本实用新型涉及一种铰链, 尤其涉及一种烤箱门体用铰链。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,用于制备和烹饪食物的烤箱也逐 步成为人们使用的日常工具之一,烤箱包括箱体和安装在箱体前侧的 门体, 使用过程中, 先把门体打开, 然后将食物放入烤箱内并关闭门 体,对食物进行烤制。常见的烤箱,其箱体和门体采用普通铰链连接, 关闭门体时, 门体卡扣在箱体上,打开门体时, 门体停滞于水平状态, 预想使门体停滞在任意角度, 需要使用者给门体一定的托持力, 在烤 箱使用完毕, 需要散热时, 门体只能完全打开呈水平状态, 会占用较 多空间, 给用户带来一些不便。
当然, 这些铰链基本上都要依靠弹簧的拉力, 采用扭转牵拉的方 式, 当需要开门时, 打开炉门从而拉长弹簧, 可实现炉门的打开, 当 需要关闭炉门时, 只需放开, 炉门会由于弹簧的复位作用而关闭。在 实际使用中, 由于弹簧的复位具有一定的加速度, 当炉门快关闭的时 亥 |J, 具有最大的动势能, 速度比较快, 而炉具长期经受这样的撞击的 话容易损坏, 一般的做法是在门槛上加贴减震物, 如海绵等, 但此种 做法的拉簧还是存在很大的势能, 依然容易损坏。 综上所述, 研制一 种具有可在一定位置自动缓速,避免撞击烤炉门槛而是门槛或者铰链 易损坏的烤箱铰链, 是当前需要解决的问题; 当然如 CN201020193660.3 公开文本中提到的一种烤箱铰链, 虽然能够解决 上述问题, 但是结构复杂, 且对于不同类型的烤箱之间的应用需要整 体再作调整。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够给烤箱门体提供一个较大 角度内的平衡力和缓冲力以及在关闭时可以具有一定保压力且结构 简单的铰链结构。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:
这种铰链, 包括有铰链臂, 与铰链臂配合的铰链底座, 所述的铰 链臂与铰链底座之间设置有支架,所述支架的第一端与铰链臂活动连 接, 第二端与铰链底座活动设置, 所述的铰链臂上设置有卡位, 与该 卡位配合设置有一连接件, 该连接件的第一端与支架的本体活动连 接, 第二端与摇杆的第一端活动连接, 所述摇杆的本体部与支架的第 二端、铰链底座同轴活动连接, 所述摇杆的第二端设置有连接轴, 连 接轴上挂设有一弹簧的第一端,弹簧的另一端挂设于一与链接底座固 设的挂轴上。
所述的摇杆的本体部、支架的第二端以及铰链底座之间通过同一 根轴固定连接, 在轴的两端与铰链底座相接触位置处各设置有一轴 套。
所述的铰链底座上设置有一椭圆形长槽,所述的轴设置于该长槽 中。
所述的铰链臂与支架的第一端通过一支架铆钉活动连接。 所述的连接件卡设于支架之中,所述的支架上近第一端处的两平 行侧面上设置有槽孔, 一滚轮轴穿过连接件第一端和该槽孔, 在滚轮 轴上设置有滚轮, 所述的滚轮与卡位配合设置。
所述的摇杆的第一端与连接件的第二端之间通过一摇杆铆钉活 动连接。
所述的铰链臂与铰链底座之间通过一铰接铆钉以及套设于该铰 接铆钉上的铰接套活动连接。
所述的连接轴和挂轴都为铆钉。
通过上述技术方案, 从而该实用新型具有下述有益效果: 通过上述简单的结构,能够保证铰链在门体开启时维持一个平衡 角度在 25 ° 到 85 ° 之间; 门开启时, 该铰链通过转动铰链臂, 拉动 弹簧, 通过连接件和支架给滚轮提供支撑力, 在 25 ° ~40° 之间, 铰 链臂和门可以任意角度停顿; 门关闭时, 门带动铰链臂转动, 弹簧的 张力通过连接件和支架给滚轮提供压力, 滚轮压住铰链臂的斜面, 使 得门在 25 ° 以内快速关闭, 并使得门有一定的保压力, 能够更为平 稳更为安全方便的将门体开启和关闭;另外关键零件摇杆上面的连接 拉簧、 连接件和支架, 通过调节连接铆钉的孔位位置以及弹簧的力, 可以变化为不同重量的门提供平衡力和缓冲力, 适应性强。
