Abstract
The invention discloses copper needle ring equipment which comprises a rack module, and an O-shaped ring feeding module, a copper needle feeding module, an assembling module and a blanking module which are respectively arranged on the rack module; the O-shaped ring feeding module is used for conveying an O-shaped ring to an O-shaped ring feeding station of the rack module; the copper needle feeding module is used for conveying a copper needle to an O-shaped ring feeding station of the rack module and enabling the end part of the copper needle to penetrate through the O-shaped ring; the assembling module is used for assembling the O-shaped ring into the groove of the copper needle to form a copper needle O-shaped ring assembly; the blanking module is used for receiving the copper needle O-shaped ring assembly. The automatic assembling device can realize the automatic assembly of the copper needle and the O-shaped ring, and the generation efficiency is greatly improved.

Technical Field

Background
The piston fitting for the cleaning machine comprises a copper needle and a sealing O-ring, and the O-ring is required to be assembled in a groove of the copper needle. The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, one embodiment of the copper needle ring device of the present invention includes a frame module 1, and an O-ring feeding module 2, a copper needle feeding module 3, an assembling module 4 and a blanking module 5 respectively mounted thereon; the O-ring feeding module 2 is used for feeding an O-ring 101 to an O-ring feeding station of the rack module 1; the copper needle feeding module 3 is used for sending a copper needle 100 to an O-shaped ring feeding station of the rack module 1, and enabling the end part of the copper needle 100 to penetrate through the O-shaped ring 101; the assembling module 4 is used for assembling the O-ring 101 into the groove of the copper needle 100 to form a copper needle O-ring assembly; the blanking module 5 is used for receiving the copper needle O-shaped ring assembly.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a rack module 1 includes a rack 1-1, a rotating disk 1-2 and a fixture 1-3, an O-ring feeding module 2, a copper needle feeding module 3, an assembling module 4 and a blanking module 5 are all installed on the rack 1-1, the rotating disk 1-2 is divided into four stations according to needs, one fixture 1-3 is disposed on each station, the fixture 1-3 is a place for accommodating an O-ring 101, and is also a place for butt-assembling a copper needle 100 and the O-ring 101.
As shown in FIG. 3, in one embodiment of the invention, the O-ring feeding module 2 comprises an O-ring feeding vibration disc 2-1, an O-ring feeding groove 2-2, an O-ring distributing cylinder 2-3, an O-ring distributing groove 2-4, an O-ring detection sensor 2-5 and an O-ring feeding manipulator 2-6. When the O-shaped ring feeding vibration disc 2-1 works, the O-shaped ring 101 is conveyed to the O-shaped ring feeding groove 2-2, when the O-shaped ring detection sensor 2-5 detects that materials exist in the O-shaped ring distributing groove 2-4, the O-shaped ring distributing cylinder 2-3 drives the O-shaped ring distributing groove 2-4 to the O-shaped ring feeding station, the O-shaped ring feeding mechanical arm 2-6 grabs the O-shaped ring 101 in the O-shaped ring distributing groove 2-4 and conveys the O-shaped ring 101 to the clamp 1-3, and the rotary disc 1-2 rotates to convey the O-shaped ring 101 to the next station.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the copper needle feeding module 3 includes a copper needle feeding vibration plate 3-1, a copper needle feeding chute 3-2, a copper needle separating cylinder 3-3, a copper needle separating chute 3-4, a copper needle detecting sensor 3-5, and a copper needle feeding manipulator 3-6. During operation, the copper needle feeding vibration disc 3-1 sends the copper needle 100 to the copper needle feeding groove 3-2, when the copper needle detection sensor 3-5 detects that the copper needle distribution groove 3-4 is filled with materials, the copper needle distribution cylinder 3-3 drives the copper needle distribution groove 3-4 to a copper needle feeding station, the copper needle feeding manipulator 3-6 grabs the copper needle 100 in the copper needle distribution groove 3-4 and sends the copper needle 100 to the rotary disc 1-2, and the copper needle feeding manipulator 3-6 presses downwards to be matched with the O-shaped ring 101 in the clamp 1-3 in a penetrating and sleeving manner.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the assembly module 4 includes an assembly cylinder 4-1 and a material head 4-2. In the copper needle feeding station, the O-shaped ring 101 is only arranged at the half position of the copper needle 100 and is not arranged in place. At the assembling station, the assembling cylinder 4-1 drives the material pressing head 4-2 to press downwards, the groove of the copper needle 100 is moved downwards to be flush with the O-shaped ring 101, and the O-shaped ring 101 is clamped into the groove of the copper needle 100 to form the copper needle O-shaped ring assembly.
As shown in FIG. 6, in one embodiment of the invention, the blanking module 5 comprises a blanking manipulator 5-1 and a blanking frame 5-2. the blanking manipulator 5-1 grabs the assembled copper needle O-ring assembly from the clamp 1-3 and sends the copper needle O-ring assembly to the blanking frame 5-2.
