(VI) Experimental procedure
Firstly, two trays with the same size and the same specification are respectively filled with the same amount (100g) of the feed and the commercial feed in the embodiment 1 of the invention (the 'Zengmu Changyuan' brand), and the experimenter places the trays in front of horses by hands to let the horses respectively smell the two trays of the feed every day at 7:00, 13:00 and 17: 00;
secondly, placing the tray on the ground and exchanging the positions of the two trays;
thirdly, opening a horse room door to enable horses to select feed independently;
fourthly, observing which feed is selected to be eaten by the horses and recording the feed;
(VII) results and analysis of the experiments
Summarized according to the results of the daily selection of all horses for the feed prepared in example 1 of the invention and for the feed on the market ("zerumo" brand), the results are given in table 2 below:

as can be seen from the above Table 2, the difference between the selected times per day of the two feeds gradually increases with the number of days, the minimum is the first day (4), and the maximum is the seventh day (22), which shows that the feed prepared in the example 1 of the invention has better palatability compared with the commercial feed, the horses are more willing to eat the feed of the invention, and the results of scientific analysis on the data of the table 2 by using t-test show that the difference P is less than 0.05.

Under the condition that the feeding time, the training plan and the work and rest rule are completely the same, horses in the experimental group and the control group are respectively fed with the feed prepared in the examples 1-3 of the invention and the feed sold in the comparative examples 1-3 (the "zerumo long" brand), and the feed is 9: 00, carrying out a movement performance test, and counting the time required by each group of horses to finish the 1km speed race by taking the 1km speed race result as an evaluation index.
(IV) Experimental Environment
Wuhan Shanghai institute is used for driving horse body park and Wuhan Shanghai institute horse hospital.
(V) Experimental Equipment
Test subjects: 35 European warm-blooded horses having no significant difference in the ability to move around 3 years old in the horse body park driven by the Wuhan college of commerce, the feeds of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 3 and the commercial feed ("Zeyankuyu" brand), stopwatch.
(VI) Experimental procedure
The horses participating in the experiment are healthy through the veterinary examination of Wuhan college of commerce and colleges of Wuhan and Han dynasty, and the potential risk of causing errors to the experiment result is avoided;
starting from 8/1/2021, dividing 35 European warm-blooded horses into 7 groups, respectively recording as experimental groups 1-6 and control groups, wherein the experimental groups 1-6 are fed with the feed prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 of the invention, and the control group is fed with commercial feed (Zepasture long-distance brand), and the feeding time, feeding amount, training plan and work and rest rule are completely ensured to be the same;
③ 9 at 31/7/2021 and 9/1/2021: 00, carrying out athletic performance test on horses in experimental groups 1-6 and a control group, counting the time required for finishing the speed race of 1km by using the result of the speed race of 1km as an evaluation index, and calculating the average value, wherein the result is shown in the following table 3:

as can be seen from the above table 3, the result of horse short distance race can be improved by using the feed of the invention to feed horses by comparing with the commercial feed of a control group, and the addition of the fermented traditional Chinese medicine additive and the accelerant plays a positive role in improving the result of horse race by comparing the experimental group 1 with the experimental group 2-3, and the addition of the creatine monohydrate, the taurine and the guarana extract plays a positive role in improving the result of horse race by comparing with the experimental group 4-6, and certain cooperativity exists between the two.
The method comprises the following steps of collecting blood samples of horses of experimental groups 1-6 and a control group 6h after the exercise performance influence experiment test is finished, collecting the blood samples by using a jugular vein blood collection method, standing the blood samples for 5min, separating out serum, centrifuging for 10min at 3000r/min, taking supernatant, placing the supernatant into a refrigerator at the temperature of-20 ℃ to be tested, wherein the indexes of main detection in the experiment comprise: superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), the test results are shown in the following table 4:

SOD is relatively stable under heat and acid-base environments, is found in most biological cells, has extremely strong free radical scavenging capacity, plays a role in catalyzing superoxide radical disproportionation reaction, prevents superoxide radicals from damaging body cells, GSH-Px has a function of catalyzing peroxide decomposition in organisms, protects normal cell functions by catalyzing toxic peroxide decomposition, the activity of the substance is also an important mark for reacting the oxidation resistance in organisms, MDA is one of end products of lipid peroxidation in organisms, has cytotoxicity, is easy to react with macromolecular substances such as phospholipid, protein and the like, further influences the functions and metabolism of the organisms, and the total oxidation resistance (T-AOC) can be used for evaluating the oxidation resistance of bioactive substances and reacting the oxidation resistance level of the organisms.
As can be seen from the above table 4, the feed provided by the invention can significantly improve the activities of serum SOD and GSH-Px of the racehorses and the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) after being fed, and reduce the MDA content, which indicates that the athletic ability of the horses is improved.

Claims (10)

1. The sports horse feed is characterized by comprising the following components:
the feed comprises a main material, a tabletting material, a mineral element additive, a vitamin additive, lysine, baked oil sunflower, cane molasses, sodium chloride, hawthorn yeast powder, ethoxyquinoline, sodium benzoate, zeolite powder and an accelerant.
2. The sports horse feed according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
35-40 parts of main material, 50-55 parts of tabletting material, 0.5-1 part of mineral element additive, 0.1-0.2 part of vitamin additive, 0.1-0.2 part of lysine, 1-2 parts of baked oil sunflower, 1-2 parts of cane molasses, 0.5-1 part of sodium chloride, 0.01-0.05 part of hawthorn yeast powder, 0.01-0.05 part of ethoxyquinoline, 0.001-0.002 part of sodium benzoate, 0.001-0.002 part of zeolite powder and 0.01-0.05 part of accelerant.
3. The athletic horse feed of claim 2, wherein the main material comprises one or more of soy, corn, alfalfa meal, bean meal, peas, hulls, bran.
4. The athletic horse feed of claim 2, wherein the flaking comprises one or more combinations of steam flaked corn, steam flaked oats, steam flaked barley, steam flaked soybeans, steam flaked black beans.
5. The athletic horse feed of claim 4, wherein the steam-flaked corn, steam-flaked oat, steam-flaked barley, steam-flaked soybean, steam-flaked black soybean are steam-flaked corn, oat, barley, soybean, black soybean, respectively, with the parameters: steam tempering at 90-95 ℃ for 30-55min, the thickness of the pressed tablet is 1-2mm, and the volume weight is 300-400 g/L.
6. The athletic horse feed of claim 2, wherein the mineral element additives include any one or a combination of calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, sodium selenite, potassium iodide, manganese sulfate.
7. The athletic horse feed of claim 2, wherein the vitamin additives comprise one or more combinations of VA, VB1, VB2, VC, VD, VE.
8. The athletic horse feed of claim 2, wherein the enhancers comprise creatine monohydrate, taurine, and guarana extract.
9. The sports horse feed according to claim 2, further comprising a fermented traditional Chinese medicine additive, wherein the preparation method of the fermented traditional Chinese medicine additive comprises the following steps:
s1: drying radix rehmanniae Preparata, herba Dendrobii, Corni fructus, Cistanchis herba, radix Morindae officinalis, fructus Schisandrae chinensis, radix Ophiopogonis, cortex Cinnamomi, cortex et radix Polygalae, rhizoma Acori Graminei, Poria, radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata, herba Menthae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, and fructus Jujubae, pulverizing, sieving with 300 mesh sieve, mixing with glucose, semen Sojae Atricolor powder, and distilled water, sterilizing, and preparing into fermented Chinese medicinal culture medium;
