Description

Auxiliary weft yarn, using method and product obtained by using auxiliary weft yarn
Technical Field
The invention relates to a textile apparatus, in particular to an auxiliary weft yarn, a method and a product using the auxiliary weft yarn, and belongs to the technical field of textile.
Background
At present, the textile market is more and more in colors and varieties, the competition is more and more intense, and the textile technology is more and more complex. For example, loop pile fabrics, which are made by weaving cut loops with terry weave, are relatively loose. The fluff is not firmly fixed, the steel strip with a cutting knife is used as a weft strip and is punched into a weaving opening, then the steel strip is pulled, warp yarns are cut into fluff, and the fluff is compared with a loop pile fabric without cut loop formation, but the equipment is expensive, the process is complex, the labor cost is high, the loop pile fabric is formed after water-soluble silk is dissolved by water by means of force, the process flow is long, the quality is difficult to control, for example, high and low looped pile fabric is looped by towel looping equipment, two wool feeding shafts are required, only high and low looped piles can be formed in sections, large jacquard high and low looped pile fabric is difficult to form, for example, industrial air inflation wiredrawing cloth which is recently developed, because the length of wiredrawing exceeds the conventional weaving, high pieces and false weft yarns are required, the false weft yarns are difficult to draw, resources are wasted, and the environment is polluted. Recently, a weaving method for achieving high weaving height from a weaving port to a breast beam in one step is also provided, but the equipment is complex, and the collision of the false weft yarns of the basic weft yarns, the beating depth and the control of a servo motor are further discussed.
Therefore, the invention is produced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention complements the deficiencies of the prior art and provides an auxiliary weft yarn and method of using the same, and the resulting product. The auxiliary weft yarns can directly weave single-sided high-terry cloth and double-color single-sided high-terry cloth on a double-shed loom by means of the height-fixing sheets and the method for using the auxiliary weft yarns; even single-side high-low looped pile cloth or double-color single-side high-low looped pile cloth can be directly woven; can also directly weave loop flannelette or double-color loop flannelette, and can also directly weave inflatable wiredrawing cloth or long-wool flannelette. The looping device is not needed like the looping device mentioned in the background art, the loom which is as high-grade and complicated as the weft yarn made by the steel bar with the cutting knife mentioned in the background art is not needed, and the water soluble silk mentioned in the background art is not needed. The false weft yarn which pollutes the environment and wastes resources is not continuously drawn out like the prior art. And is less expensive than the prior art, which requires multiple servo motors. As long as the auxiliary weft yarn and the method using the auxiliary weft yarn are utilized to change the weaving drafting process, various fabrics can be obtained, and the auxiliary weft yarn and the using method are well received by weaving factories.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an auxiliary weft 100 is composed of upper and lower auxiliary weft 101, 102, auxiliary weft handle 103 and auxiliary weft flap 104.
In the using process, the reed 200, the left rapier 301, the right rapier 302, the auxiliary weft storing and pulling device 400, the weft selector 500, the height fixing sheet 600, the ground warp beam 701, the fabric ground warp 702, the looped warp pile warp drawn yarn beam 703, the looped warp pile warp drawn yarn 704, the basic weft 706 of the fabric base fabric, the fabric 708 and the loom heald frame 800 of the double-shed loom are involved.
And a fabric take-up reel 900.
The upper auxiliary weft 101 and the lower auxiliary weft 102 are made of high-strength fibers of 500D or more.
The length of the upper auxiliary weft 101 and the length of the lower auxiliary weft 102 are the width of the weaving reed width in the reed 200 and are further lengthened by 5cm to 8 cm.
The right ends of the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 and the lower auxiliary weft yarn 102 are fixedly connected to the auxiliary weft yarn handle 103. The vertical distance between the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 and the lower auxiliary weft yarn 102 after being vertically fixed is the height of the height-fixed piece 600 plus 0.5 cm.
The left ends of the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 and the lower auxiliary weft yarn 102 are not fixed. And the auxiliary weft thread climber 104 is mounted on the auxiliary weft thread handle 103.
The length of the auxiliary weft yarn handle 103 is 1cm above the height of the height-fixing piece 600.
One side of the auxiliary weft handle 103 is provided with an upper auxiliary weft 101 and a lower auxiliary weft 102.
The other side is an auxiliary weft yarn climber 104, and the auxiliary weft yarn climber 104 is arranged in the middle of the weft yarn handle 103.
The method of using such an auxiliary weft yarn:
the warp beam 701 and the looped warp pile warp drawing warp beam 703 comprising fabric, the warp 702 on the warp beam 701 and the looped warp pile warp drawing warp 704 on the looped warp pile warp drawing beam 703 pass through the heald frame 800, under the condition that the reed 200 controls the warp density and the height of the upper and lower base cloth composed of the upper and lower warp weft yarns, the (2n-1) < n is a natural number not including 0 > shuttle is used for lifting the base weft yarn 706 delivered by the weft selector 500 from the heald frame 800 to form the warp 702 by the left rapier 301 and the right rapier 302, the looped warp pile warp drawing warp 704 is introduced from the upper and lower openings of the upper and lower height determining sheet 600, is tightened by the reed 200 to form the upper base cloth and the lower base cloth, and is connected by the looped warp drawing warp 704.
When the next shuttle of the (2n-1) th shuttle, that is, (2n-1+1) th shuttle is equal to the 2 n-th shuttle, the auxiliary weft yarn 100 delivered from the weft selector 500 is lifted by the left rapier 301 and the right rapier 302 from the heald frame 800 and is introduced above and below the level gauge 600 in the opening formed by the ground warp 702 and the looped pile warp drawing warp 704, that is, the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 is above the level gauge 600 and the lower auxiliary weft yarn 102 is below the level gauge 600 and is bound by the reed 200.
At this time, the looped pile warp drawn warps 704 are fixed to the base fabric at the fixing points when they are interlaced with the base weft yarns 706. When the looped pile warp yarns 704 are interwoven with the auxiliary weft yarns 100, temporary anchor points of either high or low pile loops or elevated yarn loops will be formed.
Still further, the weft selector 500, when weaving the (2n-1) th shuttle, the weft selector 500 is used for moving up the base weft 706 forming the upper base cloth on the fixed high piece 600 and the base weft 706 forming the lower base cloth under the fixed high piece 600 on the weft accumulator continuously, when weaving the 2n th shuttle, the weft selector 500 is used for moving up the auxiliary weft 100 of the present invention, namely, the upper auxiliary weft 101 forming the temporary fastening point of the high loop or the low loop or the heightened drawstring on the fixed high piece 600 and the lower auxiliary weft 102 forming the temporary fastening point of the high loop or the low loop or the heightened drawstring under the fixed high piece 600, the auxiliary weft 100 is repeatedly used, the auxiliary weft 100 is woven after being put in, the base weft 706 and the auxiliary weft 100 pass through the weaving setting area after passing through the weaving of 10 to 20 picks, the auxiliary weft 104 in the auxiliary weft is separated from the fixed high piece, the auxiliary weft 400 is used for climbing the auxiliary weft 104 in the storage 100, the whole auxiliary weft 100 is pulled and wound to the winding bobbin on the right side of the auxiliary weft storing and pulling device 400, and the auxiliary weft 100 is pulled out of the cloth width of the woven grey cloth, at this time, the auxiliary weft 100 is separated from the height-fixing sheet 600 and the fabric-fixing area, therefore. The auxiliary weft 100 can be easily pulled out of the cloth width of the raw fabric while calculating the distance the auxiliary weft 100 needs to be pulled out of the cloth width of the raw fabric. And when a distance of 1cm is reserved in the cloth width, the pulling and winding are stopped to prevent the weft from popping out, at the moment, the weft selector 500 clamps the auxiliary weft yarn 102 on the upper layer of the auxiliary weft yarn 100, the auxiliary weft yarn 101 on the lower layer, the auxiliary weft yarn 101 and the auxiliary weft yarn 102 on the lower layer, to be sent to the rapier 302, at the moment, the right ends of the auxiliary weft yarn 101 and the auxiliary weft yarn 102 are fixed by the auxiliary weft yarn handle 103 and are wound by the weft storage and pulling device 400, only the other left end can be loosened to just pull out the cloth width, scissors are not needed as the conventional method, at the moment, the left end of the auxiliary weft yarn 100 is smoothly sent to the rapier 302 by the weft selector. Therefore, the auxiliary weft 100 can be repeatedly used under the cooperative motion of the auxiliary weft storing and pulling device 400 and the weft selector 500. More clearly, the auxiliary weft storing and pulling device 400 is responsible for pulling out and rolling the auxiliary weft 100 which passes through the setting area and is separated from the setting piece 600 on the cylinder, and then the weft selector 500 is responsible for selecting the basic weft 706 and the auxiliary weft 100 to be sent to the right rapier 302 for weft insertion weaving.
An auxiliary weft yarn and a product produced by using the auxiliary weft yarn,
comprises that
Firstly, inflating wiredrawing cloth or plush cloth;
(II) loop flannelette and double-color loop flannelette jacquard cloth;
(III) single-sided high-low terry cloth and double-color high-low terry jacquard cloth;
(IV) single-sided terry cloth;
and (V) single-sided low-loop cloth. Wherein:
the wire-drawing inflatable cloth or the long-wool flannelette: after the ground warp 702 is interwoven with the base weft 706, an upper layer base fabric is formed on the upper surface of the height-fixing sheet 600, a lower layer base fabric is formed below the height-fixing sheet 600, the looped warp drawn warp 704 is fixed with the base weft 706 on the upper layer base fabric, returns to the lower surface of the height-fixing sheet 600, is interwoven with the lower auxiliary weft 102 in the auxiliary weft 100, then returns to the upper surface of the height-fixing sheet 600, is interwoven with the upper auxiliary weft 101 in the auxiliary weft 100, then returns to the lower surface of the height-fixing sheet 600, is interwoven with the base weft 706, and similarly, the other looped warp drawn warp 704 performs weaving in opposite relative movement, so that the auxiliary weft 100 is pulled away from the grey fabric by winding of the auxiliary weft storage and pulling device 400, and the temporary fixing point interwoven with the auxiliary weft 100 in the middle of the looped warp drawn warp 704 is lost. The lower cloth of the upper cloth is pulled open to form an inflatable pulling cloth with the height being three times higher than that of the fixed height piece 600, and if the lower cloth of the upper cloth is pulled open and then cut, plush with the height being 1.5 times of that of the fixed height piece 600 can be formed. And then, continuously calculating, interweaving the looped warp drawn warp 704 with the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 on the top of the constant-height piece 600, and then returning to the lower auxiliary weft yarn 101 below the constant-height piece for interweaving. By repeating the above operation (2n +1) times, a drawing cloth having a height 2n +1 times the height of the constant-height piece 600 can be woven, and if cut, a plush having a height (2n +1)/2 times the height of the constant-height piece 600 can be formed.
The loop flannelette and the double-color loop flannelette jacquard cloth are as follows: after the ground warp 702 is interwoven with the base weft 706, an upper layer of base fabric is formed on the top surface of the height-determining sheet 600, and a lower layer of base fabric is formed under the height-determining sheet 600. And the looped pile warp drawn warp 704 is interwoven with the base weft yarn 706 on the height-fixing piece and the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 in the auxiliary weft yarn 100 on the height-fixing piece 600 one above the other, is interwoven from the base weft yarn 706 on the upper layer according to the design requirement of the pattern after being interwoven for N times, is directly returned to the lower layer of the height-fixing piece 600 to be interwoven with the base weft yarn 706 on the lower layer of the base fabric, and is returned to the upper layer of the height-fixing piece to be interwoven with the base weft yarn 706 on the upper layer of the base fabric. After N times of interweaving, the upper base weft yarn 706 and the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 are interwoven one above the other on the height-determining sheet 600 according to the design requirements. Or one over the other with the base weft yarn 706 under the level gauge 600 and the auxiliary weft yarn 102 under it, while at the same time the other corresponding loop pile drawn warp 704 is also in up-down opposite relative motion, and finally the auxiliary weft yarn 100 is drawn out of the blank by winding by the auxiliary weft storage drawer 400. Thus, the temporary interweaving fixed points of the loop pile drawn warp 704 interwoven with the auxiliary weft yarns 100 are cut, loops are formed when the loop pile drawn warp 704 is only interwoven with the base weft yarns 706 on the height-fixed sheets 600 and the auxiliary weft yarns 101 on the height-fixed sheets 600 or when the loop pile drawn warp 704 is only interwoven with the base weft yarns 706 and the auxiliary weft yarns 102 under the height-fixed sheets 600 without touching a pile cutting knife, the loop pile drawn warp 704 is interwoven with the base weft yarns 706 on the upper layer and is then returned to the lower layer to be interwoven with the base weft yarns 706, and piles are formed by pile cutting, so that the loop pile fabric is formed.
The single-side high-low terry cloth and the double-color terry jacquard cloth are as follows: after the ground warp 702 is interwoven with the base weft 706, an upper layer base fabric is formed on the top of the height-fixing sheet 600, a lower layer base fabric is formed on the bottom of the height-fixing sheet 600, and after the looped pile drawn warp 704 is interwoven with the base weft 706 on the upper layer of the height-fixing sheet 600, the looped pile drawn warp returns to the bottom of the height-fixing sheet 600 to be interwoven with the lower auxiliary weft 102 of the auxiliary weft 100, then returns to the top of the height-fixing sheet 600 to be interwoven with the base weft 706 on the upper layer, and then returns to the bottom of the height-fixing sheet 600 to be interwoven with the lower auxiliary weft 102 of the auxiliary weft 100. After the weaving is continuously carried out for N times, according to the design of the pattern, the looped warp pile warp drawn yarn 704 is woven with the upper layer basic weft yarn 706 on the height-fixing sheet 600, then is woven with the upper layer auxiliary weft yarn 101 on the height-fixing sheet 600, and after the weaving is carried out for N times, is woven with the upper layer basic weft yarn 706 again according to the design requirement of the pattern, and then is woven with the lower auxiliary weft yarn 102 of the auxiliary weft yarn 100 on the lower layer of the height-fixing sheet 600. Finally, the auxiliary weft yarns 100 are pulled out of the upper layer and the lower layer for layering, are interwoven with the upper layer base weft yarns 706, then are interwoven with the auxiliary weft yarns 102 below the height-fixed sheet 600, and are then interwoven with the upper layer base weft yarns 706 to form high-looped piles, are interwoven with the upper layer base weft yarns 706, then are interwoven with the upper auxiliary weft yarns 101 of the auxiliary weft yarns 100 above the height-fixed sheet 600 to form low-looped piles, and the other looped pile is subjected to opposite relative movement through the drawn warp 704, so that the high-low looped pile and double-color jacquard fabrics are formed.

After a ground warp 702 is unwound from a weaving shaft 701 and passes through a reed 200 through the lifting of a heald frame 800, and a loop pile warp drawing warp 704 is unwound from a loop pile warp weaving shaft 703 and passes through the reed 200 through the lifting of the heald frame 800, a weaving opening is formed together, a left rapier 301 and a right rapier 302 are connected from a weft selector 500 through a base weft 706 and are inserted into the opening, the rapier 301 and the right rapier are tightened by the reed 200, 702 and 706 form an upper base cloth of the fabric on the upper surface of the height-fixing sheet 600, and 702 and 706 form a lower base cloth of the fabric under the height-fixing sheet 600. The left rapier 301 and the right rapier 302 are inserted into the opening from the weft selector 500 after receiving the auxiliary weft yarn 100 and are tightened by the reed 200. At this time, the looped pile warp drawn warp 704 is interlaced with the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 among the auxiliary weft yarns 100 on the deckle 600. Interweaving with the lower weft auxiliary yarns 102 of the weft auxiliary yarns 100 below the level gauge 600. Or still interweave with the base weft yarns 706 above the level gauge 600 or with the base weft yarns 706 below the level gauge 600. 704 and 706 are interlaced to form a consolidated point 704 on the base fabric, and 704 and 100 are interlaced to finally lose their interlacing points when 100 is removed. The fabric is made into a loop pile fabric or a wire-drawing inflatable cloth fabric. While figure 3 illustrates the operation of the auxiliary weft more clearly, when weaving the first shuttle, the third shuttle and the 2n-1 st shuttle, the 301 and 302 rapier feed the base weft 706 delivered by 500 back and forth into 702; and 704 are tightly tied by a reed 200 to form an upper layer base cloth and a lower layer base cloth of the fabric in the fabric opening formed by the movement of the 800 heald frames, and when weaving the second shuttle, the fourth shuttle and the 2n shuttle, the rapier 301 and the rapier 302 feed the auxiliary weft yarns 100 which are transferred by 500 back and forth into the fabric opening formed by the movement of the 702 and 704 by the heald frames 800, and are tightly tied by the reed 200, and the 704 forms a loop or a low loop or a high loop or a velour pile or a drawbench according to the process requirements.
Meanwhile, when the auxiliary weft yarn storer 400 on the right side of the rapier loom is suitable, the auxiliary weft yarn 100 which passes through the fabric setting area and is just separated from the fixed-height piece passes through the winding, the width of the grey cloth is pulled, the auxiliary weft yarn 100 at the moment is separated from the fixed-height piece, a certain gap is formed between the auxiliary weft yarn 100 and the fixed-height piece, the auxiliary weft yarn storer 400 can be pulled and removed lightly, when 1cm in the cloth is removed, the winding of the auxiliary weft yarn storer 400 is stopped, the weft selector 500 clamps the left sections of the auxiliary weft yarns 101 and 102 and moves towards the rapier 302, and the right ends of the auxiliary weft yarns 101 and 102 are wound by the storer 400. The pneumatic wiredrawing cloth or plush weave shown in fig. 4, with the auxiliary weft yarn 100 removed 704, is wiredrawn to be three times as long as the height of the fixed-height sheet 600. The spun inflatable cloth with the height of three times the fixed height is obtained, and if the spun inflatable cloth is cut from the middle, the spun inflatable cloth becomes plush with the height of 1.5 times the fixed height. Specifically, the wire-drawing inflatable cloth or the plush cloth: after the ground warp 702 is interwoven with the base weft 706, an upper layer of base fabric is formed on top of the height-determining sheet 600, a lower layer base fabric is formed under the height-fixing sheet 600, and after the loop drawn yarn warp 704 is consolidated with the base weft yarn 706 of the upper layer base fabric, returns under the level gauge 600, interweaves with the lower auxiliary weft yarn 102 of the auxiliary weft yarns 100, and then returns to the upper side of the level gauge 600, interweaves with the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 of the auxiliary weft yarns 100, then returns to the lower part of the level gauge 600 to exchange with the basic weft 706, and the other circle of the pile warp drawing warps 704 carries out weaving in the opposite relative motion, thus, when the auxiliary weft yarn 100 passes through the weaving and shaping area and is separated from the height fixing sheet 600, the auxiliary weft yarn storage weft drawer 400 winds to pull the auxiliary weft yarn 100 to move away from the grey cloth, so that the loop warp pile passes through the middle of the wire drawing warp 704 and loses the interweaved temporary fixing point.
The loop pile and double-color full pile fabric shown in fig. 5 is woven by removing the auxiliary weft yarns 100 and then cutting the auxiliary weft yarns to form loop pile fabric. Specifically, after the ground warps 702 are interwoven with the base wefts 706, an upper layer base fabric is formed on the top surface of the height-determining sheet 600, and a lower layer base fabric is formed under the height-determining sheet 600. After N times of interweaving, the upper base weft yarn 706 and the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 are interwoven one above the other above or below the level gauge 600 according to the design requirements. Or interweave with the base weft yarn 706 and the auxiliary weft yarn 102 under the height-setting sheet 600 one above the other, and at the same time, the other corresponding loop pile drawn warp 704 also makes the opposite up and down relative movement, and finally when the auxiliary weft yarn 100 is separated from the height-setting sheet 600 by the weaving shaping area, the auxiliary weft storage and pulling device 400 winds to pull the auxiliary weft yarn 100 away.
The schematic weaving diagram of the high-low loop-pile or double-color high-low loop-pile jacquard cloth shown in fig. 6 is that after the auxiliary weft yarns 100 are removed, the upper layer and the lower layer are separated to form the high-low loop-pile jacquard cloth. Specifically, after the ground warp 702 is interwoven with the base weft 706, an upper base fabric is formed on the top of the height-fixing sheet 600, a lower base fabric is formed on the bottom of the height-fixing sheet 600, and after the looped pile drawn warp 704 is interwoven with the base weft 706 on the top of the height-fixing sheet 600, the looped pile drawn warp returns to the bottom of the height-fixing sheet 600 to be interwoven with the lower auxiliary weft 102 of the auxiliary weft 100, then returns to the top of the height-fixing sheet 600 to be interwoven with the base weft 706 on the top, and then returns to the bottom of the height-fixing sheet 600 to be interwoven with the lower auxiliary weft 102 of the auxiliary weft 100. And finally, when the auxiliary weft yarn 100 is separated from the fixed high piece 600 in the weaving and shaping area, the auxiliary weft yarn storage weft puller 400 winds to pull the auxiliary weft yarn 100 to remove the grey cloth to pull out the auxiliary weft yarn 100, so that the loop warp fiber drawing warp 704 loses a temporary fixing point interwoven with the auxiliary weft yarn 100, the upper layer and the lower layer are layered, the auxiliary weft yarn 100 is interwoven with the upper layer base weft yarn 706, then the auxiliary weft yarn 102 below the fixed high piece 600 is interwoven with the upper layer base weft yarn 706 to form a high looped pile, the high looped pile is interwoven with the upper layer base weft yarn 706 and then is interwoven with the upper auxiliary weft yarn 101 of the auxiliary weft yarn 100 above the fixed high piece 600 to form a low looped pile, and thus a high-low looped pile and two-color jacquard cloth is formed, and the other looped pile is subjected to opposite relative movement through the drawn warp 704 to form another layer of high-low looped pile two-color jacquard cloth.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram showing the weaving of the high-loop and two-color high-loop fabric, and the high-loop and two-color high-loop fabric is obtained by removing the auxiliary weft 100. Specifically, after the ground warps 702 are interwoven with the base wefts 706, an upper base fabric is formed on the top surface of the height-determining sheet 600, and a lower base fabric is formed under the height-determining sheet 600. And the looped warp pile warp drawn yarns 704 are interwoven with the upper base weft yarns 706 of the upper base cloth of the height-fixed sheet 600, then return to the lower part of the height-fixed sheet 600, are interwoven with the lower auxiliary weft yarns 102 of the auxiliary weft yarns 100, and then return to the upper part of the height-fixed sheet 600 to be interwoven with the base weft yarns 706. And finally, when the auxiliary weft yarn 100 passes through the weaving shaping area and is separated from the fixed high piece 600, the auxiliary weft yarn storage weft puller 400 winds to pull the auxiliary weft yarn 100 away from the grey cloth to pull out the auxiliary weft yarn 100, so that the looped pile drawn yarns 704 lose temporary fixed points interwoven with the auxiliary weft yarn 100, the upper layer and the lower layer are layered, and the single-sided high-loop cloth with the loop height of the fixed high piece 600 is formed.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view showing the weaving of the low-loop and two-color low-loop fabric, and the low-loop and two-color low-loop fabric is obtained by removing the auxiliary weft 100. Specifically, after the ground warps 702 are interwoven with the base wefts 706, an upper layer base cloth is formed on the top of the height-fixing sheet 600, a lower layer base cloth is formed on the bottom of the height-fixing sheet 600, and the looped pile warp drawn warps 704 are interwoven with the upper layer base wefts 706 of the upper layer base cloth of the height-fixing sheet 600, then are interwoven with the upper auxiliary wefts 101 of the auxiliary wefts 100 on the top of the height-fixing sheet, and are interwoven with the upper layer base wefts 706 all the time, so that the upper layer and the lower layer are interwoven, finally, when the auxiliary wefts 100 pass through a weaving and shaping area and are separated from the height-fixing sheet 600, the auxiliary weft storage weft puller 400 is wound to pull the auxiliary wefts 100 away from the grey cloth, so that the looped pile warp 704 loses temporary fixing points interwoven with the auxiliary wefts 100, the upper layer and the lower layer are layered, and a single-sided low-loop cloth of the upper layer is formed. The other loop pile drawn warp yarn 704 moves in opposite directions relative to one another to form the lower layer of single-sided low-loop fabric.
