The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the medicine raw material crusher is used, medicine raw materials to be crushed are fed from a feeding port 6, then a driving motor 9 is started to drive a central shaft 15, the central shaft 15 drives a crushing blade 32 to rotate at a high speed to crush the medicine raw materials, the chassis 5 is driven to swing through the forward and reverse rotation of a speed reducing motor 4 during crushing, the arranged limit swing rod 33 and the limit part 34 can limit the swing angle of the chassis 5, further the medicine raw materials put in the chassis 5 can be driven to swing in the chassis 5, meanwhile, the medicine raw materials are crushed by matching with the crushing blade 32 rotating at a high speed, further, the situation that the medicine raw materials are positioned at dead corners to cause insufficient crushing can be effectively avoided, the speed reducing motor 4 stops after the crushing is finished, meanwhile, the output end of a second electric cylinder 23 contracts to pull a shifting fork 21 to move, and a moving shaft 20 can move towards a first bevel gear 16, further, the second bevel gear 18 is engaged with the first bevel gear 16 to drive the moving shaft 20, the gear 17 is driven to rotate by the toothed belt 22, the gear 17 rotates to drive the rack 7 to move downwards, the hollow disc 29 is driven to move downwards, meanwhile, the first electric cylinder 10 is started to open the closing plate 13 to discharge the materials into the storage box 2, the hollow disc 29 moves downwards to clean the inner wall of the case 5 by the rubber ring 30, the medicine powder attached to the inner wall is pushed down and falls into the storage box 2, the motor 9 is driven to stop when the hollow disc 29 reaches the bottom of the case 5, then the storage box 2 is taken out, the fan 31 is started after the hollow disc 29 is taken out, the crushing blade 32 is blown to blow down the medicine powder adhered to the crushing blade 32, the motor 9 is driven to rotate reversely while the blowing, and the hollow disc 29 moves upwards to return to the initial position, after returning to the position, the drive motor 9 stops rotating, the toothed belt 22 returns to the position to separate the first bevel gear 16 from the second bevel gear 18, the fan 31 stops, and the first electric cylinder 10 returns to close the closing plate 13.
