the meeting information comprises identification information of the meeting personnel of which the meeting invitation response state is the responded state aiming at the target meeting, and/or the number of the meeting personnel of which the meeting invitation response state is the responded state aiming at the target meeting; the information of the participant whose response status of the meeting invitation for the target meeting is the non-response status may include: the identification information of the attendees with the non-response status of the meeting invitation aiming at the target meeting, and/or the number of the attendees with the non-response status of the meeting invitation aiming at the target meeting.
It should be noted that, although the types of information included in the first response status information are described above in the above three implementations, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the disclosure should not be limited thereto. Those skilled in the art may flexibly set the type of the information included in the first response state information according to the actual application scenario requirements and/or personal preferences, as long as the response states of all or part of the participants of the target conference with respect to the conference invitation of the target conference can be determined according to the first response state information.
In a possible implementation manner, the displaying, according to the first response status information, a response status of a meeting invitation of a participant of the target meeting to the target meeting includes: and displaying the number of at least one response state aiming at the conference invitation of the target conference in the participants of the target conference according to the first response state information. In this implementation, at least one of the following may be displayed according to the first response status information: the number of the participants in the target conference who accept the conference invitation of the target conference, the number of the participants in the target conference who refuse the conference invitation of the target conference, the number of the participants in the target conference who do not respond to the conference invitation of the target conference, and the number of the participants in the target conference who respond to the conference invitation of the target conference. In this implementation, the number of the participants of the target conference in at least one response state of the conference invitation to the target conference is displayed according to the first response state information, thereby facilitating the reservation staff to quickly know the rough situation of the response state of the participants of the target conference in the conference invitation to the target conference.
As an example of this implementation manner, the displaying, according to the first response state information, the number of people in at least one response state of the meeting invitation for the target meeting, from among the participants of the target meeting, includes: and displaying the number of people who accept the meeting invitation of the target meeting in the meeting personnel of the target meeting, the number of people who refuse the meeting invitation of the target meeting in the meeting personnel of the target meeting, and the number of people who do not respond to the meeting invitation of the target meeting in the meeting personnel of the target meeting according to the first response state information.
In one example, if the first response status information includes the number of participants in the target conference who have accepted the conference invitation of the target conference, the number of participants in the target conference who have accepted the conference invitation of the target conference can be directly obtained from the first response status information.
In another example, if the first response status information includes identification information of participants who accept the meeting invitation of the target meeting, and does not include the number of participants who accept the meeting invitation of the target meeting, among the participants of the target meeting, the number of participants who accept the meeting invitation of the target meeting may be obtained by counting the participants who accept the meeting invitation of the target meeting, among the participants of the target meeting, according to the first response status information.
In one example, if the first response status information includes the number of participants who have rejected the meeting invitation of the target meeting, the number of participants who have rejected the meeting invitation of the target meeting can be directly obtained from the first response status information.
In another example, if the first response status information includes identification information of participants who reject the meeting invitation of the target meeting and the number of the participants who reject the meeting invitation of the target meeting among the participants of the target meeting, the number of the participants who reject the meeting invitation of the target meeting among the participants of the target meeting can be counted according to the first response status information to obtain the number of the participants who reject the meeting invitation of the target meeting among the participants of the target meeting.
In one example, the first response status information includes the number of participants in the target conference who do not respond to the conference invitation of the target conference, and the number of participants in the target conference who do not respond to the conference invitation of the target conference can be directly obtained from the first response status information.
In another example, if the first response status information includes identification information of participants who do not respond to the meeting invitation of the target meeting and the number of participants who do not respond to the meeting invitation of the target meeting, among the participants of the target meeting, the number of participants who do not respond to the meeting invitation of the target meeting can be obtained by counting the participants who do not respond to the meeting invitation of the target meeting and the number of participants who do not respond to the meeting invitation of the target meeting according to the first response status information.
In another example, if the first response status information includes the number of participants in the target conference who accept the conference invitation of the target conference, and the number of participants in the target conference who reject the conference invitation of the target conference, and does not include the number of participants in the target conference who do not respond to the conference invitation of the target conference, the total number of participants in the target conference can be subtracted from the number of participants in the target conference who accept the conference invitation of the target conference, and then the number of participants in the target conference who reject the conference invitation of the target conference, so as to obtain the number of participants in the target conference who do not respond to the conference invitation of the target conference.
In another example, if the first response status information includes identification information of one of the participants of the target conference who accepted the invitation to the target conference and identification information of one of the participants of the target conference who rejected the invitation to the target conference, and the first response status information does not include identification information of one of the participants of the target conference who did not respond to the invitation to the target conference, the number of the participants of the target conference who accepted the invitation to the target conference, the number of the participants of the target conference who rejected the invitation to the target conference, and the number of the participants of the target conference who did not respond to the invitation to the target conference, statistics may be performed on the participants of the target conference who accepted the invitation to the target conference, the number of the participants of the target conference who accept the conference invitation of the target conference is obtained, the number of the participants who reject the conference invitation of the target conference among the participants of the target conference is counted, the number of the participants who reject the conference invitation of the target conference among the participants of the target conference is obtained, the total number of the participants of the target conference is subtracted from the number of the participants who accept the conference invitation of the target conference among the participants of the target conference, and the number of the participants who reject the conference invitation of the target conference among the participants of the target conference is subtracted, so that the number of the participants who do not respond to the conference invitation of the target conference among the participants of the target conference is obtained.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 3, the number of participants in the target meeting is 1, the number of participants who have accepted the meeting invitation of the target meeting is 1, the number of participants who have rejected the meeting invitation of the target meeting is 1, and the number of participants who have not responded to the meeting invitation of the target meeting is 1.
In this example, the number of persons who accept the meeting invitation of the target meeting, the number of persons who reject the meeting invitation of the target meeting, and the number of persons who do not respond to the meeting invitation of the target meeting among the persons who participate in the target meeting are displayed according to the first response state information, thereby helping the reservation person to quickly know the rough situation of various response states of the persons who participate in the target meeting with respect to the meeting invitation of the target meeting.
As an example of this implementation, after the displaying the number of at least one response status of the meeting invitation for the target meeting among the participants of the target meeting, the method further comprises: and in response to a second viewing request aiming at a first response state in the at least one response state, displaying identification information of people belonging to the first response state in the conference participants of the target conference, wherein the first response state is any one of the at least one response state.
In this example, the second viewing request may represent a request to view identification information of a person belonging to the first response state among the conference participants of the target conference. The first response state may be an accept state, a reject state, or an unresponsive state, etc. As shown in FIG. 3, it may be determined that a second view request for an accepted status is received in response to the numeric "1" control to the right of the "accepted" status being triggered; determining that a second view request for the deny condition is received in response to the numeric "1" control to the right of the "deny" condition being triggered; a determination may be made that a second view request for an unresponsive state is received in response to the numeric "1" control to the right of the "no response" state being triggered. In this example, identification information of persons belonging to the accepted state among the conference participants of the target conference may be displayed in response to the second viewing request for the accepted state; responding to a second viewing request aiming at the rejection state, and displaying identification information of persons belonging to the rejection state in the participants of the target conference; in response to a second viewing request for the unresponsive state, displaying identification information of persons belonging to the unresponsive state among the conference participants of the target conference; and so on.
In this example, by displaying identification information of a person belonging to a first response state among the participants of the target conference in response to a second viewing request for the first response state among the at least one response state, it is possible to make the reservation person know more details of the participant belonging to the first response state.
In one example, the displaying, in response to the second viewing request for a first response state of the at least one response state, identification information of a person belonging to the first response state among the conference participants of the target conference includes: and under the condition that the number of response states of the conference invitation aiming at the target conference is at least two, responding to a second viewing request aiming at a first response state in the at least two response states, popping up a first window, and displaying identification information of persons belonging to the first response state in the conference participants of the target conference through tabs corresponding to the first response state in the first window, wherein the first window comprises tabs corresponding to the at least two response states one by one.
For example, the response status of the meeting invitation for the target meeting includes an acceptance status, a rejection status, and an unresponsive status, and the first window may include a tab corresponding to the acceptance status, a tab corresponding to the rejection status, and a tab corresponding to the unresponsive status. The tab corresponding to the receiving state can be used for displaying identification information of the personnel belonging to the receiving state in the participants of the target conference; the tab corresponding to the rejection state can be used for displaying the identification information of the personnel belonging to the rejection state in the participants of the target conference; the tab corresponding to the unresponsive state may be used to display identification information of a person belonging to the unresponsive state among the participants of the target conference.
Fig. 6a is a schematic diagram illustrating a conference management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where identification information of a person in an accepted state among participants of a target conference is displayed. In one example, the identification information of the persons belonging to the accepted status among the participants of the target conference may be displayed through the tab corresponding to the accepted status in the first window as shown in fig. 6a in response to the digital "1" control on the right side of the "accepted" status in fig. 3 being triggered. In fig. 6a, the identification information of the person belonging to the receiving state among the participants of the target conference includes "liu X". The first window shown in fig. 6a includes a tab corresponding to an accepted state, a tab corresponding to a rejected state, and a tab corresponding to an unresponsive state. The method can respond to the selection of the tab corresponding to the rejection state, switch to the tab corresponding to the rejection state, and display the identification information of the personnel belonging to the rejection state in the participants of the target conference through the tab corresponding to the rejection state; the method can respond to the selection of the tab corresponding to the non-response state, switch to the tab corresponding to the non-response state, and display the identification information of the personnel belonging to the non-response state in the participants of the target conference through the tab corresponding to the non-response state.
Fig. 6b is a schematic diagram illustrating a conference management method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, where identification information of a person belonging to a rejected state among participants of a target conference is displayed. In one example, the identification information of the persons belonging to the rejected state among the participants of the target conference may be displayed through the tab corresponding to the rejected state in the first window as shown in fig. 6b in response to the digital "1" control on the right side of the "rejected" state in fig. 3 being triggered. In fig. 6b, the identification information showing the persons belonging to the rejected state among the participants of the target conference includes "penx". The first window shown in fig. 6b includes a tab corresponding to an accepted state, a tab corresponding to a rejected state, and a tab corresponding to an unresponsive state. The method can respond to the selection of the tab corresponding to the receiving state, switch to the tab corresponding to the receiving state, and display the identification information of the personnel belonging to the receiving state in the participants of the target conference through the tab corresponding to the receiving state; the method can respond to the selection of the tab corresponding to the non-response state, switch to the tab corresponding to the non-response state, and display the identification information of the personnel belonging to the non-response state in the participants of the target conference through the tab corresponding to the non-response state.
Fig. 6c is a schematic diagram illustrating that, in the conference management method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, identification information of a person belonging to an unresponsive state among the participants of the target conference is displayed. In one example, the identification information of the persons belonging to the non-response state in the participants of the target conference may be displayed through the tab corresponding to the non-response state in the first window as shown in fig. 6c in response to the digital "1" control on the right side of the "no-response" state in fig. 3 being triggered. In fig. 6c, it is shown that the identification information of the person belonging to the unresponsive state among the participants of the target conference includes "d X". The first window shown in fig. 6c includes a tab corresponding to an accepted state, a tab corresponding to a rejected state, and a tab corresponding to an unresponsive state. The method can respond to the selection of the tab corresponding to the receiving state, switch to the tab corresponding to the receiving state, and display the identification information of the personnel belonging to the receiving state in the participants of the target conference through the tab corresponding to the receiving state; and responding to the selection of the tab corresponding to the rejection state, switching to the tab corresponding to the rejection state, and displaying the identification information of the personnel belonging to the rejection state in the participants of the target conference through the tab corresponding to the rejection state.
In the above example, when the number of the response states of the conference invitation for the target conference is at least two, in response to the second viewing request for the first response state of the at least two response states, the first window is popped up, and the identification information of the person belonging to the first response state among the attendees of the target conference is displayed through the tab corresponding to the first response state in the first window, where the first window includes tabs corresponding to the at least two response states one to one, so that the reservation person can conveniently view the specific situations of the attendees of various response states of the conference invitation for the target conference, and the convenience of the reservation person in conference management is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, the displaying, according to the first response status information, a response status of a meeting invitation of a participant of the target meeting to the target meeting includes: and according to the first response state information, displaying the identification information of at least one response state of the conference invitation aiming at the target conference in the conference participants of the target conference. In this implementation manner, the first response state information may be obtained in response to the first viewing request for the target conference, and the identification information of at least one response state of the conference invitation for the target conference among the participants of the target conference is directly displayed according to the first response state information. For example, if the participants of the target conference include liu X, ding X, and penxx, where the participant who accepted the conference invitation of the target conference is liu X, the participant who rejected the conference invitation of the target conference is penxx, and the participant who did not respond to the conference invitation of the target conference is ding X, then liu X may be displayed on the right side of "accept", penxx on the right side of "reject", and "ding X" on the right side of "no response" in the conference detail interface 24 shown in fig. 3. In the implementation manner, the identification information of at least one response state of the conference invitation aiming at the target conference among the participants of the target conference is displayed according to the first response state information, so that the reservation personnel can be helped to quickly know the specific situation of the response state of the participants aiming at the conference invitation aiming at the target conference.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: and responding to first response information of any participant of the target conference aiming at the conference invitation of the target conference, and displaying a first notification message corresponding to the first response information. The first response information may be information that the participant accepts the meeting invitation of the target meeting, information that the participant rejects the meeting invitation of the target meeting, and the like, which is not limited herein. The first notification message may represent a message for notifying the first response information. For example, the first notification message may be "liu X accepted" meeting invitation to test 2.0 'meeting "," penxx rejected "meeting invitation to test 2.0' meeting", etc. In the implementation manner, the first notification message corresponding to the first response information is displayed in response to the first response information of the meeting invitation, aiming at the target meeting, of any participant of the target meeting, so that the reservation staff can timely know the latest response information of the meeting invitation, aiming at the target meeting, of the participants of the target meeting.
As an example of this implementation, the first notification message includes a first hyperlink, where the first hyperlink is used to jump to a meeting detail interface corresponding to the target meeting. In this example, by setting the first hyperlink for jumping to the meeting detail interface corresponding to the target meeting in the first notification message, the reservation staff can quickly view the meeting detail interface corresponding to the target meeting through the first hyperlink, so that the reservation staff can quickly view the latest meeting details of the target meeting after receiving the first notification message.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: responding to the first viewing request, and acquiring second response state information of a target conference room reserved by the target conference request aiming at the use request of the target conference; and displaying the response state of the target conference room for the use request of the target conference according to the second response state information. In this implementation, the first viewing request may also be used to view a response status of the target conference room reserved by the target conference request to the usage request of the target conference. The second response status information may represent response status information of the target conference room for the use request of the target conference.
As an example of this implementation, the response status of the target conference room to the use request of the target conference may be displayed in the conference detail interface 24 shown in fig. 3. In fig. 3, the target meeting room "SZ-12A-1905 coast city (10 people)" receives the use request of the target meeting, and "SZ-12A-1905 coast city (10 people) receives your reservation" is displayed in the meeting details interface 24 corresponding to the target meeting.

In one possible implementation, the method further includes: and responding to second response information of the target conference room which receives the target conference request reservation and aiming at the use request of the target conference, and displaying a second notification message corresponding to the second response information. The second response information may be, but is not limited to, information that the target conference room accepts the usage request of the target conference, information that the target conference room rejects the usage request of the target conference, and the like. The second notification message may represent a message for notifying the second response information. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a notification message of a conference reservation system in a conference management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the example shown in fig. 7, the second notification message includes "test 2.0 meeting time: 2021/08/2418: 00-19:00 conference room: SZ-12A-1905 coastal city (10 people) received your reservation's text message. In the implementation manner, the second notification message corresponding to the second response information is displayed by responding to the second response information of the target meeting room for the use request of the target meeting, which is reserved by the received target meeting request, so that the reservation staff can be helped to know the latest response information of the use request of the target meeting room for the target meeting in time.
As an example of this implementation, in a case that the second response information indicates that the target conference room accepts the use request of the target conference, the second notification message includes a first hyperlink, wherein the first hyperlink is used for jumping to a conference detail interface corresponding to the target conference. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the second notification message includes a control 27 corresponding to the first hyperlink. Jumping to the meeting detail interface corresponding to the target meeting can be carried out in response to the control 27 being triggered. Fig. 8 shows another schematic diagram of a meeting detail interface corresponding to a target meeting in the meeting management method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure. In one example, a jump may be made to a meeting details interface corresponding to the target meeting as shown in FIG. 8 in response to control 27 being triggered.
