Detailed Description
In order to clearly illustrate the technical features of the present solution, the present solution is explained below by way of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-11, a rehabilitation training device for patients with kidney diseases comprises a support 1, a training mechanism and an auxiliary traction mechanism 7, wherein the training mechanism and the auxiliary traction mechanism are arranged on the support 1;
the training mechanism can facilitate the patient to do proper motion;
the auxiliary traction mechanism 7 can help the patient to move;
the support 1 comprises a U-shaped bottom frame, a pair of U-shaped sliding frames 2 are vertically arranged on the U-shaped bottom frame, a top plate 11 is arranged at the top ends of the pair of U-shaped sliding frames 2, a fixed vertical plate 3 is arranged between the bottoms of the pair of U-shaped sliding frames 2 and on the U-shaped bottom frame, and a lifting sliding plate 4 is arranged above the fixed vertical plate 3 and between the U-shaped sliding frames 2 at two sides;
the top of the top plate 11 is provided with a traction mechanism, a training mechanism is arranged between the top plate 11 and the underframe, the training mechanism comprises a lifting seat 6 arranged on the inner side of the lifting sliding plate 4, the training mechanism also comprises a movable seat 5 arranged on the U-shaped underframe below the lifting seat 6, a rectangular groove 1801 is formed in the lifting seat 6, and a flexible cushion 506 is arranged on the top surface of the movable seat 5 corresponding to the rectangular groove 1801;
preferably, in the initial state, the lifting seat 6 is at the lowest position, and at this time, the flexible cushion 506 is correspondingly arranged in the rectangular groove 1801, and the patient can sit on the flexible cushion 506;

a rotating rod 15 is arranged in the fixed sleeve 14, two ends of the rotating rod 15 are arranged outside the fixed sleeve 14, two ends of the rotating rod 15 are symmetrically provided with C-shaped frames 16, protective plates 17 are vertically arranged on rod bodies at the bottoms of the C-shaped frames 16 at two sides, first chair faces 18 are arranged at the bottoms of the protective plates 17 at two sides, a rectangular groove 1801 is formed in each first chair face 18, a chair back 19 is arranged between the C-shaped frames 16 at two sides and behind the first chair face 18, and a second arc-shaped rod is arranged at one end, far away from the first chair face 18, of each C-shaped frame 16 at two sides;
preferably, the outer surfaces of the first seat surface 18 and the seat back 19 are both provided with a protective soft layer.
The back of the chair 19 is provided with a back cushion 1902 near the top, has seted up first mounting groove below the back cushion 1902, on the back of the chair 19, is provided with a plurality of massage wheels 1901 in the first mounting groove, and a plurality of massage wheels 1901 outside, back of the chair 19 are provided with the cushion.
The movable seat 5 comprises a slide rail 501 arranged on the side bars 102 at two sides, and the slide rail 501 is arranged near the free ends of the side bars 102;
the sliding rails 501 on the two sides are provided with sliding blocks 502, the sliding blocks 502 on the two sides are provided with horizontal moving plates 503, the horizontal moving plates 503 are provided with a plurality of supporting legs 504, the top ends of the supporting legs 504 are provided with second seat surfaces 507, the second seat surfaces 507 are provided with flexible seat cushions 506, and the flexible seat cushions 506 are arranged in the rectangular grooves 1801;
the side rod 102 is provided with a first electric cylinder 505 at one side close to the crossbar 101, and a push plate is arranged at the end of an electric push rod of the first electric cylinder 505 and fixedly arranged on the side surface of the horizontal moving plate 503.
A pair of second electric cylinders 21 are horizontally arranged between the inverted L-shaped support rods on the two sides and on the lifting sliding plate 4, T-shaped rods are arranged at the end parts of the second electric cylinders 21, a pair of sliding chutes 20 are arranged on the back surface of the chair back 19 corresponding to the positions of the T-shaped rods, and rectangular notches 2001 are formed in one sides of the sliding chutes 20 close to the lifting sliding plate 4;
the T-shaped rod comprises a first connecting rod 23 arranged at the end part of an electric push rod of the second electric cylinder 21, the end part of the first connecting rod 23 passes through the rectangular notch 2001 and is arranged in the sliding groove 20, a second connecting rod 24 is arranged, the first connecting rod 23 and the second connecting rod 24 are arranged in a T shape, the second connecting rod 24 is arranged in the sliding groove 20, and pulleys 25 are arranged at the end parts of the two ends of the second connecting rod 24.
A second mounting groove is formed in the top surface of the front side of the first seat surface 18, a pair of fixed vertical plates 3 are arranged in the second mounting groove, an auxiliary roller 26 is arranged between the fixed vertical plates 3, and a flexible cushion layer is arranged on the periphery of the auxiliary roller 26.
The driving assembly comprises a pair of driving motors 8 arranged at the bottom of the lower fixing plate 201, the end parts of motor shafts of the driving motors 8 penetrate through the lower fixing plate 201 to be provided with screw rods 9, and the top ends of the screw rods 9 are arranged at the bottom of the upper fixing plate 202 through bearing seats;
a plurality of lead screw sliders 10 are arranged on the side face of the lifting sliding plate 4, the lead screw sliders 10 are correspondingly arranged on the peripheries of lead screws 9 on two sides, and reinforcing rods are arranged between the lead screw sliders 10 on the same horizontal position.
The traction mechanism comprises a winch 701 arranged on a top plate 11, a pull rope 703 is arranged on the winch 701, a through hole 1101 which penetrates through the top plate 11 corresponding to the position of the flexible cushion 506 is formed in the position of the top plate 11, a pull rod 705 is arranged at the free end of the pull rope 703 after penetrating through the through hole 1101, a weight 704 is arranged above the pull rod 705 and on the pull rope 703, a limiting sheave 702 is arranged on one side of the through hole 1101 and is arranged in the limiting sheave 702 in a stretching mode.
When a patient uses the rehabilitation training for the first time, the patient sits on the flexible cushion 506, the driving motor 8 is turned on to drive the lifting sliding plate 4 to lift, so that the lifting seat 6 is driven to lift, the patient lifts along with the lifting seat 6, the body of the patient enters the rectangular frame (the lifting height of the lifting seat 6 can be adjusted according to personal conditions), the driving motor 8 is stopped at any time, the back of the patient is in an arched state at this time, then the winch 701 is turned on, the pull rod 705 is lowered to a proper position, the patient can hold the pull rod 705 by hands to adopt active training or passive training, during the active training, an assistant presses the legs of the patient, the patient tightly holds the pull rod 705 by the two hands to pull the body, so that the back moves forwards, meanwhile, the head moves backwards, the whole spine is pulled, the whole back is massaged, and the whole waist and the legs can exert force together during the period (the lifting height of the lifting seat 6 can be adjusted according to personal conditions, thereby adjusting the whole sinking position of the patient), when in passive training, the assistant personnel presses the two legs of the patient, the two hands of the patient tightly hold the pull rod 705, the winch 701 retracts the pull rope 703 to pull up and reset the patient, and the whole waist and the legs can exert force together;
when a patient is familiar with rehabilitation training to further use, the patient sits on the flexible cushion 506, the driving motor 8 is turned on to drive the lifting sliding plate 4 to lift, so that the lifting seat 6 is driven to lift, the patient can lift along with the lifting seat 6, the body of the patient enters the rectangular frame (the lifting height of the lifting seat 6 can be adjusted according to personal conditions), the driving motor 8 is stopped at any time, the back of the patient is in an arched state, then the first electric cylinder 505 and the second electric cylinder 21 are controlled to work simultaneously, the first electric cylinder 505 can push the lifting seat 6 to incline, the second electric cylinder 21 can push the movable seat 5 to move along with the position of the lifting seat 6, the inclined angle of the lifting seat 6 is controlled through the first electric cylinder 505, the difficulty of the patient in pulling the whole body can be gradually increased (active pulling or passive pulling by means of a winch 701 can be adopted, and the lifting height of the lifting seat 6 can be adjusted according to personal conditions, thereby adjust the whole sunken position of patient, adjust and draw the degree of difficulty of dragging the health) to make the patient can carry out the rehabilitation training step by step under the different degrees of difficulty, avoid the boring rehabilitation training that carries on under same posture.

Claims (9)
1. A rehabilitation training device for patients with kidney diseases is characterized by comprising a bracket, a training mechanism and an auxiliary traction mechanism, wherein the training mechanism and the auxiliary traction mechanism are arranged on the bracket;
the support comprises a U-shaped bottom frame, a pair of U-shaped sliding frames is vertically arranged on the U-shaped bottom frame, a top plate is arranged at the top ends of the pair of U-shaped sliding frames, a fixed vertical plate is arranged between the bottoms of the pair of U-shaped sliding frames and on the U-shaped bottom frame, and a lifting sliding plate is arranged above the fixed vertical plate and between the U-shaped sliding frames on two sides of the fixed vertical plate;
the top of the top plate is provided with the traction mechanism, the training mechanism is arranged between the top plate and the underframe and comprises a lifting seat arranged on the inner side of the lifting sliding plate, the training mechanism also comprises a movable seat arranged below the lifting seat and on the U-shaped underframe, a rectangular groove is formed in the lifting seat, and a flexible cushion is arranged on the top surface of the movable seat corresponding to the rectangular groove;
an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the lifting sliding plate and on the outer sides of the pair of U-shaped sliding frames, and driving assemblies for driving the lifting sliding plate to lift are arranged on the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate.

The rehabilitation training device for patients with renal diseases of claim 1, wherein the U-shaped bottom frame comprises a cross bar, side bars with equal length are arranged at two ends of the cross bar, the U-shaped sliding frames are symmetrically and vertically arranged at two ends of the cross bar, and the fixed vertical plates are arranged on the cross bar.

The rehabilitation training device for patients with kidney diseases as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lifting seat comprises an inverted L-shaped support frame arranged below the top plate and inside the lifting sliding plate, the inverted L-shaped support frame is composed of a pair of inverted L-shaped support rods, the vertical parts of the pair of inverted L-shaped support rods are arranged on the side surface of the lifting sliding plate, the ends of the horizontal parts of the pair of inverted L-shaped support rods are connected through a first arc-shaped rod, a fixing rod is fixedly arranged between the ends of the first arc-shaped rod, and a fixing sleeve is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the fixing rod;

5. The rehabilitation training device for patients with renal diseases of claim 3, wherein the movable seat comprises a sliding rail arranged on the side bars at two sides, and the sliding rail is arranged near the free ends of the side bars;
sliding blocks are arranged on the sliding rails on two sides, horizontal moving plates are arranged on the sliding blocks on two sides, a plurality of supporting legs are arranged on the horizontal moving plates, second chair faces are arranged at the top ends of the supporting legs, the flexible seat cushions are arranged on the second chair faces, and the flexible seat cushions are arranged in the rectangular grooves;

The rehabilitation training device for the patient with the renal disease as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a pair of driving motors arranged at the bottom of the lower fixing plate, ends of motor shafts of the driving motors are provided with lead screws through the lower fixing plate, and top ends of the lead screws are arranged at the bottom of the upper fixing plate through bearing seats;
the side face of the lifting sliding plate is provided with a plurality of screw rod sliding blocks, the screw rod sliding blocks are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of the periphery of the screw rods, and reinforcing rods are arranged between the screw rod sliding blocks at the same horizontal position.
