Abstract

Description
本发明涉及具有用于将定子的绕组电连接到印刷电路板的连接元件的电机,其具有权利要求1的前序部分的特征。
电机包括连接到电机轴并且可旋转地安装在外壳中的转子。转子设有永磁体。定子布置在转子中或转子周围,并在铁芯上承载多个绕组。当适当控制时,绕组产生驱动转子旋转的磁场。绕组通常以三相缠绕并且相应地设置有三个电连接,通过这些电连接可以将绕组连接到控制单元(ECU)。为此目的,绕组通常与印刷电路板接触,控制单元布置在该印刷电路板上。通过焊接连接和钎焊连接或通过绝缘位移触点(IDC)进行接触。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于将定子的绕组电连接到印刷电路板的连接元件,该连接元件能够实现尽可能简单且具有长使用寿命的接触。
该目的通过具有连接元件并具有权利要求1的特征的电机来实现。
因此,电机具有转子和定子,转子以可绕旋转轴线旋转的方式安装,定子具有定子铁芯和缠绕在定子铁芯上的线圈,绕组由具有绕组线端的绕组线形成,并且绕组线端通过连接元件与印刷电路板在端面电接触。每个连接元件具有至少两个绝缘位移触点,在每个绝缘位移触点中接收定子绕组的单个绕组线端。每个连接元件具有与印刷电路板的单个电连接。连接元件将绕组线端组合成一个与电路板的电连接,从而可以节省空间并减少电连接的数量。绝缘位移连接器可实现绕组线的长期接触。电连接优选地是焊接连接或单个压配合接触。
连接元件还具有基体,在组装状态下,该基体的底面与印刷电路板接触,并且至少两个绝缘位移触点分别具有垂直于基体的底面定向的夹紧槽。因此,绕组线端特别容易插入槽中。槽优选地彼此平行排列。
夹紧槽由从基体延伸的间隔腿形成,至少两个腿是弹性的。
在一个实施例中,两个夹紧槽由三个腿形成,中间腿是两个绝缘位移触点的一部分。该中间腿优选地刚性形成。然而,也可以设置每个绝缘位移触点具有两条腿,并且所有腿彼此间隔开。
如果将容纳在连接元件的至少两个绝缘位移触点中的绕组端部分配给一个电机相,则是有利的。由于触点之间不需要绝缘,因此可以增加绕组线的线径,从而提高每相电机的载流量。优选地,每个连接元件仅提供两个绝缘位移触点。
下面结合附图对本发明的两个优选实施例进行更详细的说明。类似或类似作用的部件在图中用相同的附图标记表示。他们展示:

图1和图2中所示的连接元件1的共同点在于它们包括用于与印刷电路板3电接触的单个压配合触点2和用于分别接收电机定子的绕组线6的端部5的两个绝缘位移触点4。
绝缘位移触点(IDC)4具有夹紧槽7。夹紧槽7中的尖锐接触切断绕组线端5的绝缘,实现绕组线6的线芯的电接触。
由于仅提供了一个压配合触点2,因此与使用两个单独的各自具有一个压配合触点的连接元件相比,这导致了更紧凑的设计。每个夹紧槽7仅容纳一个绕组线端5。这样做的优点是,在绕组线端5被压入之前存在限定的间隙几何形状。此外,这导致更好的接触可靠性,即使在连接元件1老化和振动负载之后仍然保持这种可靠性。
在一个连接元件1中接触的两个端部5与电机的一相相关联。由于触点之间不需要绝缘,因此可以增加绕组线的线径,从而提高每相电机的载流量。
如图1所示,连接元件1优选地具有平坦的基体8,该基体具有两个相对的端面9、10。第一端面10在贴附于印刷电路板3的状态下大面积地搁置在印刷电路板3上。在该第一端面10上形成压配合触点2。在第二端面9上设置有两个绝缘位移触点4,每个绝缘位移触点由远离基体8延伸的两个腿11、12形成。每两个腿11、12之间设置有一个夹紧槽7。腿11、12都布置成彼此间隔开。夹紧槽7大致垂直于印刷电路板3的表面和基体8的第一端面10布置。在每种情况下,一根线6插入一个绝缘位移触点4或夹紧槽7中。插入方向由箭头13示意性地示出。腿11、12优选地是弹性的,以便允许绕组线6在夹紧槽7中的永久和稳定的压紧。夹紧槽7在腿的表面内侧具有尖锐的接触区域,当绕组线6被压入并通过时,该接触区域剥去绕组线6。夹紧槽7具有插入和压入倒角14。
图2显示了另一个实施例。与图1的实施例相比,在基体8的第二端面9上仅设置了间隔开的三个腿11、12、13。两个绝缘位移触点4共用中间腿13。中间腿13是刚性设计的,位于两个外腿11、12之间并因此形成两个夹紧槽7。为了使绕组线端能够永久地压入夹持槽7中,两个外腿11、12具有弹性设计。夹紧槽7还具有插入和压入倒角14。
在另一实施例中,取决于应用,也可以提供具有多于两个绝缘位移触点的连接元件。
通常,连接元件可以不具有压配合触点,而是可以直接焊接到印刷电路板上。
绕组线优选地由漆包铜线形成。
Claims (5)
1.电机,具有转子和定子,所述转子可绕旋转轴线转动地安装,所述定子具有定子铁芯和绕在所述定子铁芯上的线圈,绕组由具有绕组线端(5)的绕组线形成,并且其中,所述绕组线端(5)通过连接元件(1)在端面与印刷电路板(3)电接触,其中,所述连接元件(1)各自具有至少两个绝缘位移触点(4),在每个绝缘位移触点中接收定子绕组的绕组线端(5),每个连接元件(1)具有与所述印刷电路板(3)单独的电连接,其特征在于,所述连接元件(1)具有基体(8),在装配状态下,所述基体(8)的底面与所述印刷电路板(3)接触,并且所述至少两个绝缘位移触点(4)各自具有夹紧槽(7),该夹紧槽(7)垂直于所述基体(8)的底面,并且所述夹紧槽(7)由从所述基体(8)延伸的间隔开的腿(11、12、13)形成,至少两个腿(11、12)是弹性设计的。
