背景技术
釉和坯均有岩石或瓷土等各种化学组分组成,釉相比坯更容易在火中熔融,由于坯体表面粗糙无光,且孔隙率高,不能满足观赏和使用需求,需要通过釉面对其表面性质进行改善,当窑内高温时坯体达到烧结状态时,釉料中的原料达到完全熔融的状态,冷却后在坯体表面形成一层玻璃质,即为釉面,由于陶瓷制品表面覆盖了一层釉,因此表面强度加强。现有的陶瓷釉面生产工艺中,要营造局部的黑色点状斑纹,需要通过彩绘的形式才能实现,彩绘的黑色斑纹不自然,表现形式单一,装饰效果不好,有鉴于此,本案由此产生。

本发明的一个目的是通过碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品及其制备方法解决至少上述问题。

步骤e、将步骤d的瓷器浸入面釉;
步骤f、将瓷器重新入窑炉,从常温升温至700摄氏度,升温时间为3-4h,保温1小时;
步骤g、还原气氛下,20-25min中内从700摄氏度升温至900摄氏度,底釉的孔眼中的面釉较其他部位厚,孔眼内部面釉的碳和硫在快速升温过程中来不及排放出来,孔眼内形成碳心,2-2.5h内继续升温至1080摄氏度,保温0.5h,碳心的边缘由于Fe3O4晶体富集,在边缘处沿着环向形成毫状晶花,整体围绕着碳心形成银晕状,孔眼外的其他部位碳和硫排放出来,呈现面釉本身的颜色。

1.碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤a、制备坯体,烘干干燥;
步骤b、坯体上底釉;
步骤c、上底釉的坯体入窑炉,从常温升温至700摄氏度,升温时间为3-4h,保温1小时,抽取炉内空气,通入预加热的氮气,重新升温至700摄氏度;
步骤d、在15min内从700摄氏度快速升温至900摄氏度,底釉内部的气体从底釉表面排出后,底釉表面来不及闭合,于底釉表面形成孔眼,陶瓷经过冷却取出炉外;
步骤e、将步骤d的瓷器浸入面釉;
步骤f、将瓷器重新入窑炉,从常温升温至700摄氏度,升温时间为3-4h,保温1小时;
步骤g、还原气氛下,20-25min中内从700摄氏度升温至900摄氏度,底釉的孔眼中的面釉较其他部位厚,孔眼内部面釉的碳和硫在快速升温过程中来不及排放出来,孔眼内形成碳心,2-2.5h内继续升温至1080摄氏度,保温0.5h,碳心的边缘由于Fe3O4晶体富集,在边缘处沿着环向形成毫状晶花,整体围绕着碳心形成银晕状,孔眼外的其他部位碳和硫排放出来,呈现面釉本身的颜色;
所述碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷包括坯体、底釉和面釉;
所述面釉的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:黄土5-8份、Fe3O412-14份、长石35-40份、石英5-6份、滑石粉5-8份、石灰石10-12份、硼氢化锂3-5份、高岭土4-5份;
底釉的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:活性炭粉5-8份、碳酸钙12-15份、长石12-15份、滑石3-4份、氧化锆3-5份、镁橄榄石5-7份、氧化铝6-8份、石英12-14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述坯体的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:高岭土30-40份、长石5-8份、珍珠土5-8份、膨润土3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面釉的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:黄土6份、Fe3O413份、长石37份、石英5.5份、滑石粉6份、石灰石11.5份、硼氢化锂4份、高岭土4.5份;底釉的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:活性炭粉6份、碳酸钙14份、长石14份、滑石3.5份、氧化锆4.5份、镁橄榄石6份、氧化铝7份、石英13.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面釉的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:黄土5份、Fe3O412份、长石35份、石英5份、滑石粉5份、石灰石10份、硼氢化锂3份、高岭土4份;底釉的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:活性炭粉5份、碳酸钙12份、长石12份、滑石3份、氧化锆3份、镁橄榄石5份、氧化铝6份、石英12份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面釉的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:黄土8份、Fe3O414份、长石40份、石英6份、滑石粉8份、石灰石12份、硼氢化锂5份、高岭土5份;底釉的原料按重量份,依次包括如下组分:活性炭粉8份、碳酸钙15份、长石15份、滑石4份、氧化锆5份、镁橄榄石7份、氧化铝8份、石英14份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c中,预加热的氮气温度为300-400摄氏度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤g中,保温后自然降温至1000摄氏度,然后重新升温至1080摄氏度,继续保温0.5h。
8.根据权利要求7所述的碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:重复保温步骤3-5次。
9.根据权利要求1所述的碳心银晕斑状釉面陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述孔眼外的面釉呈现黄棕色。
