Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine health maintenance, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine mind-regulating sachet for assisting sleep based on aromatherapy.
Background
Along with the gradual acceleration of the social rhythm, the physical and psychological pressure of people is gradually increased, and the incidence rate of insomnia is also increased year by year. According to research and investigation, the incidence rate of insomnia in China reaches 45.4%, the incidence rate in the United states reaches 32-35%, the incidence rate in the United kingdom reaches 10-14%, the incidence rate in Finnish reaches 11.9%, and the incidence rate in Japan reaches 21%. In recent years, with the popularization of electronic products, such as mobile phones, etc., the biological clock of a human body is disturbed, and young people often show insomnia or wakefulness. The insomnia can be caused by stress, anxiety, depression, tension, agitation, anger or excessive thinking caused by various contradictions and difficulties in life and work of middle-aged people. With age, the prevalence of insomnia increases. Compared with the young and middle-aged people, the old people are easy to cause deficiency of qi and blood, insomnia and dreaminess due to deficiency of the body and the fatigue and heart. On the other hand, the middle-aged and elderly people often accompany basic diseases such as climacteric syndrome, hypertension, malnutrition, diabetes and the like, so that endocrine disturbance of human bodies is easy to cause neurasthenia and insomnia. Long-term insomnia also increases the chance of developing cardiovascular disease, anxiety, depression, hypertension, stroke, obesity, and other diseases.
The clinically commonly used drugs for treating insomnia comprise benzodiazepine drugs, such as escitalopram, triazolam, temazepam and the like; non-benzodiazepines, such as zaleplon, zopiclone, zolpidem, and the like; melatonin drugs such as temeprosant, ramelteon, agomelatine and the like; and antidepressants such as tricyclic antidepressants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, etc. Although modern medical medicaments have a certain curative effect on insomnia, patients have adverse reactions such as tolerance, addiction, medicament dependence and the like after long-term administration, but not medicament treatments such as cognitive therapy, behavior therapy and the like, and the medicament has the characteristic of no side effect, but few therapists with sufficient domestic experience have high treatment cost and lower compliance of patients.
