本发明涉及柔性软管领域的一种轨道用柔性软管的生产制造工艺,包括,对编织层的中间层进行编织,中间层采用经线和纬线制成;采用专用胶水在编织层的外表面进行整体涂覆并进行相应的固化工作;将步骤三中进行固化过的材料进行浸胶处理,采用专用的设备的进行浸泡,浸泡速度控制在3‑5m/s,浸胶之后的材料进行自然晾干处理,自然晾干时间为:室外温度在10℃以下,晾干时间为10‑20min,室外温度10℃以上,晾干时间为5‑8min;该发明的生产效率高,生产质量可靠稳定,而且能够长时间的进行快速生产加工,提高工作效率的同时,也降低成本,具有较好的耐高温和耐高压的性能。

本发明涉及柔性软管领域,具体涉及一种柔性软管生产工艺。
背景技术
柔性软管己广泛用于各种应用,包括飞机发动机、火车、基于发动机的车辆和机械,上述柔性软管应用的范围非常广泛,一般情况下,柔性软管用于在航空和航天领域内,经常用于放置线路或者承受高温的位置;例如,在航空应用中并且在发生火灾时, 需要携带诸如压力下的燃料的易燃液体的软管在相当长的一段时间内承受高温和机械搅动而没有故隙。如果软管失效,燃料将在压力下泄漏,导致火灾爆炸性扩大。当容纳液压泊的软管发生故隙时,液压会损失并导致液压系统故障;或者在发生火灾的时候,柔性软管需要耐高温这样才可以保障内部的线缆不会被烧坏,这样可以提高安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轨道用柔性软管的生产制造工艺,该发明的生产效率高,生产质量可靠稳定,而且能够长时间的进行快速生产加工,提高工作效率的同时,也降低成本,具有较好的耐高温和耐高压的性能。
本发明应用时,一种轨道用柔性软管的生产制造工艺,其特征在于,包括,
步骤一:准备好制造轨道用柔性软管的材料,采用专用设备或者对应的其他设备对轨道用柔性软管的材料进行编织;
步骤二:对编织层的中间层进行编织,中间层采用经线和纬线制成;
步骤三:采用专用胶水在编织层的外表面进行整体涂覆并进行相应的固化工作;
步骤四:将步骤三中进行固化过的材料进行浸胶处理,采用专用的设备的进行浸泡,浸泡速度控制在3-5m/s,
步骤五:浸胶之后的材料进行自然晾干处理,自然晾干时间为:室外温度在10℃以下,晾干时间为10-20min,室外温度10℃以上,晾干时间为5-8min;
步骤六:将步骤五中进行晾干的材料再进行喷涂,喷涂材料采用绝缘层材料制成,喷涂速率为5-10m/s,喷涂温度控制在50-65℃之间;
步骤七:步骤六中材料进行自然冷却,自然冷却之后采用真空定型处理;真空定型的压力控制在0.05-0.08MPa;
步骤八:步骤七中的成品最后采用烘干处理,烘干温度控制在80-95℃之间,时间控制在5-8h之间;
步骤九:自然冷却至常温即可。

作为本发明的进一步改进,为了保证绝缘性能稳定,绝缘性好;所述步骤六中,喷涂的材料至少有三层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,为了保证水分控制稳定,产品性能好;所述步骤八中,烘干的水分控制在5%-8%之间。

步骤五:浸胶之后的材料进行自然晾干处理,自然晾干时间为:室外温度在10℃以下,晾干时间为10-20min,室外温度10℃以上,晾干时间为5-8min;
步骤六:将步骤五中进行晾干的材料再进行喷涂,喷涂材料采用绝缘层材料制成,喷涂速率为5-10m/s,喷涂温度控制在50-65℃之间;
步骤七:步骤六中材料进行自然冷却,自然冷却之后采用真空定型处理;真空定型的压力控制在0.05-0.08MPa;
步骤八:步骤七中的成品最后采用烘干处理,烘干温度控制在80-95℃之间,时间控制在5-8h之间;
