The rods 90 are sequentially conveyed into the material channel 51 by the vibrating feeder, the material distribution driving mechanism 53 drives the material distribution plate 52 to move to align the clamping groove with the discharge hole of the material channel 51, one rod 90 slides into the clamping groove, and then the material distribution driving mechanism 53 drives the material distribution plate 52 to move outwards, so that the rod 90 sliding into the clamping groove moves to the rod transfer mechanism 55 at one side of the material channel 51, and meanwhile, the blocking part on the material distribution plate 52 moves to the discharge hole of the material channel 51 to block, and the rest rods 90 in the material channel 51 can be prevented from falling from the discharge hole of the material channel 51; the rod 90 is transferred to the tooling seat 11 on the turntable 42 by the rod transfer mechanism 55, and the rod 90 is inserted into the barrel 12.
In order to prevent the rod members 90 in the clamping grooves from falling off when the material distributing plate 52 moves, a baffle plate 54 is arranged at the side part of the material channel 51, in order to facilitate the rod member transferring mechanism 55 to take materials from the material distributing plate 52, a baffle plate lifting driving mechanism is fixed on the working table 41, and the baffle plate 54 is fixed at the output part of the baffle plate lifting driving mechanism; generally, the material separating drive mechanism 53 and the shutter lifting drive mechanism are air cylinders.
Specifically, the rod transfer mechanism 55 includes a transfer support, an electric cylinder fixed on the transfer support, and a cylinder fixed on an output portion of the electric cylinder and arranged vertically, and a clamping structure for clamping the rod 90 is fixed on a piston rod of the cylinder, and is typically a cylinder clamping jaw.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the assembly feeding structure 60a includes a conveyor belt, a tool seat mounted on the conveyor belt, and an assembly transfer mechanism for transferring the assembly in the tool seat on the conveyor belt to the tool seat 11 on the turntable 42 without rotation. The product blanking structure 60b includes a conveyor belt, a tool seat mounted on the conveyor belt, and a product transfer mechanism for transferring the assembled product from the tool seat 11 on the turntable 42 to the tool seat on the conveyor belt.
Specifically, the assembly part transfer mechanism and the product transfer mechanism have the same structure, and respectively comprise a transfer support, an electric cylinder fixed on the transfer support, and a cylinder fixed on an output part of the electric cylinder and vertically arranged, wherein a piston rod of the cylinder is fixed with a clamping structure for clamping the assembly part or the assembled product, and the clamping structure is usually a cylinder clamping jaw; since the assembly is different from the assembled product only in whether the bar 90 is installed or not, the gripping position is generally the assembly, and the gripping structure of the assembly transfer mechanism is the same as that of the product transfer mechanism.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the tightening structure includes a pressing mechanism 70 disposed above the turntable 42, a tightening rotating mechanism 80a correspondingly disposed below the turntable 42, and a tightening lifting driving mechanism 80b for driving the tightening rotating mechanism 80a to be coupled with/separated from the cylinder 12; the pressing mechanism 70 includes a tightening and pressing bracket 71 fixed on the table 41, a tightening and pressing driving mechanism 72 fixed on the tightening and pressing bracket 71, and a tightening and pressing head 73 fixed on an output portion of the tightening and pressing driving mechanism 72, and typically, the tightening and pressing driving mechanism 72 is an air cylinder; the tightening rotating mechanism 80a includes a tightening mounting plate 81 fixed to the table 41, a support seat 82 slidably mounted on the mounting plate 81 in the vertical direction, and a power screw driver 83 fixed to the support seat 82, and the tightening elevating drive mechanism 80b is fixed to the tightening mounting plate 81 and an output portion of the tightening elevating drive mechanism 80b is fixedly connected to the support seat 82, and typically, the tightening elevating drive mechanism 80b is a cylinder.
In order to improve the assembly efficiency, at least two sets of tightening structures are provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the turntable 42.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a CCD detecting structure 43 fixed on the table 41 is provided between the pressing mechanism 20 and the assembly loading structure 60a, for detecting whether the cylinder positioning portion 13 of the cylinder 12 is aligned with and inserted into the rod positioning portion of the rod member 90. the pressing mechanism comprises a positioning pressing support, a positioning pressing driving mechanism fixed on the positioning pressing support and a positioning pressing head fixed on an output part of the positioning pressing driving mechanism.
2. The rod positioning device of claim 1, wherein the screw head is mounted in a bayonet manner with the barrel; and a positioning lifting driving mechanism used for driving the positioning rotating mechanism to lift is arranged below the tool seat.
