Technical Field
The application relates to the field of bactericides, in particular to a bactericide containing metalaxyl and kresoxim-methyl and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Agricultural fungicides are a class of agricultural chemicals used to control plant diseases caused by various pathogenic microorganisms, and are commonly referred to as fungicides as agents for controlling various pathogenic microorganisms. Along with the development of bactericides, virucides, algicides and other subclasses are distinguished.
Metalaxyl, also known as D, L-N- (2, 6-dimethylphenyl) -N- (2' -methoxyacetyl) alanine methyl ester, is an organic compound having the molecular formula C15H21NO4Molecular weight 279.332, white crystal. Metalaxyl is effective in downy mildew of various crops caused by downy mildew, phytophthora and pythium, and phytophthora of fruits and vegetables and millet white disease.
In view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventors believe that the long-term single use of metalaxyl results in the easy generation of resistance by pathogens, thereby reducing the bactericidal effect.

By combining the example 15 and the comparative examples 1 to 5 and combining the table 2, the control effect of the bactericide is effectively improved by adopting the compounding of the metalaxyl and the kresoxim-methyl compared with the single effective component of the metalaxyl. After the chlorpyrifos and the carvacrol are added as the antibacterial components, the control effect is further improved, the forchlorfenuron promotes the division of plant cells and fungal cells to further promote the growth of plants, and the carvacrol inhibits the growth of the divided fungal cells, so that the metalaxyl and the kresoxim-methyl can conveniently act on the fungal cells, and the fungal cells are killed to delay the generation of drug resistance.
As can be seen from the combination of example 12, example 15 and example 18 and table 2, the addition ratio of metalaxyl, carvacrol and chlorpyrifos is selected so as to effectively improve the efficacy of the bactericide.
By combining the examples 5 to 7, the examples 14 to 16 and the examples 23 to 25 and combining the table 2, the adding amounts of the metalaxyl and the kresoxim-methyl are selected, so that the pesticide effect of the pesticide during the compounding of the metalaxyl and the kresoxim-methyl is effectively improved.
It can be seen by combining examples 2-28 and table 2 that the fungal cells are killed by metalaxyl and kresoxim-methyl under the condition of small volume by selecting the adding proportion of the metalaxyl, the kresoxim-methyl and the bacteriostatic component, and the bactericidal effect of the metalaxyl and the kresoxim-methyl is effectively improved.
It can be seen from the combination of example 15 and examples 29 to 32 and the combination of table 2 that the dispersing agent and the wetting agent are used as the auxiliary agents, and the adding ratio of the dispersing agent and the wetting agent is selected, so that the wetting dispersibility and the spreadability of each component in water are improved, the residence time of the bactericide on crops is prolonged, and the control effect of the bactericide is improved.
By combining the examples 15 and 33-40 and combining the table 2, it can be seen that the ammonium sulfate and the white carbon black are used as the filler, and the adding ratio of the ammonium sulfate and the white carbon black is adjusted, so that the adsorption effect of the filler on the metalaxyl technical product and the kresoxim-methyl technical product is improved, the dispersion uniformity of the metalaxyl technical product and the kresoxim-methyl technical product is effectively improved, and the control effect of the bactericide is improved.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
