Description

Traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines and health care, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
"sub-health" also known as sub-health, desired pathological state, semi-health state, intermediate state, gray state, etc., so far, there is no clear and well-recognized definition of sub-health. At present, the body can be regarded as a body which has no definite disease diagnosis but has a plurality of uncomfortable symptom expressions and psychological experiences subjectively. Most of them show a decrease in their activities, and their adaptive abilities to the external world decrease to different degrees, and the physiological and psychological functions of all the systems of the body are low, degenerated and aged, which is a state between health and disease.
Under the social background of rapid development and intense competition, the current young people need to bear heavy work tasks and deal with complicated daily life. Under the condition, people often eat three meals for irregular time, do not eat breakfast, overeat, over hunger and over satiety, do not move after sitting in front of a screen for a long time, sleep and rest irregularly at night and the like, and the body functions are gradually reduced in the past, so that the people are in a sub-health state.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the sub-health mentioned in the background technology, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy composition and a preparation method thereof by applying the theory of 'preventive treatment of disease' in traditional Chinese medicine. s3, steaming the weighed cimicifugae foetidae and houttuynia cordata in water bath respectively for pretreatment;
s4, pulverizing the Chinese medicinal materials pretreated by the S2 and the S3 and the epimedium into 80-100 meshes, and uniformly mixing to obtain the Chinese medicinal physiotherapy composition.
Further, the stir-frying preprocessing of S2 includes: preheating wheat bran to 40-50 deg.C, adding the above rhizoma Phragmitis, Mori fructus, Aloe, and semen Pruni, respectively, heating, and parching.
Furthermore, the added quality of the wheat bran is respectively equal to that of the reed rhizome, the mulberry, the aloe or the bunge cherry seed.
Further, the temperature is raised and the frying temperature is controlled to be 65-70 ℃, and the fried food is fried to be light yellow or yellow.
Further, the stir-frying preprocessing of S2 includes: and (3) putting the dendrobium, the butterflybush flower and the ramie root into a container, respectively adding ginger juice, frying with slow fire until the ginger juice is absorbed completely, and frying with medium fire until the mixture is light yellow or yellow.
Further, the weight of the ginger juice is 12% -16% of the weight of the dendrobium, the buddleja officinalis or the ramie root respectively.
Further, the preparation method of the ginger juice comprises the following steps: squeezing rhizoma Zingiberis recens to obtain juice, and adding water into the juice to original weight of rhizoma Zingiberis recens.
Further, the steaming in the water bath of S3 is carried out for 5-10min at the temperature of 75-90 ℃.
The traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy composition prepared by the method can be applied to treating or improving the sub-health state in various ways such as plaster, sweat steaming, basin setting, foot bath and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine components and a proper proportion are reasonably selected according to functional efficacy, and different traditional Chinese medicine components are subjected to stir-frying or steaming pretreatment under different conditions according to the characteristics of the selected traditional Chinese medicine, so that the efficacy is remarkably enhanced, the toxicity is reduced, and the efficacy is enlarged.
