Abstract
本公开提供了一种装饰板材,所述装饰板材包括板材基体和装饰层,所述装饰层覆盖在所述板材基体的五个面上。所述装饰板材还包括粘结层,所述装饰层通过所述粘结层固定在所述板材基体表面。本实用新型提供的装饰板材通过装饰层将板材基体的五个面进行覆盖,有效避免板材的装饰面存在毛边、撕裂等不良现象,保证装饰效果和使用寿命。
Description
本申请要求在2020年02月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为202020227816.9、发明名称为“一种装饰板材”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本公开涉及装饰板材技术领域,尤其涉及一种装饰板材。
随着人们生活水平的提高以及建筑种类的多样化发展,轻质装饰板在建筑、装修领域应用越来越广,尤其是随着轻钢建筑结构的推广使用,轻质装饰板满足轻钢建筑中的质轻、美观、便于安装等多种需求。
传统的装饰板结构厚重、且装饰效果单一。轻质装饰板则可以根据装修环境的需求,在基板上装饰不同图案的饰面材料即可,质轻、多变、应用范围广泛。
但是目前市场上的轻质装饰板,其饰面材料的边缘与基板平齐切割,导致安装后,相邻装饰板之间存在缝隙,且单一装饰板的边缘存在毛边,不仅影响装饰效果,而且易发生饰面材料边缘脱离、撕裂等,严重影响使用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本公开旨在解决上面描述的问题。本公开的一个目的是提供一种解决以上问题中的任何一个的装饰板材。具体地,本公开提供能够有效避免毛边和撕裂的装饰板材。
为解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种装饰板材,所述装饰板材包括板材基体和装饰层,所述装饰层覆盖所述板材基体的五个面设置。
其中,所述装饰板材还包括粘结层,所述装饰层通过所述粘结层固定在所述板材基体表面。
其中,所述装饰层包括主装饰面以及与所述主装饰面相邻的第一侧装饰面、第二侧装饰面、第三侧装饰面和第四侧装饰面;所述主装饰面覆盖在所述板材基体的主装饰面上。
其中,所述装饰层还包括第一折边、第二折边、第三折边、第四折边,其中,所述第一折边与所述第一侧装饰面相邻设置,所述第二折边与所述第二侧装饰面相邻设置,所述第三折边与所述第三侧装饰面相邻设置,所述第四折边与所述第四侧装饰面相邻设置;
所述第一折边、所述第二折边、所述第三折边和所述第四折边均固定在所述板材基体的主装饰面的相对面上。
其中,所述第一折边为矩形或梯形,所述第二折边为矩形或梯形,所述第三折边为矩形或梯形,所述第四折边为矩形或梯形。
其中,所述板材基体包括轻质石膏板。
本公开提供的装饰板材通过装饰层将板材基体的五个面进行覆盖,有效避免板材的装饰面存在毛边、撕裂等不良现象,保证装饰效果和使用寿命。

为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
图1为本公开的装饰板材的一种截面示意图,参照图1所示,该装饰板材包括板材基体1和装饰层2,装饰层2覆盖板材基体1的五个面设置。具体地,装饰层2不仅对板材基体1的主装饰面进行覆盖保护和装饰,还对与主装饰面相邻的四个侧面也形成覆盖装饰,确保在装饰板材的主装饰面上看不到装饰层2的边缘,有效避免装饰板材发生毛边、卷边或撕裂等不良装饰效果。
另外,本公开的装饰板材还包括粘结层3,装饰层2通过粘结层3固定在板材基体1表面,有效保证装饰层2在板材基体1上的覆盖牢固性和连接稳定性。
图2示出了本公开的装饰板材的一种实施例的示意图,图中虚线表示板材基体1的与主装饰面相对的背面上的装饰层2边缘;图3示出了该实施例中装饰层2的展开示意图。综合图2和图3所示,装饰层2包括主装饰面20以及与主装饰面20相邻的第一侧装饰面21、第二侧装饰面22、第三侧装饰面23和第四侧装饰面24。其中,主装饰面20覆盖在板材基体1的主装饰面上, 第一侧装饰面21、第二侧装饰面22、第三侧装饰面23和第四侧装饰面24则顺次覆盖在与主装饰面相邻的板材基体1的四个侧面上。具体地,在实际装饰生产过程中,相对设置的两个侧装饰面同时装饰,即第一侧装饰面21和第三侧装饰面23同时折叠装饰,第二侧装饰面22和第四侧装饰面24同时折叠装饰。
为了进一步避免装饰层2的毛边、卷边情况发生,装饰层2还包括第一折边201、第二折边202、第三折边203、第四折边204,其中,第一折边201与第一侧装饰面21相邻设置,第二折边202与第二侧装饰面22相邻设置,第三折边203与第三侧装饰面23相邻设置,第四折边204与第四侧装饰面24相邻设置;并且第一折边201、第二折边202、第三折边203和第四折边204均固定在板材基体1的主装饰面20的相对面上。
具体地,第一折边201为矩形或梯形,第二折边202为矩形或梯形,第三折边203为矩形或梯形,第四折边204为矩形或梯形。为了便于对装饰层2进行裁切和折叠成型,第一折边201的形状与第三折边203的形状相同、且可以设置为尺寸相等,第二折边202的形状与第四折边204的形状相同、且可以设置为尺寸相等。
在图2和图3所示的实施例中,第一折边201、第二折边202、第三折边203和第四折边204均为矩形,其中,第一折边201的长度与第一侧装饰面21的长度相等、第三折边203的长度与第三侧装饰面23的长度相等,且均与板材基板1的长度相等;第二折边202的长度与第二侧装饰面22的长度相等、第四折边204的长度与第四侧装饰面24的长度相等,且均与板材基板1的宽度相等,以有效保证对板材基板1的主装饰面形成完全装饰、且无毛边或卷边等现象。
图4示出了该装饰板材的另一种实施例的结构示意图,图5为该实施例中的装饰层2的展开示意图,在本实施例中,第一折边201、第二折边202、第三折边203和第四折边204为梯形结构,且均为等腰梯形。
在图2和图3所示的实施例中,折叠装饰后,第一折边201、第二折边202、第三折边203和第四折边204的端部相邻处发生重叠。而如图4和图5所示,在本实施例中,第二折边202 的梯形夹角β与第三折边203的梯形夹角θ相等,均为45°,折叠装饰后,第一折边201、第二折边202、第三折边203和第四折边204的端部彼此不重叠。图6示出了另一种实施例的装饰板材的示意图,在图6所示的实施例中,第二折边202的梯形夹角β与第三折边203的梯形夹角θ均小于45°,折叠装饰后,第一折边201、第二折边202、第三折边203和第四折边204的端部彼此不重叠、且有缝隙。这三种实施例均不影响装饰层2的装饰效果,且能保证其装饰牢固性。
在另外的实施例中,第二折边202的梯形夹角β与第三折边203的梯形夹角θ也可以不相等,例如,β与θ可以互为余角。示例性地,β可以为0°~90°,θ可以为0°~90°。
需要指出的是,板材基体1可以是轻质石膏板,也可以是其它轻质薄板材,还可以是传统装饰用的厚板材。

本公开利用相应装饰图案的覆面纸所形成的装饰层将板材基体的装饰面以及与装饰面相邻的四个面均形成装饰保护,即对板材基体形成五面装饰,有效避免在装修使用过程中的装饰板边缘毛边、撕裂等现象,保证装饰效果和板材的使用寿命。
Claims (6)
- 一种装饰板材,其特征在于,所述装饰板材包括板材基体(1)和装饰层(2),所述装饰层(2)覆盖在所述板材基体(1)的五个面上。
- 如权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于,所述装饰板材还包括粘结层(3),所述装饰层(2)通过所述粘结层(3)固定在所述板材基体(1)表面。
- 如权利要求1所述的装饰板材,其特征在于,所述装饰层(2)包括主装饰面(20)以及与所述主装饰面(20)相邻的第一侧装饰面(21)、第二侧装饰面(22)、第三侧装饰面(23)和第四侧装饰面(24);所述主装饰面(20)覆盖在所述板材基体(1)的主装饰面上。
- 如权利要求3所述的装饰板材,其特征在于,所述装饰层(2)还包括第一折边(201)、第二折边(202)、第三折边(203)、第四折边(204),其中,所述第一折边(201)与所述第一侧装饰面(21)相邻设置,所述第二折边(202)与所述第二侧装饰面(22)相邻设置,所述第三折边(203)与所述第三侧装饰面(23)相邻设置,所述第四折边(204)与所述第四侧装饰面(24)相邻设置;所述第一折边(201)、所述第二折边(202)、所述第三折边(203)和所述第四折边(204)均固定在所述板材基体(1)的主装饰面(20)的相对面上。
- 如权利要求4所述的装饰板材,其特征在于,所述第一折边(201)为矩形或梯形,所述第二折边(202)为矩形或梯形,所述第三折边(203)为矩形或梯形,所述第四折边(204)为矩形或梯形。
