Abstract
本发明涉及一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材及生产工艺。所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材,包括纤维基材板和表面包覆材料,所述表面包覆材料黏附于所述纤维基材板的表面,并延伸至所述纤维基材板的底面,形成四面包覆。所述装饰板材采用轻质纤维板材为基板,并通过四面包覆工艺对基板进行自动全包覆。既提供了全自动化的四面包覆技术,又解决了普通装饰板材的板面较大,质量较重,铺装繁琐的问题,大大降低了人工、设备成本,具有极高的推广价值。

技术领域
本发明属于软包装饰板材领域,具体涉及一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材及生产工艺。
背景技术
在传统的软包装饰板材中,都是两面包边,所以都是以大板为主,质量较重。而且有些装饰板材还需要镶边条来辅助施工,是需要专业的工人及设备才能完成铺装,人工、设备成本高。
估基于此,提出本发明技术方案。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材及生产工艺。本发明所述装饰板材采用轻质纤维板材为基板,并通过四面包覆工艺对基板进行自动全包覆,人工成本低。
本发明的方案是,提供一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材,包括纤维基材板和表面包覆材料,所述表面包覆材料黏附于所述纤维基材板的表面,并延伸至所述纤维基材板的底面,形成四面包覆。
基于相同的技术构思,本发明的再一方案是,提供一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将纤维基材板进行锯切、修边、倒角处理,得待包覆基材板;
(2)将表面包覆材料进行冲切,使其尺寸与所述待包覆基材板相适配;
(3)采用辊胶机对冲切后的表面包覆材料进行辊胶,并将其黏附于所述待包覆基材板,再利用自动折边机将预留的四个边折至所述待包覆基材板的背面,最后保压、养生即可。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述纤维基材板由涤纶、丙纶和玻璃纤维按常规方法热压成型。并自定义将纤维基材板称为PPF纤维基材板。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述表面包覆材料为彩膜、真皮、人造皮革或布面中的一种。
优选地,所述彩膜为PVC彩膜、PET彩膜或PP彩膜中的一种。
优选地,步骤(3)中,所述辊胶采用热熔胶。
基于相同的技术构思,本发明还提供一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材的安装使用方法,具体为:采用辊胶机对所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的背面进行涂覆热熔胶,再将1.0mm厚的IXPE单面胶的无胶水的一面满贴在四面包覆的装饰板材背面,在使用时,揭掉单面胶上的离型纸就能直接铺设在墙体上,安装使用操作极为方便。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述装饰板材采用轻质纤维板材为基板,并通过四面包覆工艺对基板进行自动全包覆。既提供了全自动化的四面包覆技术,又解决了普通装饰板材的板面较大,质量较重,铺装繁琐的问题,大大降低了人工、设备成本,具有极高的推广价值。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材,包括纤维基材板和表面包覆材料,所述表面包覆材料黏附于所述纤维基材板的表面,并延伸至所述纤维基材板的底面,形成四面包覆。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照实际使用需求,将PPF纤维基材板锯切、修边到规定的尺寸,并为了解决成品可能存在的高低差问题,将PPF纤维基材板的四边进行倒角处理,得待包覆基材板;
(2)使用模具将PVC彩膜表面包覆材料冲切成包覆面标准尺寸,使其与所述待包覆基材板相适配;
(3)采用辊胶机对冲切后的表面包覆材料辊涂热熔胶,利用机械臂与定位装置,将其黏附于所述待包覆基材板,再利用自动折边机将预留的四个边折至所述待包覆基材板的背面,最后保压、养生即可。
在后续安装使用中,采用辊胶机对所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的背面进行涂覆热熔胶,再将1.0mm厚的IXPE单面胶的无胶水的一面满贴在四面包覆的装饰板材背面,在使用时,揭掉单面胶上的离型纸就能直接铺设在墙体上,安装使用操作极为方便。

为了表明本发明所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的性能,对本发明实施例2所得四面包覆轻质装饰板材进行检测,检测结果如表1所示。

(1)释放等级限值引自法国VOC排放等级标签;
(2)场景预计浓度由箱体浓度估算而来。用来估算VOC浓度的参数(体积30m3,地板面积12m2,空气交换率0.5h-1)引自法国VOC排放等级标签。
(3)#=通过DNPH衍生物和HPLC/DAD分析鉴定和定量醛。
*=TVOC表示采用GC/MS TIC方法分析从正己烷到正十六烷(C6~C16)之间并包含它们在内的已鉴定和未鉴定的VOC浓度总和,用甲苯响应系数计算。
(4)箱体浓度检出限
#醛=5μg/m3,其他个别化合物=2μg/m3,TVOC=20μg/m3;ND=未检出。
(5)预测浓度报告限
#醛=5μg/m3,其他个别化合物=2μg/m3,TVOC=20μg/m3。
综上所述,由检测结果可知,本发明所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的性能极为优异。

1.一种四面包覆轻质装饰板材,其特征在于,包括纤维基材板和表面包覆材料,所述表面包覆材料黏附于所述纤维基材板的表面,并延伸至所述纤维基材板的底面,形成四面包覆。
2.权利要求1所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将纤维基材板进行锯切、修边、倒角处理,得待包覆基材板;
(2)将表面包覆材料进行冲切,使其尺寸与所述待包覆基材板相适配;
(3)采用辊胶机对冲切后的表面包覆材料进行辊胶,并将其黏附于所述待包覆基材板,再利用自动折边机将预留的四个边折至所述待包覆基材板的背面,最后保压、养生即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述纤维基材板由涤纶、丙纶和玻璃纤维热压成型。
4.根据权利要求2所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述表面包覆材料为彩膜、真皮、人造皮革或布面中的一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述彩膜为PVC彩膜、PET彩膜或PP彩膜中的一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述四面包覆轻质装饰板材的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述辊胶采用热熔胶。
