A method for transporting soft-shelled turtles by a soft-shelled turtle transporting device, comprising the steps of:
s1: the living soft-shelled turtle is put into a transport cabin 1, and the transport cabin 1 is used for the soft-shelled turtle to live in the transport process;
s2: injecting water into the transport pod 1, and adjusting the water level in the transport pod 1 through the water level control mechanism 2, so as to provide a comfortable living environment for soft-shelled turtles in different states;
s3: providing a feeding station plate 31 to meet the rest of different soft-shelled turtles in water and a drying area;
s4: the independent feeding cabin 32 is arranged, the soft-shelled turtles are fed one by one, and the soft-shelled turtles just after feeding need to be wound into the automatic feeding mechanism 3 again for feeding, so that the soft-shelled turtles are prevented from injuring and dying in the process of grabbing food.
S5: the cleaning device is arranged to brush the inner bottom side of the transport cabin 1, so that water quality pollution caused by accumulation of the excrement and food residues of the soft-shelled turtles in water is prevented;
s6: the traction transport pod 1 realizes long-time transport of live soft-shelled turtles.

Claims (9)

1. A turtle transporting device, characterized in that: the automatic feeding device comprises a transportation cabin (1), a water level control mechanism (2), an automatic feeding mechanism (3) and a cleaning device (4), wherein a feeding port (11) is formed in the transportation cabin (1), a flow groove (12) is formed in the bottom of the transportation cabin (1), the water level control mechanism (2) is arranged at the bottom of the transportation cabin (1), the water level control mechanism (2) is communicated with the flow groove (12) in the bottom of the transportation cabin (1), the automatic feeding mechanism (3) is arranged at the inner side of the transportation cabin (1), and the cleaning device (4) is arranged at the inner side of the transportation cabin (1);
the automatic feeding mechanism (3) comprises a feeding station plate (31), an independent feeding cabin (32) and a quantitative feeding machine (33), the feeding station plate (31) is erected in a transport cabin (1), the independent feeding cabin (32) is arranged on the feeding station plate (31), the quantitative feeding machine (33) is arranged at the top of the independent feeding cabin (32), an inlet baffle (321), a falling baffle (322), a connecting frame (323), a synchronizing rod (324) and a synchronizing motor (325) are arranged in the independent feeding cabin (32), the inlet baffle (321) is hinged at the inlet of the independent feeding cabin (32), the connecting frame (323) is arranged at the bottom of the independent feeding cabin (32), the two falling baffles (322) are symmetrically hinged at two sides of the connecting frame (323), gears which are mutually matched are arranged at the hinged positions of the two falling baffles (322), the synchronizing rod (324) are arranged between the inlet baffle (321) and the falling baffle (322) and one end of the synchronizing rod (324) which is hinged with the other end of the inlet baffle (324), the synchronous motor (325) is disposed on the independent feeding pod (32) and drivingly connected to the drop barrier (322).

A turtle transporting device according to claim 1, wherein: the independent feeding cabin (32) is provided with a plurality of, and all is provided with restriction door (326) on a plurality of independent feeding cabin (32), restriction door (326) are in entry baffle (321) department, and restriction door (326) size on a plurality of independent feeding cabin (32) is different.

A turtle transporting device according to claim 1, wherein: the quantitative food placing machine (33) comprises a food placing cabin (331), a food placing motor (332) and a quantitative roller (333), wherein the food placing cabin (331) is in a bucket-shaped structure, a quantitative opening (334) is formed in the bottom of the food placing cabin (331), the quantitative roller (333) is arranged in the food placing cabin (331) and is positioned at the position of the quantitative opening (334), the quantitative roller (333) is provided with a notch in a ring shape, and the food placing motor (332) is connected to the quantitative roller (333) in a transmission mode.

A turtle transporting device as defined in claim 3, wherein: the food placing cabin (331) is internally provided with a mixing auger (335), the side end of the food placing cabin (331) is provided with an auger motor (336), and the auger motor (336) is connected to the mixing auger (335) in a transmission mode.

A turtle transporting device according to claim 1, wherein: cleaning device (4) are including clean motor (41), clean lead screw (42), clean slider (43), clean rack (44) and clean round brush (45), clean lead screw (42) erect in transportation cabin (1), clean motor (41) are installed on transportation cabin (1) and are connected with clean lead screw (42) transmission, clean slider (43) set up in transportation cabin (1), and be provided with the lead screw cover that corresponds each other with clean lead screw (42) on clean slider (43), clean lead screw (42) agree with each other with the lead screw cover on clean slider (43), drive clean slider (43) are removed in transportation cabin (1) when clean lead screw (42) rotate, clean round brush (45) set up on clean slider (43), clean round brush (45) and the bottom of transportation cabin (1) are contacted each other, and clean both sides of clean round brush (45) are provided with clean pinion (46), clean rack (44) are provided with two and are in the inside of transportation cabin (1), clean both sides of round brush (45) are meshed each other with clean round brush (46).

A turtle transporting device as defined in claim 5, wherein: the cleaning slide piece (43) is provided with a duplex gear (47), the diameters of the gears on the two sides of the duplex gear (47) are different, wherein the gear with larger diameter in the duplex gear (47) is meshed with the cleaning gear (46) on the cleaning rolling brush (45), and the gear with smaller diameter in the duplex gear (47) is meshed with the cleaning rack (44).
7. A turtle transporting device as defined in claim 6, wherein: sliding limiting pieces (13) are arranged on two sides of the inside of the transport cabin (1), and the cleaning sliding pieces (43) are inserted into the sliding limiting pieces (13).

A turtle transporting device according to claim 1, wherein: the water level control mechanism (2) comprises a control cabin (21), an air pressure regulating pump (22), an air inflation bag (23) and a jacking plate (24), wherein the control cabin (21) is arranged right below the transport cabin (1) and is communicated with the transport cabin, the air inflation bag (23) is arranged in the control cabin (21), the air pressure regulating pump (22) is communicated with the air inflation bag (23) mutually, and the jacking plate (24) is arranged right above the air inflation bag (23).
9. A method of transporting soft-shelled turtles based on a soft-shelled turtle transporting device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: the living soft-shelled turtle is put into a transport cabin (1), and the transport cabin (1) is used for the soft-shelled turtle to live in the transport process;
s2: injecting water into the transport cabin (1), and adjusting the water level in the transport cabin (1) through a water level control mechanism (2), so as to provide a comfortable living environment for soft-shelled turtles in different states;
s3: providing a feeding station plate (31) to meet the rest of different soft-shelled turtles in water and a drying area;
s4: the independent feeding cabin (32) is arranged, the soft-shelled turtles are fed one by one, and the soft-shelled turtles just after feeding need to be wound into the automatic feeding mechanism (3) again for feeding, so that the soft-shelled turtles are prevented from injuring and dying in the process of grabbing food;
s5: the cleaning device (4) is arranged to brush the inner bottom side of the transport cabin (1), so that water quality pollution caused by accumulation of the excrement and food residues of soft-shelled turtles in water is prevented;
s6: the traction transport cabin (1) realizes long-time transportation of living soft-shelled turtles.
