技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能水性蓝色不粘锅涂料及其制备方法,属于环保的特种涂料领域。
背景技术
不粘锅涂料广泛用于电饭煲,烤面包机,电熨斗,烤盘,平底锅,空气炸锅,电烤箱等厨房小家电。原有油性不粘锅油漆VOC高,不环保。本发明降低了不粘锅油漆VOC含量,各种性能没有改变,依然能够满足大多数客户的需求。
现有的不粘锅涂料广泛用于电饭煲,烤面包机,电熨斗,烤盘,平底锅,空气炸锅,电烤箱等厨房小家电。但是现有的油性不粘锅油漆VOC含量较高,环保性较差。因此,很有必要在现有技术的基础上研发筛选出低VOC含量,耐热、附着力、硬度和耐腐蚀性能好的水性蓝色不粘锅涂料。

发明目的:本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种组份配比科学合理,环保性能好,VOC含量底,附着力、硬度和耐腐蚀性能等各种性能优的水性蓝色不粘锅涂料及其制备方法。
技术方案:为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种高性能水性蓝色不粘锅涂料,其特征在于,它是由以下原料制成:水性聚酯改性硅树脂,耐高温蓝色颜料,水性铝银浆,滑石粉,二丁醚和/或乙二醇丁醚,丙二醇甲醚,纯净水,水性分散剂,水性流平剂,水性氨基树脂。
作为优选方案,以上所述的高性能黑闪银不粘锅涂料,它是由以下质量百分比的原料制成:水性聚酯改性硅树脂50~70%,耐高温蓝色颜料5~7%,水性铝银浆0~2%,滑石粉3~10%,二丁醚和/或乙二醇丁醚3~6%,丙二醇甲醚3~6%,纯净水8~15%,水性分散剂0.3~0.8%,水性流平剂0.3~0.8%,水性氨基树脂5~10%。

本发明所述的高性能黑闪银不粘锅涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
依次将水性聚酯改性硅树脂,耐高温蓝色颜料,水性铝银浆,滑石粉,二丁醚,乙二醇丁醚,丙二醇甲醚,水性氨基树脂,纯净水,水性分散剂,水性流平剂,加入砂磨机中,开动搅拌,维持转数在200~500转/分钟,同时保证砂磨机内温度不超过60摄氏度,砂磨后,取样测油漆细度,直至细度达到20微米以下为止。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明通过大量实验筛选原料组成,各组份配比科学合理,本发明优选钴蓝是无机颜料,耐高温非常突出,颜色比较鲜艳,但是钴蓝价格贵,着色力强,加多不但成本高,并且研磨困难,加少蓝色太淡,达不到要求。经过多次实验证明,钴蓝在配方里面占到4~7%质量百分比效果最佳。本发明添加铝银浆可以起到闪银的效果,但是铝银浆不能加多,加多了会影响整体颜色,破坏蓝色的美感,经过多次试验,证明铝银浆在总配方里面占到1.5~2.5%质量百分比是最佳的比例,既不破坏蓝色的美感,又达到闪银的效果,美观度高。本发明采用水性氨基树脂,帮助漆膜固化成膜,提高固化速度,帮助油漆交联固化,实验表明,树脂添加质量百分比50~70%,才能保证漆膜光泽和丰满度。另外经过多次试验证明,滑石粉占到总配方6~9%效果最佳,既不影响漆膜光泽,又能提供高温防开裂。二丁醚、BCS、PM都是助溶剂,具有亲水性,帮助成膜,帮助颜填料分散流平,少了起不了作用,多了VOC上升。

依次将水性聚酯改性硅树脂,耐高温蓝色颜料,水性铝银浆,滑石粉,二丁醚,乙二醇丁醚,丙二醇甲醚,水性氨基树脂,纯净水,水性分散剂,水性流平剂,加入砂磨机中,开动搅拌,维持转数在200~500转/分钟,同时保证砂磨机内温度不超过60摄氏度,砂磨后,取样测油漆细度,直至细度达到20微米以下为止。
