Claims (9)
1.具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器,其特征在于,所述仿皮纹效果的瓷器,
坯料包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:砂石30-35份、长石15-20份、界牌泥10-15份、氧化锌10-15份、氧化锰5-10份、粘土5-10份、紫金土5-10份、稀土1-5份、氧化铁1-5份;
釉料包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石30-35份、二氧化锰20-25份、滑石15-25份、碳酸钡15-20份、氧化铁5-10份、玻璃1-5份、紫金土1-5份、氧化锌1-5份、稀土1-5份、羧甲基纤维素0.1~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器,其特征在于,该坯料包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:砂石32份、长石18份、界牌泥11份、氧化锌14份、氧化锰6份、粘土8份、紫金土7份、稀土3份、氧化铁1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器,其特征在于:所述坯料包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:砂石31份、长石18份、界牌泥12份、氧化锌14份、氧化锰5份、粘土8份、紫金土8份、稀土2份、氧化铁2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器,其特征在于,该釉料包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石31份、二氧化锰20份、滑石18份、碳酸钡16份、氧化铁6份、玻璃3份、紫金土3份、氧化锌1份、稀土1.9份、羧甲基纤维素0.1份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器,其特征在于,所述坯料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:砂石34份、长石19份、界牌泥10份、氧化锌12份、氧化锰6份、粘土6份、紫金土7份、稀土2份、氧化铁4份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器,其特征在于:该釉料包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石31份、二氧化锰22份、滑石18份、碳酸钡17份、氧化铁6份、玻璃1份、紫金土2份、氧化锌1份、稀土2.8份、羧甲基纤维素0.2份。
7.具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器的制作方法,其特征在于,制备上述权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器,其具体步骤如下:
步骤1,根据坯料配方、釉料配方分别制作陶瓷坯体和釉料;
步骤2,将陶瓷坯体低温素烧成素坯;
步骤3,在陶瓷素坯上施釉釉料,该釉料厚度为1.5-2.0mm;
步骤4,将上好釉料的素坯再此放入窑炉中;
步骤5,窑炉快速升温至600℃后,匀速升温至850-950℃,将窑炉转化为还原焰,窑炉继续升温至1300-1380℃时关火。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3的施釉工艺为浇釉或者荡釉,使釉料在陶瓷坯体表面形成波纹。
9.根据权利要求7所述的具有仿皮纹效果的瓷器的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤5中窑炉由常温升温至600℃使用2-3小时。
