Background
When live poultry is transported, the live poultry needs to be loaded and taken by utilizing the poultry cage and placed on a vehicle, in order to prevent the live poultry from dying in the transportation process, most of the transportation cabin is open, and the poultry transportation cabin has better air permeability.
The inventor discovers that the poultry cage can be rocked when the open transport cabin transports live poultry, the live poultry is injured, and a large amount of excrement and urine is left in the cabin due to the defecation of the live poultry in the transport process, so that the transport cabin is not easy to clean after the transport cabin is used up.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, it is necessary to provide a vehicle for commodity circulation of live poultry, install on sensing type temperature probe and wipe the cover, utilize its mode of round trip movement on the temperature probe to make the temperature probe wipe clean to prevent that it from inserting behind another animal anus, causing the mutual infection, make the thermometer use of this structure more standard.

a vehicle for logistics of live poultry comprises a base, a separation mechanism, a guide rod, a poultry cage seat mechanism and a scraping rod mechanism, wherein a notch is formed in the middle of the base, a manure cabin is mounted at the bottom of the base and is communicated with the base through the notch, a poultry cabin is mounted on the top surface of the base, a movable groove is formed in the rear portion of the poultry cabin, a hand-pulling type scissor door is arranged in the movable groove, door grooves are formed in two sides of the poultry cabin, a rotatable side door is arranged in each door groove, and an air spring for locking the position of the opened side door is mounted on the outer wall of the poultry cabin;
the poultry cabin comprises two guide rods, a separation mechanism, a servo motor, a screw rod, a bearing seat, guide wheels, a threaded seat, a screw rod, a separation mechanism and a supporting seat, wherein the two guide rods are welded at the bottom of the poultry cabin;
the poultry cage seat mechanism comprises a poultry cage seat, a lower dung hole arranged on the poultry cage seat, a row hole arranged at the bottom of the poultry cage seat and a moving block fixed at the bottom of the poultry cage seat, the poultry cage seat is divided into five parts which are uniformly distributed and arranged on the guide rod through the moving block, and when the separation mechanism moves, the separation mechanism is extruded on the poultry cage seat at the last side so that the poultry cage seat moves forwards along the guide rod to adjust the displacement of the poultry cage on the poultry cage seat.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: the adjacent two poultry cage seats are supported by springs, the springs are sleeved on the guide rods, when the separation mechanism moves inwards, the separation mechanism is extruded on the poultry cage seat at the rearmost side, and the five poultry cage seats on the guide rods synchronously move through the support of the springs.

The separation plate is driven by the screw rod to extrude the poultry cage seats inwards, the five poultry cage seats are uniformly pressed, all poultry cages placed on the poultry cage seats can be quickly locked, and can not shake when being loaded and transported along with a vehicle, the structure is more reasonable, when the screw rod rotates in the opposite direction, the poultry cage seats can be quickly opened under the action of the spring, so that all poultry cages can be quickly separated, and in addition, all poultry cages can shake to discharge excrement through the mode, and the comprehensive structural design is more reasonable.

Detailed Description
Referring to the attached drawings 1-10, a vehicle for logistics of live poultry comprises a base 1, a separating mechanism 6, a guide rod 10, a poultry cage seat mechanism 12 and a scraping rod mechanism 13, wherein a notch is formed in the middle of the base 1, a manure cabin 2 is installed at the bottom of the base 1, the manure cabin 2 is communicated with the base 1 through the notch, a poultry cabin 3 for carrying poultry is installed on the top surface of the base 1, the manure cabin 2 can receive excrement carried in the poultry cabin 3 and discharged downwards, a movable groove 301 is formed in the rear portion of the poultry cabin 3, a hand-pulling type scissor door 302 is arranged in the movable groove 301, when the scissor door 302 is opened downwards, articles can be stored inwards from the rear portion, door grooves 303 are formed in two sides of the poultry cabin 3, a rotatable side door 4 is arranged in the door grooves 303, an air spring 5 for locking the position after the side door 4 is opened is installed on the outer wall of the poultry cabin 3, the air spring cage can be opened from the side doors 4 on the two sides, in practical application, excrement discharged by the carried poultry in the transportation process is leaked in the excrement cabin 2 at the bottom, the excrement cabin 2 is of an inclined cabin structure with a high front part and a low rear part, the bottom end of the excrement cabin 2 is provided with the hinged door 201, the carrier bag 14 is positioned at the top of the hinged door 201, the hinged door 201 can be opened in practical use, the excrement is discharged, the functionality of the existing transportation cabin is improved, and the poultry transportation cabin is more practical and convenient.

As shown in fig. 2 and 6, because two adjacent poultry cage seats 1201 are supported by the spring 11, and the spring 11 is sleeved on the guide rod 10, the partition mechanism 6 is not only extruded on one poultry cage seat 1201 on the rearmost side when moving inward, but also supported by the spring 11 to enable the five poultry cage seats 1201 on the guide rod 10 to synchronously displace to achieve the purpose of mutual extrusion, and when the partition mechanism 6 moves outward, the five poultry cage seats 1201 can be quickly reset by utilizing the elastic resetting manner of the spring 11, the top sinking cavity structure of the poultry cage seats 1201 is convenient for placing poultry cages containing poultry animals, the lower fecal hole 1202 is located on the top sinking cavity, the bottom trapezoidal cabin structure of the poultry cage seats 1201, and the discharge hole 1203 is located on the bottom trapezoidal cabin, so that the purpose of better lower discharge is achieved by baking.

As shown in fig. 6 and 9, a row of scraping rod mechanisms 13 is installed at the bottom of the poultry cage base 1201, a gap distance of five centimeters is left between two adjacent scraping rod mechanisms 13, each scraping rod mechanism 13 comprises a hanging rod 1301 welded on the bottom surface of the poultry cage base 1201 and a scraping rod 1302 connected to the bottom end of the hanging rod 1301, the scraping rod mechanisms 13 are contacted with the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the dung cabin 2 through the scraping rods 1302, the scraping rod mechanisms 13 arranged at the bottoms of the five poultry cage bases 1201 can synchronously scrape and clean the dung in the bottom dung cabin 2 when the poultry cage base 1201 moves, after the poultry cage on the poultry cage base 1201 is unloaded, the servo motor 8 is electrified to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, the poultry cage base 1201 is driven to move back and forth by the way of back and forth displacement of the separating mechanism 6, the dung dropped by the transported animals in the inner cavity is discharged downwards like a mesh screen, the scraping rod mechanisms 13 can act again, and the scraping rods 1302 of the dung possibly remained on the bottom dung cabin 2 can be scraped downwards, so as to prevent blockage and improve the dung discharge speed, thereby further improving the functional structure of the poultry cage seat 1201.
