背景技术
通常来讲,在形成有门的如家电产品以及家具等器具中,形成有通过铰链连接到主体而对主体进行开闭的门,从而可以通过转动门而对主体进行开闭。
作为可以以器具的上端为基点对门进行上下开闭的器具,包括如燃气炉灶或微波炉等。在韩国公开专利第10-11047640号中公开现有的门铰链。图1是对适用现有技术的门铰链进行图示的示意图。
参阅图1,适用现有技术的门铰链为形成有两个弹簧的形态。因此,具有材料成本较高且组装等工程复杂的问题。此外,因为门铰链的大小过大,因此还具有无法适用于所受到的空间限制较多的器具中的问题。
与此同时,还需要可以在对门进行开闭时提供便利功能的铰链技术。需要一种可以方便地对门的开启以及关闭进行诱导,尤其是可以在打开门时通过向门施加闭合力而防止从器具内部放射出高温热量的铰链技术方面的需求正在逐渐增加。

本发明旨在解决如上所述的现有问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以通过减少部件数量而降低材料成本并借此进一步简化制造工程的门铰链。
此外,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以方便地对门的开启以及关闭进行诱导的门铰链。尤其是,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以在打开门时通过向门施加闭合力而防止从器具内部放射出高温热量,从而只有在施加较强的力量的情况下才可以将门打开的门铰链。
与此同时,需要提前说明的是,本发明的其他目的以及优点将在下述的内容中进行说明,本发明的保护范围不仅包括在本发明的权利要求书中记载的事项以及在实施例中公开的内容,还包括可以从中轻易地推导出的范围内的所有手段以及组合。
技术方案
为了达成如上所述的目的,本发明的门铰链,其特征在于,包括:主体框架,安装在形成有门的器具的主体上;门框架,安装在所述门上,在另一侧与所述主体框架连接并转动;内部框架,形成于所述门框架的内部,另一侧通过连接轴与所述主体框架连接,从而在所述门框架移动时向所述另一侧方向直线移动,在一侧包括以贯穿所述门框架的一侧的方式形成的销;以及,连杆框架,包括形成于所述内部框架的内部且供弹性部件嵌入的连杆部、与所述连杆部的另一侧连接并以防止所述弹性部件发生脱离的方式形成的主体部、以及通过形成于所述主体部的另一侧而在所述门框架旋转时与所述主体框架接触并旋转的滚柱;在所述门框架旋转时,所述内部框架将借助于所述连接轴的转动而进行直线移动,而且所述弹性部件将借助于直线移动的所述内部框架的销而被压缩,从而借助于所述弹性部件的弹性以及所述滚柱与所述主体框架接触的力量而向所述门框架施加闭合力。
此外,适用本发明的较佳实施例,其特征在于:与所述滚柱接触的所述主体框架部分包括向外廓凸出形成的曲面部。
此外,适用本发明的较佳实施例,其特征在于:直至所述滚柱与所述曲面部的最大弯曲点发生接触为止向所述门框架施加闭合力。
此外,适用本发明的较佳实施例,其特征在于:所述门框架,包括:连接槽,在另一侧供所述连接轴嵌入,以使所述连接轴转动的曲线形状形成;以及,销槽,在一侧供所述销嵌入,以使所述销直线移动的方式形成。
技术效果
通过如上所述的本发明,可以达成如下所述的效果。
可以通过减少部件数量,例如在原来需要两个弹簧的结构中仅使用一个弹簧而降低材料成本并借此进一步简化制造工程。
此外,可以通过减少部件数量而将门铰链的长度最小化。即,门铰链通常会受到安装空间方面的限制,但是通过将长度最小化,可以适用于多种不同的器具。
此外,可以方便地对门的开启以及关闭进行诱导。尤其是,可以通过在打开门时向门施加闭合力而只有在施加较强的力量的情况下才可以将门打开,从而防止高温热量放射到外部或内部发生爆炸等问题。

如上所述,在如图2a和图2b以及图3所示的门被关闭的状态下以如图4所示的方式将门打开时,门框架20将以内部框架30的连接轴31为中心沿着连接槽21进行转动,而内部框架30的第一以及第二销33a、33b将沿着第一以及第二销23a、23b进行直线移动。
连杆框架40形成于内部框架30的内部。连杆框架40包括连杆部41、主体部43、弹性部件45以及滚柱47。
连杆部41在两岸框架40的一侧以连杆形态形成,一端可以嵌入并凸出到门框架20的正面。连杆部41可供弹性部件45嵌入。通过形成于内部框架30内部的连杆部41,可以防止嵌入到连杆部41的弹性部件45向连杆部41的一侧脱离。
主体部43的一侧被连接到连杆部41的另一侧。主体部43的直径大于连杆部41,借此,可以防止嵌入到连杆部41上的弹性部件45向连杆部41的另一侧脱离。
弹性部件34被嵌入到连杆部41上。弹性部件45的一侧可以借助于内部框架30,而另一侧可以借助于主体部43防止其从连杆部41脱离。在门进行转动时,门框架20的转动将带动内部框架30和第一以及第二销33a、33b的直线移动,从而使得弹性部件34收缩。
滚柱47形成于连杆框架40的主体部43的另一侧。滚柱47与主体框架10,例如主体框架10的曲面部15接触。即,在因为打开门而导致门框架20转动时,滚柱47将与主体框架10的曲面部15接触并旋转。直至主体框架10的曲面部15的最大弯曲点为止,只有在施加较强的力量的情况下才可以使得滚柱47进行旋转。即,因为可以借助于向外廓凸出形成的曲面部15的形状以及弹性部件45的弹性力例如拉力而形成较强的闭合力,因此只有在为了打开门而施加较强的力量的情况下才可以使得滚柱47进行旋转。
接下来,将对转动门时适用本实施例的门铰链100的驱动进行详细的说明。图5a至图5e是对适用本发明的门铰链的开闭状态进行图示的内部结构示意图。
图5a是对打开门时的门铰链的内部结构,例如主体框架10以及门框架40的结构进行图示的示意图。在如图2a和图2b以及图3所示的门被关闭的状态下将门打开时,门框架20内部的内部框架30以及连杆框架40将进行移动,而连杆框架40将以如图5a中的箭头所示的方式进行移动。即,第一以及第二销33a、33b将进行直线移动,而弹性部件45将收缩,而且连杆框架40的主体部43将进行直线移动。此时,第一以及第二销33a、33b的直线移动将导致固定结合有销33的内部框架30的直线移动。
图5b是对门被关闭的状态进行图示的示意图。即,在图5b中对如图2a和图2b以及图3所示的门被关闭的状态下的内部结构进行了图示。在门被关闭的情况下,连杆框架40将处于滚柱47与主体框架10的曲面部15接触的状态。弹性部件45在连杆框架40内部处于被拉伸的状态。
图5c以及图5e是对打开门的状态进行图示的示意图。在打开门时,连杆框架40将以如箭头1所示的方式进行移动,销33和弹性部件45将以如箭头2所示的方式进行直线移动。此时,主体框架40在曲面部15中与滚柱47接触,因此直至曲面部15的最大弯曲点为止,需要使用者施加较大的力量。即,因为弹性部件45的拉力以及曲面部15的弯曲,只有在使用者通过施加一定程度以上的力量而使得滚柱47越过曲面部15的最大弯曲点的的情况下才可以将门打开。借此,通过向门施加闭合力,只有在使用者施加较强的力量的情况下才可以将门打开。因此,可以防止高温热量放射到外部或内部发生爆炸等问题。
图5d是对门被完全打开的状态进行图示的示意图。即,在图5d中对如图4所示的门被打开的状态下的内部结构进行了图示。
在门被完全打时,连杆框架40将以如图5d中的箭头1所示的方式打开,销33和弹性部件45将以如箭头2所示的方式进行最大程度的直线移动。此时,如图4所示,因为内部框架30也会进行直线移动,因此门框架20将以连接轴31为中心沿着连接槽21进行转动,从而使得滚柱47不与曲面部15接触而相距一定间隔。
如上所述,适用本发明的门铰链100可以在打开门时直至滚柱47达到曲面部15的最大弯曲点为止向门施加闭合力,从而只有在使用者施加较强的力量的情况下才可以将门打开。而在滚柱47越过曲面部15的最大弯曲点之后,则可以借助于门的自重缓缓地将门打开。借此,可以方便地对门的开启以及关闭进行诱导。尤其是,可以通过在打开门时向门施加闭合力而只有在施加较强的力量的情况下才可以将门打开,从而防止高温热量放射到外部或内部发生爆炸等问题。

Claims (4)

1.一种门铰链,其特征在于,包括:
主体框架,安装在形成有门的器具的主体上;
门框架,安装在所述门上,在另一侧与所述主体框架连接并转动;
内部框架,形成于所述门框架的内部,另一侧通过连接轴与所述主体框架连接,从而在所述门框架移动时向所述另一侧方向直线移动,在一侧包括以贯穿所述门框架的一侧的方式形成的销;以及,
连杆框架,包括形成于所述内部框架的内部且供弹性部件嵌入的连杆部、与所述连杆部的另一侧连接并以防止所述弹性部件发生脱离的方式形成的主体部、以及通过形成于所述主体部的另一侧而在所述门框架旋转时与所述主体框架接触并旋转的滚柱;
在所述门框架旋转时,所述内部框架将借助于所述连接轴的转动而进行直线移动,而且所述弹性部件将借助于直线移动的所述内部框架的销而被压缩,
从而借助于所述弹性部件的弹性以及所述滚柱与所述主体框架接触的力量而向所述门框架施加闭合力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门铰链,其特征在于,
与所述滚柱接触的所述主体框架部分包括向外廓凸出形成的曲面部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的门铰链,其特征在于,
直至所述滚柱与所述曲面部的最大弯曲点发生接触为止向所述门框架施加闭合力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门铰链,其特征在于,
所述门框架,包括:
连接槽,在另一侧供所述连接轴嵌入,以使所述连接轴转动的曲线形状形成;以及,
销槽,在一侧供所述销嵌入,以使所述销直线移动的方式形成。
