Abstract

一种铰链，包括铰链臂（1），与铰链臂配合的铰链底座（6），铰链臂（1）与铰链底座之间设置有支架（2），支架的第一端与铰链臂活动连接，第二端与铰链底座（2）活动设置，铰链臂上设置有卡位（12），与该卡位配合设置有一连接件（4），连接件的第一端与支架的本体活动连接，第二端与摇杆（7）的第一端活动连接，摇杆（7）的本体部与支架（2）的第二端、铰链底座（6）同轴活动连接，摇杆的第二端设置有连接轴（72），连接轴上挂设有弹簧（3）的第一端，弹簧的另一端挂设于与铰链底座固定设置的挂轴（62）上。由于关键零件摇杆上面的连接拉簧、连接件和支架，通过调节链接铆钉的孔位位置以及弹簧的力，可以变化为不同重量的门提供平衡力和缓冲力，适应性强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铰链，尤其涉及一种烤箱门体用铰链。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的逐步提高，用于制备和烹饪食物的烤箱也逐步成为人们使用的日常工具之一，烤箱包括箱体和安装在箱体前侧的门体，使用过程中，先把门体打开，然后将食物放入烤箱内并关闭门体，对食物进行烤制。常见的烤箱，其箱体和门体采用普通铰链连接，关闭门体时，门体卡扣在箱体上，打开门体时，门体停滞于水平状态，预想使门体停滞在任意角度，需要使用者给门体一定的托持力，在烤箱使用完毕，需要散热时，门体只能完全打开呈水平状态，会占用较多空间，给用户带来一些不便。
当然，这些铰链基本上都要依靠弹簧的拉力，采用扭转牵拉的方式，当需要开门时，打开炉门从而拉长弹簧，可实现炉门的打开，当需要关闭炉门时，只需放开，炉门会由于弹簧的复位作用而关闭。在实际使用中，由于弹簧的复位具有一定的加速度，当炉门快关闭的时刻，具有最大的动势能，速度比较快，而炉具长期经受这样的撞击的话容易损坏，一般的做法是在门槛上加贴减震物，如海绵等，但此种做法的拉簧还是存在很大的势能，依然容易损坏。综上所述，研制一种具有可在一定位置自动缓速，避免撞击烤炉门槛而是门槛或者铰链易损坏的烤箱铰链，是当前需要解决的问题；当然如CN201020193660.3公开文本中提到的一种烤箱铰链，虽然能够解决上述问题，但是结构复杂，且对于不同类型的烤箱之间的应用需要整体再作调整。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够给烤箱门体提供一个较大角度内的平衡力和缓冲力以及在关闭时可以具有一定保压力且结构简单的铰链结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了下述技术方案：
这种铰链，包括有铰链臂，与铰链臂配合的铰链底座，所述的铰链臂与铰链底座之间设置有支架，所述支架的第一端与铰链臂活动连接，第二端与铰链底座活动设置，所述的铰链臂上设置有卡位，与该卡位配合设置有一连接件，该连接件的第一端与支架的本体活动连接，第二端与摇杆的第一端活动连接，所述摇杆的本体部与支架的第二端、铰链底座同轴活动连接，所述摇杆的第二端设置有连接轴，连接轴上挂设有一弹簧的第一端，弹簧的另一端挂设于一与链接底座固设的挂轴上。
所述的摇杆的本体部、支架的第二端以及铰链底座之间通过同一根轴固定连接，在轴的两端与铰链底座相接触位置处各设置有一轴套。
所述的铰链底座上设置有一椭圆形长槽，所述的轴设置于该长槽中。
所述的铰链臂与支架的第一端通过一支架铆钉活动连接。
所述的连接件卡设于支架之中，所述的支架上近第一端处的两平行侧面上设置有槽孔，一滚轮轴穿过连接件第一端和该槽孔，在滚轮轴上设置有滚轮，所述的滚轮与卡位配合设置。
所述的摇杆的第一端与连接件的第二端之间通过一摇杆铆钉活动连接。
所述的铰链臂与铰链底座之间通过一铰接铆钉以及套设于该铰接铆钉上的铰接套活动连接。
所述的连接轴和挂轴都为铆钉。
通过上述技术方案，从而该实用新型具有下述有益效果：
通过上述简单的结构，能够保证铰链在门体开启时维持一个平衡角度在25°到85°之间；门开启时，该铰链通过转动铰链臂，拉动弹簧，通过连接件和支架给滚轮提供支撑力，在25°~40°之间，铰链臂和门可以任意角度停顿；门关闭时，门带动铰链臂转动，弹簧的张力通过连接件和支架给滚轮提供压力，滚轮压住铰链臂的斜面，使得门在25°以内快速关闭，并使得门有一定的保压力，能够更为平稳更为安全方便的将门体开启和关闭；另外关键零件摇杆上面的连接拉簧、连接件和支架，通过调节连接铆钉的孔位位置以及弹簧的力，可以变化为不同重量的门提供平衡力和缓冲力，适应性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对该实用新型作出进一步的描述。
如图1-3所示，种铰链，包括有铰链臂1，与铰链臂配合的铰链底座6，所述的铰链臂与铰链底座之间设置有支架2，所述支架的第一端与铰链臂活动连接，第二端与铰链底座活动设置，所述的铰链臂上设置有卡位12，与该卡位配合设置有一连接件4，该连接件的第一端与支架的本体活动连接，第二端与摇杆7的第一端活动连接，所述摇杆7的本体部与支架2的第二端、铰链底座6同轴活动连接，所述摇杆7的第二端设置有一铆钉作为连接轴72，连接轴上挂设有一弹簧3的第一端，弹簧的另一端挂设于一与链接底座固设的挂轴62上，该挂轴也为一铆钉；具体来说，所述的摇杆7的本体部、支架2的第二端以及铰链底座6之间通过同一根轴9固定连接，在该同一根轴的两端与铰链底座相接触位置处各设置有一轴套8；所述的铰链底座上设置有一椭圆形长槽64，所述的同一根轴9设置于该长槽中；所述的铰链臂与支架的第一端通过一支架铆钉24活动连接；所述的连接件4卡设于支架2之中，所述的支架2上近第一端处的两平行侧面上设置有槽孔22，一滚轮轴51穿过连接件第一端和该槽孔，在滚轮轴上设置有滚轮5，所述的滚轮与卡位配合设置；所述的摇杆7的第一端与连接件4的第二端之间通过一摇杆铆钉74活动连接；所述的铰链臂1与铰链底座6之间通过一铰接铆钉14以及套设于该铰接铆钉上的铰接套16活动连接；所述的连接轴72和挂轴62都为铆钉。
在使用的时候，拉用烤箱门，即将带动铰链臂1绕着铰链底座6转动，卡位12的高点原本是置于滚轮5的下方，当铰链臂与铰链底座之间的角度达到一定程度时，卡位12的高点从滚轮5的下方跳脱，卡位的侧面与滚轮的侧面抵接达成一个新的平衡，在此过程中，同时由于铰链臂的转动，带动支架、连接件、摇杆的连动，使得弹簧从拉伸状态再回复到原状，具体的范围为铰链臂转动25°到85°之间均可，同时由于该铰链通过转动铰链臂，拉动弹簧，通过连接件和支架给滚轮提供支撑力，在25°~40°之间，铰链臂和门可以在任意角度停顿；而当门关闭时，门带动铰链臂转动，弹簧的张力通过连接件和支架给滚轮提供压力，滚轮压住铰链臂的斜面，使得门在25°以内快速关闭，并使得门有一定的保压力，可以缓慢的关闭；又由于铰链底座上设置有椭圆形长槽，可以便于弹簧通过支架拉伸调整各个角度的力度；而与该长槽配合设置有轴，以及两侧各设置有一个轴套，便于轴在孔内滚动，从而可以提高接触件的耐磨性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种铰链，包括有铰链臂（1），与铰链臂配合的铰链底座（6），所述的铰链臂与铰链底座之间设置有支架（2），所述支架的第一端与铰链臂活动连接，第二端与铰链底座活动设置，其特征在于：所述的铰链臂上设置有卡位（12），与该卡位配合设置有一连接件（4），该连接件的第一端与支架的本体活动连接，第二端与摇杆（7）的第一端活动连接，所述摇杆（7）的本体部与支架（2）的第二端、铰链底座（6）同轴活动连接，所述摇杆（7）的第二端设置有连接轴（72），连接轴上挂设有一弹簧（3）的第一端，弹簧的另一端挂设于一与链接底座固设的挂轴（62）上。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征在于：所述的摇杆（7）的本体部、支架（2）的第二端以及铰链底座（6）之间通过同一根轴（9）活动连接，在该同一根轴的两端与铰链底座相接触位置处各设置有一轴套（8）。
3.如权利要求2所述的铰链，其特征在于：所述的铰链底座上设置有一椭圆形长槽（64），所述的同一根轴（9）设置于该长槽中。
4.如权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征在于：所述的铰链臂与支架的第一端通过一支架铆钉（24）活动连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征在于：所述的连接件（4）卡设于支架（2）之中，所述的支架（2）上近第一端处的两平行侧面上设置有槽孔（22），一滚轮轴（51）穿过连接件第一端和该槽孔，在滚轮轴上设置有滚轮（5），所述的滚轮与卡位配合设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征在于：所述的摇杆（7）的第一端与连接件（4）的第二端之间通过一摇杆铆钉（74）活动连接。
7.如权利要求1-6任一所述的铰链，其特征在于：所述的铰链臂（1）与铰链底座（6）之间通过一铰接铆钉（14）以及套设于该铰接铆钉上的铰接套（16）活动连接。
8.如权利要求1至6任一所述的铰链，其特征在于：所述的连接轴（72）和挂轴（62）都为铆钉。
