Abstract
本发明公开了一种充液式传动轴中间支承装置,涉及汽车传动轴领域,包括上支架、橡胶部件、防尘部件、轴承、下支架和注油口,所述橡胶部件的外圈分别包裹上支架和下支架,上支架和下支架为相互对称的半圆形壳体结构,在二者的连接处设置支耳,用于固定在车身的安装位置;所述橡胶部件的内圈安装有轴承;橡胶部件的内圈与外圈之间形成环状气囊,设置在橡胶部件上的注油口与所述环状气囊相连通,通过注油口给环状气囊充注液压油。本发明的有益效果为:在气囊的橡胶层中增加金属丝,提高橡胶层可承受的压力,扩大气囊调节压力的范围;液压油的压力远大于0.8Mpa,给橡胶部件充液压油,从而增大支承总成的径向刚度,提高整车行驶舒适性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车传动轴的领域,具体涉及一种充液式传动轴中间支承装置。
背景技术
传动轴分段时需加中间支承,中间支承通常装在车架横梁上,能补偿传动轴轴向和角度方向的安装误差,以及汽车行驶过程中因发动机窜动或车架变形等引起的位移,中间支承常用弹性元件来满足上述功用。
一种传动轴用气囊式中间支承装置(中国专利号CN 111873795 A)通过调节气囊气压调整支承总成的径向刚度。但是,通过给环状气囊充气,由于气体的压力不能大于0.8Mpa,所以支承总成径向刚度的调整范围也较小。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种充液式传动轴中间支承装置,能够承受较大的气压,扩大气囊调节压力的范围,从而增大支承总成的径向刚度,提高整车行驶舒适性。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种充液式传动轴中间支承装置,包括上支架、橡胶部件、防尘部件、轴承、下支架和注油口,所述橡胶部件的外圈分别包裹上支架和下支架,上支架和下支架为相互对称的半圆形壳体结构,在二者的连接处设置支耳,用于固定在车身的安装位置;所述橡胶部件的内圈安装有轴承;橡胶部件的内圈与外圈之间形成环状气囊,设置在橡胶部件上的注油口与所述环状气囊相连通,通过注油口给环状气囊充注液压油。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述环状气囊的橡胶层内嵌入有金属丝或金属丝网。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述环状气囊内注满液压油或混合注入液压油与空气。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述支耳上开设安装孔。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述橡胶部件的内圈与轴承的外圈之间安装有防尘部件。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、在气囊的橡胶层中增加金属丝,提高橡胶层可承受的压力,扩大气囊调节压力的范围;
2、液压油的压力远大于0.8Mpa,给橡胶部件充液压油,从而增大支承总成的径向刚度,提高整车行驶舒适性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:
实施例:如附图1、2所示,这种充液式传动轴中间支承装置,包括上支架1、橡胶部件2、防尘部件3、轴承4、下支架5和注油口6。所述橡胶部件2的外圈分别包裹上支架1和下支架5,上支架1和下支架5为相互对称的半圆形壳体结构,在二者的连接处设置支耳7,支耳7上开设对应的安装孔9,用于固定在车身的安装位置。所述橡胶部件2的内圈安装有轴承4,橡胶部件2的内圈与轴承4的外圈之间安装有防尘部件3。橡胶部件2的内圈与外圈之间形成环状气囊8,在环状气囊8的橡胶层内嵌入有金属丝或金属丝网。设置于橡胶部件2上的注油口6与所述环状气囊8相连通,通过注油口6给环状气囊8充注液压油。优选地,向环状气囊8内充注液压油时,可以注满液压油,也可以混合注入液压油与空气。对于现有技术来说,注入气囊的气体压力不能大于0.8Mpa,所以支承总成径向刚度的调整范围也较小。而对于本发明而言,注入环状气囊8内的液压油的压力远大于0.8Mpa,从而增大支承总成的径向刚度,提高整车行驶舒适性。
本发明中的金属丝或金属丝网可预先放入环状气囊8的成型模具中,待环状气囊8成型后即嵌入环状气囊内。在环状气囊的橡胶层中增加金属丝网,提高橡胶层可承受的压力,扩大气囊调节压力的范围,从而增大支承总成的径向刚度,提高整车行驶舒适性。
可以理解的是,对本领域技术人员来说,对本发明的技术方案及发明构思加以等同替换或改变都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种充液式传动轴中间支承装置,其特征在于:包括上支架(1)、橡胶部件(2)、防尘部件(3)、轴承(4)、下支架(5)和注油口(6),所述橡胶部件(2)的外圈分别包裹上支架(1)和下支架(5),上支架(1)和下支架(5)为相互对称的半圆形壳体结构,在二者的连接处设置支耳(7),用于固定在车身的安装位置;所述橡胶部件(2)的内圈安装有轴承(4);橡胶部件(2)的内圈与外圈之间形成环状气囊(8),设置在橡胶部件(2)上的注油口(6)与所述环状气囊(8)相连通,通过注油口(6)给环状气囊(8)充注液压油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充液式传动轴中间支承装置,其特征在于:所述环状气囊(8)的橡胶层内嵌入有金属丝或金属丝网。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的充液式传动轴中间支承装置,其特征在于:所述环状气囊(8)内注满液压油或混合注入液压油与空气。
4.根据权利要求1所述的充液式传动轴中间支承装置,其特征在于:所述支耳(7)上开设安装孔(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的充液式传动轴中间支承装置,其特征在于:所述橡胶部件(2)的内圈与轴承(4)的外圈之间安装有防尘部件(3)。
