Abstract
一种谐振变换器及电压转换方法,谐振变换器包括高频逆变电路(101)、电感电感电容LLC谐振槽网络(102)、混合整流电路(103),其中:LLC谐振槽网络分别耦合高频逆变电路和混合整流电路,高频逆变电路用于将第一直流电压转换为第一交流电压,LLC谐振槽网络用于调整第一交流电压,得到第二交流电压,混合整流电路在直流电压调节增益处于第一阈值范围内的情况下,工作在全桥整流模式,在直流电压调节增益处于第二阈值范围内的情况下,工作在倍压整流模式,将第二交流电压转换成第二直流电压输出,直流电压调节增益为第二直流电压与第一直流电压的比值。该谐振变换器及电压转换方法,可以在宽输入‑输出电压功率变换时,实现谐振变换器的高转换效率。
