Abstract
本发明公开了一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,按重量份包括下述原料:牛骨胶原蛋白肽:78‑90份,牛骨髓肽:8‑13份,菊粉:1.5‑2.5份,针叶樱桃果粉:1‑2份,牛磺酸:10‑30份,维生素B1:8‑10份,维生素B2:6‑10份,维生素B6:3‑4份;所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽包括以下制备步骤:(1)、骨胶原蛋白肽制备;(2)、混合肽粉纯化制备。该促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,以牛骨胶原蛋白肽和牛骨髓肽为原料,能够制得高纯度胶原蛋白肽,该胶原蛋白肽能够有效强化骨关节功能,增加骨质粘合力,预防骨质疏松,并且能够促进骨细胞的生成数量,起到促进细胞增殖的作用,使骨骼生长处于良性状态,而且可以提高人体免疫力,能够应用于保健品、药品或其他食品中。

本发明涉及紧固件检测技术领域,具体为一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用。
背景技术
活性肽又称生物活性肽或生物活性多肽,是一千多种肽的总称。肽是两个或两个以上的氨基酸以肽键相连的化合物,具有活性的多肽称为活性肽,其在人体内起重要生理作用。
现有的活性肽在制备过程中,其纯度不足,不便于人体消化,无法起到充分的促进作用,并且应用不够广泛,为此,我们提出一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现,一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,按重量份包括下述原料:
牛骨胶原蛋白肽:78-90份,牛骨髓肽:8-13份,菊粉:1.5-2.5份,针叶樱桃果粉:1-2份,牛磺酸:10-30份,维生素B1:8-10份,维生素B2:6-10份,维生素B6:3-4份;
所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽包括以下制备步骤:
(1)、骨胶原蛋白肽制备;
(2)、混合肽粉纯化制备;
(3)、原料混合;
(4)、成品制备。
进一步的,所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用包括以下具体步骤:
(1)、骨胶原蛋白肽制备
S1、将牛骨胶原蛋白溶液中加入复合蛋白酶,酶解后获得胶原蛋白肽溶液,对该胶原蛋白肽溶液进行高温杀菌灭酶;
S2、然后通过管式离心机离心并使用超滤膜对其进行过滤,再通过陶瓷柱进行过滤浓缩并加热干燥,获得纯化程度较高的牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉;
(2)、混合肽粉纯化制备
S1、按照质量份称取牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉,将牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉溶解于纯水中,并充分混合,离心后再使用凝胶柱对其分离纯化,再进行冷冻干燥,获得混合肽粉;
S2、然后再将上述混合肽粉溶解于纯水中,离心后再使用离子交换柱对其进行分离纯化,而后进行冷冻干燥,获得纯度较高的混合肽粉。
进一步的,所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用还包括以下具体步骤:
(3)、原料混合
S1、按质量份称取菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸;
S2、将混合肽粉、菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸这类粉末状物料充分混合,再将其溶解于纯水中,溶解的同时持续搅拌,然后采用陶瓷膜对其进行过滤,获得一次过滤液;
S3、过滤后的残余部分物料则加入适量纯水后加热再混合溶解,溶解的同时持续搅拌,而后再次采用陶瓷膜进行过滤,获得二次过滤液;
S4、将一次过滤液和二次过滤液混合,进行加热浓缩,最后再喷雾干燥获得活性肽复合粉初品。
进一步的,所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用还包括以下具体步骤:
(4)、成品制备
按质量份称取维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6,将维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6加入到活性肽复合粉初品中,充分混合后获得活性肽复合粉成品。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)骨胶原蛋白肽制备的过程中,高温杀菌灭酶时温度为85-90℃,杀菌时间为15-18min。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)混合肽粉纯化制备的过程中,冷冻干燥时的温度为-80℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)原料混合的过程中,S2工序中混合肽粉、菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸这类粉末状物料与纯水的比例为1:12-30,S3工序中过滤后的残余部分物料与与纯水的比例为1:15-20。
进一步的,所述该活性肽应用于具有一定功能的肽类食品,包括但不限于保健品、药品或其他食品。

该活性肽属于一种生物活性肽,以牛骨胶原蛋白肽和牛骨髓肽为原料,能够制得高纯度胶原蛋白肽,该胶原蛋白肽能够有效强化骨关节功能,增加骨质粘合力,预防骨质疏松,并且能够促进骨细胞的生成数量,起到促进细胞增殖的作用,使骨骼生长处于良性状态,而且可以提高人体免疫力,还具有一定的抗氧化功能,此外还添加有菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉、牛磺酸和维生素成分,菊粉是植物中储备性多糖,能够增加肠道益生菌和提高食物纤维含量;针叶樱桃果粉是一种植物提取物,具有一定的营养成分,牛磺酸是人体所必须的氨基酸,参与人体脂类代谢,有多种功效作用,便于增强人体免疫力,维生素粉是维持人体生命的必须有机物质,便于保持人体健康;因此该促进细胞增殖的活性肽能够应用于保健品、药品或其他食品中;
该促进细胞增殖的活性肽,在制备的过程中,首先能够获得获得纯化程度较高的牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉,然后将牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉进行溶解再过滤,使用凝胶柱层析和离子交换柱层析,并冷冻干燥,便于进一步的得到纯度较高的混合肽粉,而后将各原料混合后溶解过滤,并且对残余部分物料进行再次添水和加热溶解,能够减少浪费,提高利用率,加热溶解的方式能够促进物料的溶解,再对一次过滤液和二次过滤液混合并进行加热浓缩干燥,便于获得可溶性更好的混合粉末,以便于人体吸收,从而能够对人体起到充分的促进作用。

下面将结合本发明的具体实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,按重量份包括下述原料:
牛骨胶原蛋白肽:78-90份,牛骨髓肽:8-13份,菊粉:1.5-2.5份,针叶樱桃果粉:1-2份,牛磺酸:10-30份,维生素B1:8-10份,维生素B2:6-10份,维生素B6:3-4份;
促进细胞增殖的活性肽包括以下制备步骤:
(1)、骨胶原蛋白肽制备;
(2)、混合肽粉纯化制备;
(3)、原料混合;
(4)、成品制备。
促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用包括以下具体步骤:
(1)、骨胶原蛋白肽制备
S1、将牛骨胶原蛋白溶液中加入复合蛋白酶,酶解后获得胶原蛋白肽溶液,对该胶原蛋白肽溶液进行高温杀菌灭酶;
S2、然后通过管式离心机离心并使用超滤膜对其进行过滤,再通过陶瓷柱进行过滤浓缩并加热干燥,获得纯化程度较高的牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉;
(2)、混合肽粉纯化制备
S1、按照质量份称取牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉,将牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉溶解于纯水中,并充分混合,离心后再使用凝胶柱对其分离纯化,再进行冷冻干燥,获得混合肽粉;
S2、然后再将上述混合肽粉溶解于纯水中,离心后再使用离子交换柱对其进行分离纯化,而后进行冷冻干燥,获得纯度较高的混合肽粉;
(3)、原料混合
S1、按质量份称取菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸;
S2、将混合肽粉、菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸这类粉末状物料充分混合,再将其溶解于纯水中,溶解的同时持续搅拌,然后采用陶瓷膜对其进行过滤,获得一次过滤液;
S3、过滤后的残余部分物料则加入适量纯水后加热再混合溶解,溶解的同时持续搅拌,而后再次采用陶瓷膜进行过滤,获得二次过滤液;
S4、将一次过滤液和二次过滤液混合,进行加热浓缩,最后再喷雾干燥获得活性肽复合粉初品;
(4)、成品制备
按质量份称取维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6,将维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6加入到活性肽复合粉初品中,充分混合后获得活性肽复合粉成品。
步骤(1)骨胶原蛋白肽制备的过程中,高温杀菌灭酶时温度为85-90℃,杀菌时间为15-18min。
步骤(2)混合肽粉纯化制备的过程中,冷冻干燥时的温度为-80℃。
步骤(3)原料混合的过程中,S2工序中混合肽粉、菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸这类粉末状物料与纯水的比例为1:12-30,S3工序中过滤后的残余部分物料与与纯水的比例为1:15-20。
该活性肽应用于具有一定功能的肽类食品,包括但不限于保健品、药品或其他食品。
具体应用实施例一:
将制备后的活性肽复合粉成品作为辅料,混入其他药物成分作为主料,并加入润滑剂、粘结剂等成分,压制成片或搓合成丸,并在其外部包上薄膜衣,制得片剂或丸剂,作为药品或保健品使用;
具体应用实施例二:
将制备后的活性肽复合粉成品作为辅料,溶解后混入乳膏中并充分混合,并加入增稠剂、乳化剂等成分,搅拌后灌装,获得膏药剂,如牙膏,作为保健品使用;
具体应用实施例三:
将制备后的活性肽复合粉成品作为辅料,混入到粉末状速溶食品或水溶性饮料中,并加入保鲜剂、防腐剂、食用香精等成分,作为食品使用。
综上,该促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,使用时促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用包括以下具体步骤:
准备好牛骨胶原蛋白肽:78-90份,牛骨髓肽:8-13份,菊粉:1.5-2.5份,针叶樱桃果粉:1-2份,牛磺酸:10-30份,维生素B1:8-10份,维生素B2:6-10份,维生素B6:3-4份,作为制备原料;
将牛骨胶原蛋白溶液中加入复合蛋白酶,酶解后获得胶原蛋白肽溶液,对该胶原蛋白肽溶液进行高温杀菌灭酶,高温杀菌灭酶时温度为85-90℃,杀菌时间为15-18min;然后通过管式离心机离心并使用超滤膜对其进行过滤,再通过陶瓷柱进行过滤浓缩并加热干燥,获得纯化程度较高的牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉;
按照质量份称取牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉,将牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉溶解于纯水中,并充分混合,离心后再使用凝胶柱对其分离纯化,再进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥时的温度为-80℃,获得混合肽粉;然后再将上述混合肽粉溶解于纯水中,离心后再使用离子交换柱对其进行分离纯化,而后进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥时的温度为-80℃,获得纯度较高的混合肽粉;
按质量份称取菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸;将混合肽粉、菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸这类粉末状物料充分混合,再将其溶解于纯水中,其中粉末状物料与纯水的比例为1:12-30,溶解的同时持续搅拌,然后采用陶瓷膜对其进行过滤,获得一次过滤液;过滤后的残余部分物料则加入适量纯水后加热再混合溶解,其中残余部分物料与与纯水的比例为1:15-20,溶解的同时持续搅拌,而后再次采用陶瓷膜进行过滤,获得二次过滤液;将一次过滤液和二次过滤液混合,进行加热浓缩,最后再喷雾干燥获得活性肽复合粉初品;
该活性肽应用于具有一定功能的肽类食品,包括但不限于保健品、药品或其他食品。

牛骨胶原蛋白肽:78-90份,牛骨髓肽:8-13份,菊粉:1.5-2.5份,针叶樱桃果粉:1-2份,牛磺酸:10-30份,维生素B1:8-10份,维生素B2:6-10份,维生素B6:3-4份;
所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽包括以下制备步骤:
(1)、骨胶原蛋白肽制备;
(2)、混合肽粉纯化制备;
(3)、原料混合;
(4)、成品制备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,其特征在于,所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用包括以下具体步骤:
(1)、骨胶原蛋白肽制备
S1、将牛骨胶原蛋白溶液中加入复合蛋白酶,酶解后获得胶原蛋白肽溶液,对该胶原蛋白肽溶液进行高温杀菌灭酶;
S2、然后通过管式离心机离心并使用超滤膜对其进行过滤,再通过陶瓷柱进行过滤浓缩并加热干燥,获得纯化程度较高的牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉;
(2)、混合肽粉纯化制备
S1、按照质量份称取牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉,将牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和牛骨髓肽粉溶解于纯水中,并充分混合,离心后再使用凝胶柱对其分离纯化,再进行冷冻干燥,获得混合肽粉;
S2、然后再将上述混合肽粉溶解于纯水中,离心后再使用离子交换柱对其进行分离纯化,而后进行冷冻干燥,获得纯度较高的混合肽粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,其特征在于,所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用还包括以下具体步骤:

S1、按质量份称取菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸;
S2、将混合肽粉、菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸这类粉末状物料充分混合,再将其溶解于纯水中,溶解的同时持续搅拌,然后采用陶瓷膜对其进行过滤,获得一次过滤液;
S3、过滤后的残余部分物料则加入适量纯水后加热再混合溶解,溶解的同时持续搅拌,而后再次采用陶瓷膜进行过滤,获得二次过滤液;
S4、将一次过滤液和二次过滤液混合,进行加热浓缩,最后再喷雾干燥获得活性肽复合粉初品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,其特征在于,所述促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用还包括以下具体步骤:
(4)、成品制备
按质量份称取维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6,将维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6加入到活性肽复合粉初品中,充分混合后获得活性肽复合粉成品。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)骨胶原蛋白肽制备的过程中,高温杀菌灭酶时温度为85-90℃,杀菌时间为15-18min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)混合肽粉纯化制备的过程中,冷冻干燥时的温度为-80℃。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种促进细胞增殖的活性肽及其应用,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)原料混合的过程中,S2工序中混合肽粉、菊粉、针叶樱桃果粉和牛磺酸这类粉末状物料与纯水的比例为1:12-30,S3工序中过滤后的残余部分物料与与纯水的比例为1:15-20。
