in the first-to twentieth-shuttle cycle weaving of the base fabric, the first connecting line 31 is firstly interwoven with the first to third shuttles (i.e., (1), (2), (3) in fig. 2) of the upper weft yarn 1-2 by the W three-weft consolidation weaving, then returns to the lower part of the height-fixing sheet 5 to be interwoven with the fourth shuttle of the lower auxiliary weft yarn 42 of the height-fixing sheet, then returns to the upper part of the height-fixing sheet 5 to be interwoven with the sixth shuttle of the upper auxiliary weft yarn 41 of the height-fixing sheet, returns to the lower part of the height-fixing sheet 5 to be interwoven with the eighth shuttle of the lower auxiliary weft yarn 42 of the height-fixing sheet, then returns to the upper part of the height-fixing sheet 5 to be interwoven with the tenth shuttle of the upper auxiliary weft yarn 41 of the height-fixing sheet, then, the weft yarn is returned to the lower layer, is fixedly woven with the eleventh to thirteenth picks of the lower layer weft yarns 2-2 by the W-third picks, is then returned to the upper side of the fixed-height blade 5 to be woven with the fourteenth pick of the fixed-height upper auxiliary weft yarn 41, is returned to the lower side of the fixed-height blade 5 to be woven with the sixteenth pick of the fixed-height lower auxiliary weft yarn 42, is returned to the upper side of the fixed-height blade 5 to be woven with the eighteenth pick of the fixed-height upper auxiliary weft yarn 41, is returned to the lower side of the fixed-height blade 5 to be woven with the twentieth pick of the fixed-height lower auxiliary weft yarn 42, and is returned to the upper layer to be circularly woven in the next round.
Similarly, the second connecting line 32 and the first connecting line 31 are woven in a mirror image manner, thereby completing the weaving of the body section of the spacer fabric with the connecting line 3 being fixed by three picks W and the spacing height being 5 times the height of the fixed height piece. The cloth body section of the spacer cloth is also the cloth section formed by the connecting line 3 between the upper cloth body 11 of the upper base cloth 1 and the lower cloth body 21 of the lower base cloth 2.
The loom weaves the cloth body section of the spacer cloth simultaneously:
interweaving warp yarns 1-1 and weft yarns 1-2 of the upper layer in a warp and weft manner to synchronously weave a left cloth edge 12 of the upper layer, a right cloth edge 13 of the upper layer and a right small cloth edge 14 of the upper layer; weaving a lower layer left cloth edge 22, a lower layer right cloth edge 23 and a lower layer right small cloth edge 24 synchronously by interweaving the lower layer warp yarns 2-1 and the lower layer weft yarns 2-2 in a warp and weft manner;
synchronously weaving an upper-layer left auxiliary edge 61 by interweaving the upper-layer left auxiliary edge warp yarn 61-1 and the fixed-height upper side auxiliary weft yarn 41 in a warp-weft manner, and synchronously weaving an upper-layer right auxiliary edge 62 by interweaving the upper-layer right auxiliary edge warp yarn 62-1 and the fixed-height upper side auxiliary weft yarn 41 in the warp-weft manner; the lower-layer left auxiliary edge warp yarn 71-1 and the fixed-height piece lower side auxiliary weft yarn 42 are interwoven in a warp-weft mode to synchronously weave the lower-layer left auxiliary edge 71, and the lower-layer right auxiliary edge warp yarn 72-1 and the fixed-height piece lower side auxiliary weft yarn 42 are interwoven in a warp-weft mode to synchronously weave the lower-layer right auxiliary edge 72.
Wherein, the upper layer left auxiliary edge 61 and the upper layer right small cloth edge 14 are independent relative to the upper layer base cloth 1; the lower left auxiliary edge 71 and the lower right small cloth edge 24 are independent with respect to the lower base cloth 2.
(4) Synchronous cutting in the weaving process:
in the weaving process of the weaving machine, the left waste yarn ends of the upper weft yarn 1-2, the lower weft yarn 2-2, the upper auxiliary weft yarn 41 of the height-fixed sheet and the lower auxiliary weft yarn 42 of the height-fixed sheet are cut off by using first scissors 85, so that one weft and one weft can be woven conveniently; because the width of the upper layer left cloth edge 12, the upper layer left auxiliary edge 61, the lower layer left auxiliary edge 71 and the lower layer left cloth edge 22 are designed to be the same, all left waste yarn ends can be cut off by only one pair of scissors.
In the weaving process of the weaving machine, the right waste yarn ends of the upper weft yarn 1-2, the lower weft yarn 2-2, the upper auxiliary weft yarn 41 and the lower auxiliary weft yarn 42 of the height-fixed sheet are cut off by using second scissors 86; similarly, because the width of the upper right small cloth edge 14, the upper right auxiliary edge 62, the lower right auxiliary edge 72 and the lower right small cloth edge 24 are designed to be the same, all the right waste yarn ends can be cut off by only one pair of scissors.
In the weaving process of the weaving machine, the third scissors 87 are utilized to completely cut off the upper layer weft yarns 1-2 at the 3-10 mm interval between the upper layer right cloth edge 13 and the upper layer right small cloth edge 14, the upper fixed-height piece upper auxiliary weft yarns 41 below the upper layer weft yarns, the lower layer weft yarns 2-2 between the lower layer right cloth edge 23 and the lower layer right small cloth edge 24 and the upper fixed-height piece lower auxiliary weft yarns 42 above the lower layer weft yarns. At this time, the upper base cloth 1 and the lower base cloth 2 are respectively free from the corresponding upper right small cloth edge 14 and lower right small cloth edge 24, which are the same as the conventional upper base cloth and lower base cloth.
(5) Mechanically removing auxiliary weft yarns:
after the synchronous cutting in the step (4), the upper left auxiliary edge 61 and the lower left auxiliary edge 71 are collected by the first collecting roller 83 and the second collecting roller 84, respectively, and then are taken into the first winder 81, the first winder 81 winds the upper left auxiliary edge 61 and the fixed-height upper auxiliary weft 41 whose left side is connected with the upper left auxiliary edge 61 and whose right side is connected with the upper right auxiliary edge 62 and which is cut by the third scissors 87, and winds the lower left auxiliary edge 71 and the fixed-height lower auxiliary weft 42 whose left side is connected with the lower left auxiliary edge 71 and whose right side is connected with the lower right auxiliary edge 72 and which is cut by the third scissors 87, synchronously with the winding speed and the weaving speed of the weaving machine, and sends the wound fixed-height upper auxiliary weft 42 and the fixed-height lower auxiliary weft 42 into the first collecting box 88 for recycling.
Meanwhile, the upper right small selvage 14, the upper right auxiliary selvage 62, the lower right auxiliary selvage 72 and the lower right small selvage 24 cut synchronously in the step (4) are all put into a second winder 82, and the second winder 82 winds the waste selvages synchronously with the weaving speed of the weaving machine at the winding linear speed and sends the waste selvages into a second collecting box 89 for recycling.
(6) Cloth forming: and (4) spreading the upper base cloth and the lower base cloth of the spacer cloth grey cloth manufactured in the steps (2) to (5) to obtain the manufactured spacer cloth. Since the auxiliary weft yarns 4 (including the upper auxiliary weft yarns 41 and the lower auxiliary weft yarns 42) are already drawn out, the interlacing points between the connecting lines 3 and the auxiliary weft yarns 4 do not exist, and therefore, the upper base fabric and the lower base fabric are slightly stretched towards two sides, i.e. the spacing cloth with the spacing of 5 times of the spacing cloth of the embodiment is manufactured, as shown in fig. 1.
The above embodiments are illustrative of specific embodiments of the present invention, and are not restrictive of the present invention, and those skilled in the relevant art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention to obtain corresponding equivalent technical solutions, and therefore all equivalent technical solutions should be included in the scope of the present invention.
